I have been trying to return & refund a product i purchased of wish for over a 5 weeks! They have been slow in dealing with my issue & no matter how many tokes i contact them with the order no. They still are asking for more details which has been provided endlessly to them. Yet again asked this morning for the same details. This is the very worst company to deal with. They are quick to take your money but very slow to refund it. I will NEVER order again as they are a shambles

Got 200.00 chair and was missing hydraulic cylinder. Can not even assemble it. Box was taped and Beat to Death when arrived after hours of texting customer service (because no real person available) still no help all I need is them to send missing part but they say it's not avail. Wish allowed my wife's account to be hacked. The person changed the email address on the account and charged over $500. There was never any notification from Wish that changes were being made until it was too late. Wish's security is terrible. Really, I get one wrist band for a watch?! Bs, never ordering from wish again. Piece out! That is ridiculous, plus damn thing won't work and because I don't read or speak chinese I can't tell if I'm doing something wrong or if the whole thing is a flop, want my money back!

I'd give Wish 1 star, but to be fair I have received decent items with tempered expectations. Where Wish failed miserably is in their product support. They claim to offer a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction, but when I initiated a claim online the day I received glasses with interchangeable lenses that don't fit the frame the product support representative basically stalled for weeks with unnecessary questions and "holiday" delays only to tell me right before the 30-day mark that they don't think there is a problem despite sending 5 pictures that clearly show the problem on a $50 item. Buyer beware.

Read product descriptions carefully. What isn't said is often more important than what is said. If a smart watch description does not mention touch screen, then expect that it is limited to button function. Also, keep your expectations within reason. A lot of items are more for show than functionality. Shipping is per item, not per order. When factoring shipping, sometimes items cost less on Amazon or other online retailers. Lastly, read the reviews.

They had a deal for large 3 light outdoor solar light for $14. (With act fast count down) bought 2. They sent confirmation, correct description, but different photo of small led wall light. Sure enough after over three weeks they sent the small walk lights.
Odd that they automatically took funds from Paypal. Did not have to log in! Scary.
Filed complaint with order and attached photos with correct description title and they said they sent correct lights. After going back and forth without resolve... tried Paypal dispute and it says this transaction is not eligible!

Wish is a total scam. The products never arrived and when requested a refund they claim the period is over! I have been requesting it more than 5 times and of course by now it is too late. DO NOT purchase anything with them! You will loose your money! They are Chinese!

I ordered 170 cm inflatable spray water cushion summer kids on 14 May 2020. To date, i didn't receive it. I sent tons of e-mails to Wish customer service but no positive feedback. Since, it was my first ever experience with Wish i have chosen post pay method and now they are chasing me to pay the money. Their logic is very funny; according to their policy i should refund it within 30 days. But, how can i refund something if i never received? Finally, i requested to cancel my order on 22 June and according to Wish its not possible. As a customer i ended up a looser and today i paid the money for something i never received. I feel very bad and so betrayed by Wish.

I have purchased a few things from wish. It is a gamble if they end up being good or bad products. The worst thing about wish is the customer service. Basically there is none. Just automated replies. Even when you leave a message for customer service you get automated replies after a couple of days. I know this as I tried many times with different messages and got exactly the same reply which didn't solve the issue. If you do order just pray there's no problems with the product.

At first glance, wish.com seems like a legitimate marketplace for bargains and unusual items. I've actually found some good gifts and clothing on the site. But the majority of the items on there are cheap Chinese crap that looks much better in the photo than it does when you get in the mail 4 months later. They are notorious for bait and switch listings... I purchased what I thought was a pressure washer, but all they sent was the nozzles. See the pictures below... I purchased what was advertised as a rug with the prince emblem. Looks Great in their photo, but the second picture shows what actually came in the mail. Some cheap thin pad with a poorly printed symbol... Completely useless piece of crap. Very shady sales practices, and zero sympathy for the customer.

"Warning Scam" - Purchased 32 different items. All items were of extremely poor quality. One advertised 100% cotton and the item I received had a tag stating 100% Polyester! The last straw was when a store did not refund the price difference when I changed for the very same article in a smaller size, which was also cheaper, I guess it's Wish foul sense of honesty. Never again!
This the worst online shopping place I have ever came across. I did order a couple of things from Wish in January 2021 and it's almost end of first week of March 2021 and I am still waiting for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by 12 th of Feb. I am not even sure if they would refund my money ever. Further, when you buy anything the initial price is different and when it comes to check out the price is almost doubled then it was appealing before. They do charge shipping fee for every item independently even if you buy everything together. If you have extra money and patience of waiting for years then you should use this place to shop. Pathetic after sales services. I will Never use WISH. I am completely failing to understand why even they are running this business. Seems like a scam.

