So, I read the reviews all over the internet regarding Wish merchandise and shipping/customer service. I saw many things I liked on their site and even with shipping the prices are great. Even so, I was really hesitant to order! I figured I place an order and see how it went. I expected the worst and was super surprised at the reality. 1) as soon as I ordered, I got emails letting me know what stage my shipment was in for each item. So far the first two of ten items has delivered as stated in the ends. They are both hair extensions. Both are decent quality, better than I expected. I will chronicle the rest when they come. SO FAR SO GOOD, maybe all the bad reviews have helped Wish become a better company!
Ordered over a month and nothing. My friend ordered the same thing and nothing. It all comes from China. Don't waste your money trying to get a deal support your own country.
Update after 3 months the item finally came. It was a Christmas gift and it is now the end of Feb. Would never order again.
Never order items from Wish, it's 100% dropshipping from china, all photos stolen from other people, i came on here first time i'm horrified. I am seller on etsy selling handmade blankets i found even my photos on there. Not mentioning other sellers. Im sure you will never receive the genuine item that is in the pictures.
I never received the product I ordered from Wish, as it had been 3 months I advised the support team they said as it was out of the 30-day refund policy. They would not give me a refund or deliver the product. I talked to around 20 agents/bots and they just kept giving me the same answer. I would consider this web site a Scam as the took my money and never delivered me the product.
I have been fairly satisfied with the items I have received. My complaint is about the site itself. They advertise item XXX for $13, then when you select something other than small or extra small the price goes up. Example: dog collar, advertised for $13, extra large is $34.00! $21.00 for an extra 6" of leash?! The other beef I have is the shipping charges are not readily visible. For the first part, why not have it advertised as $13-$34? I feel deceived when these changes happen. If all sizes are not the advertised price, then the post should say so up front.
I really love wish. I've ordered a lot off of there site and was pretty satisfied with most of the things I've ordered. Some of the products are not what there supposed to be but if there's something that you didn't like or something wrong with an order they are always willing to refund you your money.
Product was never sent, never received, despite constant reassurance that it was on its way. One product that I did receive was a poor imitation of the original. I know this is widely done in China, but I did not think they would allow it to be imported to the US. Very disreputable organization at every level.

I ordered one lot of 10 items and only received 1 item. Their customer service agent can not understand the difference between one lot of 10 and ten lots of one. Only order using PayPal or credit card. I got my credit card company to refund my money. Don't use this site. It's not worth the effort.

I like with however I ha had things not come only to be told well they was delivered their is nothing we can do. 1st of all I never got some things
If you don't get an item you should be given all your money back included shipping or the item to be resent... Once I spent 75 on some dagger to give and our grooms gifts. I never got them... 75$ granted I got my money back but not shipping and that's not even the point...
I have been using Wish for more than a year and have been extremely pleased with the app. Although I have had a few issues with not receiving an item, getting the wrong item or items being broken in transit, Wish has corrected the problem or refunded my order straight away. Excellent customer service! I love the variety of products I see on Wish and I will continue using the app for future purchases. I have never had any problem with the credit card/bank card side of the app and I feel that my money and information is safe. I recommend this app all the time to people who compliment items I've purchased from Wish! LOVE IT!
I ordered an item May 5,2020. It's been sitting in China since June 2. I was refunded the cost of shipping on June 2 because of the delay in receiving my item in the US. The customer support keeps moving the delivery date ahead and I've been told to wait 30 days after that date for a refund, so now it's September 13. It's not coming I'm sure because it has been at same site in China for 61 days now. They tell me because it was shipped they will not refund me. They are crooked and have lied to me. I will NEVER use this company again and I would advise others not to do business with them. If this is their business model, they may not be around long enough to do anything more than take your money.

This is in my opinion one of the wrong companies that I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Cancel order with customer service via emails and people continue trying to have money debited out of my account and never received product.

Not sure what is happening with all these bad reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about Wish. Have ordered numerous items with 100% success. Items came as described and shipping was quick. Will continue to order. Thanks Wish!
I ordered 5 brand name lip glosses and 2 "elf on the shelf" dolls. 5 weeks later and never received anything. The date that they promise the items will be there by keeps getting pushed back farther and farther. What a scam.
Items are exactly as advertised with good delivery service. Be careful when buying garments because sizes are seldom correct even with the chart. To be fair, If you are young 18 to 25 I don't think you'll have a problem with size
I bought many items. Lots of them have been cancelled due to silly reasons after they took my money they offered a refund after I got read the reviews iam. Not sure if they will do it. It is a scam process

They have good prices but a lot of products are inferior to other shopping sites. The staff is excellent and accepted my word when I complained about products and were quick to reply. Advertised prices were often different when going through checkout.
All the items I received I was happy with once they gave me the wrong size but trying to receive your order is a nightmare. If they could get it together they probably have a lot more business from me at least

Do not buy from this dishonest company my account got hacked at their end and the goods went to Russia no amount of emails I sent got nowhere I even emailed the founder again no reply, think before you buy I'm sure their are more honest companies out there.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
