They charge double shipping for items that ship together and there is no way to contact them to have it corrected

I had gotten a couple of things from them no problems but then two items were lost or stolen and they wouldn't refund or replace the items they wouldn't even refund the money so I could reorder the exact same items then I ordered pair of pants they sent the wrong size and when going to their website they want you to attach a photo which I couldn't attach a photo so I contacted them through email and they keep sending me these computerized customer service supposedly emails and keep telling me to do the same thing over and over the bottom line they're not going to refund any of your money for a fault of their own by sending the wrong size or the items for lost or stolen because they don't insure their items so the post office isn't responsible they are so I would suggest never to order from this company ever unless you just want to throw your money away cuz that's exactly what you're doing it's not worth the frustration

On the 19th July I received 3 credits totaling some $19 but stupidly elected to have them credited to my Wish account and not back to my credit card. Shortly thereafter I received an email from Wish advising that I had requested a change of email address and either to follow the link if I did or ignore if I did not. Well I had not requested any changes so ignored the email. I then subsequently discovered I could not log into my account. I thus duly emailed Wish customer service to find out what the problem was. After much backwards and forwards communication I was then advised on the 26th that my account had been placed on permanent hold to prevent any more fraudulent activity and I should open a new account. I thus duly enquired about my unused credits and as of today am still waiting for a reply despite sending many more emails. My account was obviously hacked by someone internally and Wish fail to ackowledge or take any action about it! Shame on you Wish, you guys suck, you are totally dishonest and I will never deal with you again and I advise everybody else to do the same.

DO NOT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS. It is a lottery rigged against you.

I have bought a number of items from AliExpress, because my initial experience with buying Lego clones from them was reasonably positive. It was when I started buying electronic goods and clothes from them the experience rapidly went down hill.

Despite making clear enquiries about the quality and accuracy plus warranty of the goods before committing I was taken to the cleaners.

Clothes were delivered way too small to wear, and of inferior fabric and finish, but the worst was the electronic items, cables, adaptors and USB Flash Drives that were simply unusable forgeries. When you dispute the purchase with ample proof (I thoroughly tested each item), they throw you into a loop where they ignore everything you have posted in response to their ever increasing demands and string you out till they abruptly close the dispute.

My recommendation is DO NOT BUY from AliExpress. Even though I made some successful purchases I overall lost more money than I saved. It was always uncertain how much I would pay, with all the supposed discounts, which then got extras loaded on top when you confirm, but just avid them. If you must buy from eBay which has a decent dispute resolution. AliExpress is just a front for too many crooks.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It simply is too much trouble, lost time, feeling of being had and ultimately no savings whatsoever.

This website is pure money sucking tool. They have really poort quality products very different from the images in the app and if you try to refund a few things because of the quality or even it is not working at all Wish blocks you because of overuse of refund policy that seems unfair. I purchased products worth 200$ and now few of them don't even work and wish is not refunding my Money. This website has given we stress like no other ever. This website should be banned from Australi or even Playstore and Applestore. Pure fraud.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY on this Website. Kmart/ BigW etc have much better quality products.

Two electric bicycles ordered. Checked Fedex tracking number supplied. The tracking no. Was for a 2 lb. package delivered to some other location but not mine! Two Electric Bicycles that weigh only 2 lbs.!

Do not get cheated with wrong pictures. I bought 6 items 4 were scammed, there is no real person to contact, they hide behind emails. The description of product whilevpurchasing looks awesome, wait till you get the product, totally different. Go to customer support, All FAQ questions is preset. Cannot speak to real person and complain, lost big money just fir shipping. Wait times are horrendous. After waiting yiu get total surprise, not what you ordered, you get crap. I ordered a watch with heart rate monitor, instead gitva strap, I order massage table, instead gitbleg cushion, I orderedvteo office bucket chairs I hot gaming mouse, I ordered railway garden lights, instead got 8 toy minature 2 inch lamps... disgusting lost a lot of money.DO NOT BUY FROM WISH... I ordered some boots, 3 days ago they lied and said I got them yesterday which is a lied first the tracking said oct13 then said it would nov13 not my order said they delivered they shouldn't be allowed to cheat us like we put are Visa card on there web site and just take are money im written some reviews every where I want everyone to stop order from Wish I ordered some ugg boots of Amazon got them in 2 days I was warned but no I got f where is my boots you no what I don't they have them boots I think it's false advertising and they take your f money im pissed not about the money im pissed how the get over on you

Just recently I've noticed advertising videos on YouTube from wish and the biggest problem with them is I don't have any control to shut off the video and I have to watch it to eventually watch the video I first intended to watch but it's not because I don't like advertising videos but it's because of the perverted smut in their videos because all the videos consist of is barley clothed young ladies dancing around to music and you have to look at the info on the video to realize it's from wish. Another reason why I won't mess with wish is because every time I'm shopping online for an item wish is always priced exactly the same or more than Ebay, Amazon, and etc. It's funny because when you Google an item everyone's ad pops up on that item and when wish's ad pops up it automatically comes with a cheaper price than everyone else but the problem is not the purchase price but it's the S&H charges that brings the price up to the same/more than others. Thanks for reading my reasons for never using wish.

Wish has a 30-day return policy that it refuses to honor. Every time I ask CS for help they promise to respond in 2-3 days. They do not.

I ordered a Gothic jumper and paid £16 including delivery. It came within one month of paying for it. The same jumper was on sale in the UK for £39.99' in blue banana. And I actually got what was stated in wish a free gift... which were black hair bands with gold apples on for free with my order. I have ordered 2 t-shirts lately and are waiting on them. And a anti dog training collar and some parrot toys. So yet to feedback on it. But the bird toys are £13 in pets at home and they cost £3 including delivery for the same thing. So if It arrives in the UK to me. It's a bonus it saves me £10 if not il pay £13. Either way I'm not bothered. As for the jewellery yes they have some nice bling that's seen in Claire's accessories. EBay and Amazon. All UK stores and markets buy most of there bulk products from China and Hong Kong like poundland would you go and complain about the products there. What is bought on your high street. No you just pay the pound and leave. Then people go on wish buy something for a pound and then grumble that its cheap or took too long. Remember it's China or Hong Kong it will take a while. And what do you expect for a pound. A 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold ring. It aint gonna happen. You want nice bling you gotta pay hundreds. People who slag them off are just winers and haters trying to put them down for trying to earn a living.

I have ordered from Wish on four occasions and it is fantastic! Make that five because I made an order just prior to reading these reviews. I wouldn't put much stock in the negative reviews and try it out for yourself. People do not understand that they are not ordering from a major chain department store. Some items are cheaply made out of plastic, but I'm okay with spending two or three dollars on something that wasn't as I expected to be. I have order multiple rings, bracelets, hair tools, make up, nail supplies and many more items... fantastic. I have had wonderful experiances with the seller's with canceling orders and refunds. Arrival times could be a month or longer, but the orders must ship from China and must be quarantined for up to six weeks. What others fail to realize is that most products in the United States are shipped as merchandise for major chain retail and department stores. MAID IN CHINA! No not everything was as exactly as it appears, but I have spent no more that seven dollars on any one ring and they are beautiful, bright and shiny. Try it for yourself, but do not have unreasonable expectations. This is not Dillard's Department Store. I LOVE WISH! These people have unreasonable expectations for the prices they are paying. Not a scam or a rip off, just unreasonable expectations.
