I have looked on site several times and the prices advertised are for the smallest size or smallest set, and end up being much more. Add shipping and on most items, I can get in Canada delivered in a couple of days and not have to wait 3-4 weeks for around the same price or a couple of dollars more. For example... 3 way cat tunnel, actually found the exact same one on Amazon.ca for a few cents less, but delivery in 3 days! Not worth it.

I have bought about 20 items basically being tricked out into buying spree (discounts, timing pressure etc). Some items are of acceptable quality but many of them are just useless gadgets with basically not acceptable quality of performance. The worst product I received was "robotic" vacuum cleaner Zhenbao. I have paid for that 60$ but the real value is just ZERO $! Many other items with low price tag (advertised as 90% plus discount) are also of similar value. For example the watch I bought, was just a disaster.

I had an order for pick up at store, the store was closed for the week of Thanksgiving. With the store being closed I was unable to pick up in the time frame, was charged a restocking fee because of it, and have been fighting with customer service for over a week now. All I want is the code reinstated so I can pick my item up or the restocking fee refunded. The agent says they understand my frustration and that's it. The first time I ordered from wish i received 1 correct order, 1 wrong item, and 2 other orders were incorrectly addressed. Stay away from this site it's not worth the frustration

Wonderful customer service until you receive the utter crap they send you. Then you're given the run around. They promise quick easy refunds but it's almost impossible to navigate a refund. Terrible quality items. Look good in ads but just awful when you see them. I complained and wanted refund on 2 crap items but so far only one has been refunded into my paypal. Going to paypal to see if they can help me.

There is no uk telephone number to help you. I paid £22 foe 2 items on the 22nd October. I received i item 2 weeks ago and have not seen the other item. Complete waste of time and money steer clear of WISH.

I've purchased from wish a few times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There has been an issue with the order my most recent order turned out to be scammers. As soon as the purchase went through the items became unavailable to even look at, they say they cant find them. I've tried to get a refund but they wont and keep pushing the processing time farther back. I emailed their support and they said to use their bot. That doesnt work ever! Dont waste your money you can buy the same item on amazon for about the same price as wish(wish price+wish shipping) and it'll take less time to get to you! F**K WISH!

This is the worst purchase website and worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charge high shipping fee for each item. I ordered four items, including two masks, but for the two masks, one came within another dress, one mask came by itself--of course in a very small and simple black plastic bag. And another underwear never come, but Wish insists it was delivered. The post office only can confirm that the delivery is approximately the location of my home. Besides, I want to return the dress, which looks good on the website, but actually poor quality, and ask for the ways to return, Wish never give me answer. Really bad experience that I never had before.

I am a frequent buyer on Wish. But I have an issue, when I go on Facebook to keep up with my page, I often get advertisements from them. When I click on an item that interests me, it does not bring me to the item in question. This happens all the time. Hi then try writing exactly what I see And I can never find the item in question. I have tried to send them a message and they have gotten back to me but it is just a generic message or automatic response. They need to resolve the issue if they want to make more money and satisfy their customers.

Placed my first order and about 70 days later, I got an email saying my order was cancelled and money refunded in Wish Cash. Used my wish cash for another order. After 44 days, they send an email saying my order is ready for pick up. The very next day I got an email saying I missed my 15 day pick up period and the order has been returned with a 20% restocking fee! WTF!

Awful customer service. Sending wrong items most of the time and it takes so long for them to arrive. You have to wait 2 months for a refund if they reply to you. I am just waiting to solve again an issue that has taking already a month and then delete the app. Waste of money and time.

Since, it was my first ever experience with Wish i have chosen post pay method and now they are chasing me to pay the money. Their logic is very funny; according to their policy i should refund it within 30 days. But, how can i refund something if i never received? Finally, i requested to cancel my order on 22 June and according to Wish its not possible. As a customer i ended up a looser and today i paid the money for something i never received. I feel very bad and so betrayed by Wish.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
