1. Make a promo then they said you didnt win and they said they will retrumoney no retrun till know 2 months. Althougo i sent many email to customer servise.
2 try to fool the customers.
They said external hard disk then when you proced to pay if you dont notice they said case only.
3 Many item did nt work espicaly memory card and usb.
4 I will complian them to canidian goverment as they steal money of canidian and give them very bad non working product.

Wish.com scammed me

I ordered 5 items from Wish.com on May 6,2020. On June 11th I asked status of my items as I had not received them as of yet. Only received an automated response of sorry for delay please be patient. On July 6th, I received one small item and it was a Fake of the name brand that I thought I ordered (false advertising on Wish.com) On July 11th, I decided to cancel my order to get a refund as the other 4 items have not arrived. They refunded me $14.65 of the $67.89 that I spent (item received was $4) All customer service is automated responses only, even when I tried to take to upper customer support level, nothing but automated responses that never helped me! On July 27th, I received 2 more of the items I ordered which both were also FAKE from the brand name I thought I was ordering. One of the items when I opened it was not new in package, it was not in a package at all and no instructions and pieces were missing so it doesn't work, it appeared to be an used item that was probably returned. Can't even imagine trying to return anything with their horrible automated customer service. So I feel I was scammed by Wish.com! I Do Not recommend Wish.com! You will not receive what you ordered and it does take 3 months to get your Fake items!

Greedy website

They have recently started advertising misleading prices on items. For example, they would advertise something at U$5 and when youre ready to purchase the price raises do U$15 plus the shipping cost that is not standard at all. They might charge you U$9 for shipping fee. In the end, the U$ 5 advertised item turns out to be almost U$30.

I also had an awful experience in which one of my items never arrived. I was about to aks for a refund (a side note here, they dont refund shipping, so your if the shoipping is basically half of the total you paid for your item, you lose it) and a message pops up asking you to wait another 30 days to see if the shipment might arrive. Well, I wasnt in a hurry, so I agreed to wait. 30 days passed and for my surprise when asked for a refund they told me I could not get it as 30 days had already passed since the estimated arrival date. Bottom line, they ask you to wait, they wont let you report that your shipment never arrived and when you actually cooperate they take advantage of that.

I have purchased in this website for years. It only happened once that an item never arrived. At that time I got my refund, they never asked to wait more days. Although I didnt think it was fair losing the shipping fee I thought it was alright as it was a one time thing.

These latest happenings really upset me and I decided to delete my account.

Have ordered in the past and the items have been fine and received on time. My son ordered ONE pair of shoes last night but they sent an email with TWO pair to ship. He and I both contacted them and they said; "sorry, we don't cover shipping" but will refund the price. The shipping is ten dollars on each item. Even though he just ordered the item last night and contacted them via email before 8am this morning. At this time, I would recommend NOT shopping with WISH due to this experience.

Update, I received a email back from customer service saying that the item already shipped, (yeah you waited a day until it shipped to get back to me.) To their credit, he said I could refuse the package when it is delivered and they will return it to the manufacturer. Problem is, they usually just knock and drop the package, not waiting for an acknowledgement. Will wait and see what happens. Welllllll, package came and knock and drop so no refusal. To WISH's credit, they contacted me several times regarding the refund. My son ended up selling the second pair to a friend so we did not send back. Don't know if we would have been charged $20 for shipping but will give them another star for communication.

Oops, another update. Removed the second star as I have Unsubscribed to their email list SEVERAL times but to no avail. I will put them in the spam filter as they obviously, in my opinion, value their time and money and no one else.

I love to by many produkts on wish... but a long time ago... i am lost my Passwort... and become no new... i am rite more and more letters on e mail... i wait for any payed produks... but i can not see it.

I placed an order on the wish all in confidentiality and gave the usual details you would to a usual website, my order totalled in £8 and I was so shocked at how cheap it was! I clicked place order and my payment was loading and continued to load until the screen froze, the money was taken from my bank and the order not made? I went back onto the website a second time to try again with the order thinking this time maybe they would not take the money and just place the order due to complications I was wrong and the same happened again. I sent emails complaining to the company and they replied apologising telling me they got the payment once and to contact my bank about the other money so I did as they said and rang my bank. My bank told me not only did they lie and both payments went through they had organised a payment to go to them of £8 every month! I was told to email the merchant and tell them i hadn't agreed to this and I did so and of course, no reply!
This app is decieving and thieving do not use it you have been warned!