I ordered a grow light for my indoor vegetable garden and when it arrived (weeks after the tracking number reported it delivered,) I opened it, plugged it in, and found that only half of the lights actually worked. Contacted the BS support "digital rep" and was told that I'm responsible for paying for return shipping. For a defective item! Unbelievable! In total, I've ordered three different items from Wish.com and all 3 were poorly constructed and all around cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess.
1) OK, I read the reviews and for clothing I know I have to order larger sizes than normal. But even when ordering clothes two sizes up they haven't fit more often than not. However, that is more about me failing to order the correct size. My real issue is #2)
#2) They use FedEx to deliver. FedEx claims it delivered though we were home all day the day the say it was delivered. Door bell never rang and I checked multiple times. No photo indicating they actually delivered nor delivered to correct address. FedEx system just says to contact Seller. Wish says nothing they can do because FedEx says it was delivered. If FedEx is going to suck this badly, Wish should use a different carrier.

Order two sizes up and a minimum. Sometimes even that is not enough.

As the title. Do yourself a favour and order from Amazon or somewhere else that will actually provide you a product that works or at least some customer service. Don't get fooled by the pricing, it's all the cheapest of Chinese junk and you'll regret it.

If you buys clothing or shoes makes sure its cheap enough to just donate, you will not get a refund if it doesn't fit. The ONLY way you will recoup your cost is if they send the completely wrong item or you don't receive it at all. I no longer shop there because every article of clothing doesn't fit and the description only loosely matches what you receive in the mail. You'll save money in the long run buying from somewhere else.

Noting I can say that hasn't been mentioned in the thousands of complaints here already. It looks good on the surface and you may get lucky like some buyers but you probably have as much chance of having a good purchase experience as winning the lottery. So good luck if you bother trying.

I've placed orders of a few products in July of 2021, and paid for them. To this moment, December of 2021, I still haven't received my paid items. They appear to have been shipped on their status in my account. But when I track them with the provided tracking numbers, they do not exist. I replied to one of the ads emails Wish sends to my inbox, asking what's happening. But there's no response.
I had hoped to be a regular customer of Wish. But now, I have my doubts.
I even asked for refund on the support site in my account. And yet, I was told that my items are now outside of the 30 days refund period. Is it my fault that I haven't received my purchased products?
Verily, I will not recommend Wish to anyone. I've purchased online before with Amazon, Takealot... I've never experienced such a thing.
Wish sucks. And as far as its name, it's where your wishes will be deemed and not be fulfilled.
They clearly do not value their customers.

Never support Wish. Supporting Wish is like giving your last gold to a thief whose purpose was to steal it from you anyway.

Stand very clearly states but just a cheap canvas arrived and support useless stating it doesn't come with stand even though canvas alone sold on site for £12 and I paid £48. They expect me to pay return postage for a refund less postage!

I did a lot of bidding on the 1$+1$ shipping items to find out if the company is legit. I did win a watch but they charged my 14$+16$ shipping. It took a few months for delivery, which is to be expected if it were free delivery... The product box is damaged so I cannot give it as a gift. Customer service refuses to refund the shipping cost. They claim that if the product is not damaged, no refund will be issued. Then why charge me more for shipping than for the item. I had to open a ticket with them 3 times before getting a reasonable answer. They are indeed a scam, at least when it comes to the 1$ items and customer service. Never had issues with AliExpress or Amazon or any other online shop I have used. They have decent product selection but engage in fraudulent activities.

These people first mention before placing orders that they are delivering in your city. Then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

We literally tried cancelling something right after we ordered something and could not. You get an automated message stating that the order has already begun processing and cannot be cancelled. Yet, isn't be shipped until a MONTH Later. Total Scam. Then all you get is a virtual assistant with form responses and literally cannot reach a person for help with an order. Don't waste your time. Once you order through them you cannot cancel and will have to pay shipping each way which is how they keep you from returning anything. You will be stuck with whatever you order as soon as you hit enter with no way to reach anyone