We have shipped products to buyer on time and exactly match with advertisement as a seller. Also we upload to system. Valid tracking id and it proof item has been delivered to buyer.

But, wish refunded buyer which they said us and there is no explanation. Without we take an item. Back they refund money

We are not recommend tonwork with wish as a seller you couldnt take your money from your selling.

WISH IS A UNTRUSTABLE COMPANY FOR SELLER AND DONT DISPATCH ITEM BY TRUSTING THEM.

WE HAVE LIVED TERRIBLE A FEW EXPERIENCE ABOUT IT AND CLOSED ALL PRODUCTS THERE AND NEVER SELL AGAIN IN SUCH A FRAUD MARKETPLACES

Okay well Wish had rebilled me after giving me a refund of 40 bucks. Then they went back a month later and re billed my CC for 40 bucks. This was all done with out telling me or letting me know I found out when I couldn't use my CC and went to find out why I was over limit.
So I fought the charge I had to take screen shots of all the messages between me and the Wish staff which plainly said we will not re charge you even if you receive the items later consider it a gift to you for us not getting you your items in the time frame we said we would you can always count on Wish.
So I sent in my screenshots and gave the my side of the story it took about 2 months to finally got cleared up but got my letter from my CC company the other day and they found in my favor and have refunded my money once again to me.
So wish you can stick that where the sun don't shine and as I told you after you did this dirty trick you were losing several customers and you have me my wife and also my son and his wife and a couple more are all closing there accounts with you because you can't be trusted. My advice people is stick with EBay I have been with them many many years over 20 years and have never had a problem!

Nope no questions just here to post how Wish ripped me off by re billing me way after a case was closed and I tried to complain to wish but got nothing but bullshit comments back from wish and was re billed $39.01. Let me make this clear I was refunded my money it was sent back to my credit card company case was closed and months after they re billed my credit card and I just checked my statements and they did take their money. Even though some items have never came ring was to small for even little finger ask yourself why would I buy something that would b to small. As of now nothing I can do except forward all my screen shots off Wish and write a statement of what happened and show case was closed and Wish is just a bunch of thieves.
So this is my first site I am going to to warn people NOT to use credit cards and NOT to buy from wish it's just as I thought from the beginning a rip off site.
Wish says they aren't doing it my CC says it's Wish that is going ahead with this charge after a couple to few months after closing my case. Plus because my case was closed I received a ring that was wrong size didn't even fit little finger but because case was closed couldn't complain about it. Wish had stated even if your items come in because seller didn't send on time I get something from that order 3 or 4 months later and guess what I am billed for it.
Wish says even if you get items after refund keep it as our thanks for shopping wish and because seller did not get item to me in time frame allotted.
Last words to consumers 1 Don't ever buy from wish 2 Don't ever use credit card.
3 Don't ever trust Wish staff. If you do buy from Wish get ready to be screwed! Over a sum of close to $40 bucks Wish lost me as a customer and I buy a lot of things on line Go to Ebay the most trusted site to buy from and staff you can trust. I have warned my family members of what happened and asked they no longer shop at wish.
I still never even got all the items I ordered but ended up paying for nothing. Also be cautious of what you are buying some items were fine but other items pure china crap that is unusable. Yes they say send it back for refund just check to see how much a small package will cost you to send it to china you will be paying 3 to 4 times more just to ship than what item is worth.
But I guess the thing that really angers me is stuff never cam some did way after the time frame and I was refunded the amount to my credit card and out of the blue I was getting re billed and didn't even know it had it not been for my CC company mailing me the documents telling me I was getting re billed, sneaky sneaky site. I am fighting this and my CC company is helping me but I have already been charged the money. DON"T TRUST WISH SITE!
As soon as my last of items has come in I am closing my Wish account along with my wife and son for sure and hopefully other family members and friends

In January my husband and I bought a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. The first few items took roughly 9weeks to come. We chalked that up to covid. Several of the items were so small my 5'2" 10yo could have fit them inspite of us ordering 2x as im 6' 200+. We then continued to wait another few months to see if all things would arrive. Fast forward 6months later we request a refund on some corsets as we NEVER RECIEVED them. They tell us there's no refund because it was past the refund date, inspite of us NEVER recieving them. So we were just fuq'd out of $40. The quality od the the clothing is poor and if it didn't cost so much for the material i would just make my own.

I order 2 Coates coats from WISH I was so disappointed I cried order a size 3x I received a size3x but looked like a size 14 and it was sized 3x I still haven't receive one of the coats it was order 2 months ago I will never order from this site again they should be ban from doing business in the Us.
