I have been waiting way too long for something that should have been here two weeks ago and then again a week ago. You can't contact wish and I don't want their products ever again. Ebay and Amazon don't do this to customers
I did not receive any of the items I ordered from Wish. I contacted customer support but besides telling me to contact FedEx, they did nothing. Do not shop here- you will not receive your items and the refund guarantee is a lie.
Okay so people don't realize that everything on wish still being more expensive than for example, amazon. First they say that "oh this jacket cost $300 before and now is only $30. Like... Obviously is stupid and they do it on purpose so you buy it. Second, the jacket may be $30 and in Amazon $35 but in wish they play with prices so if the product is cheap, they charge another 8 or 5 $$$$ for the shipping so either will cost you the same price (with luck) or a lot expensive. People wake up. They are robbing you. Is not that they are cheap. They just get all the offers around internet and put it in a platform where you log in and "wow look at all this cheap stuff" but still expensive than all other online shopping. I just use wish to copy and paste the name of the product and just go ahead and buy it in another online shop and I'll be cheaper.
Do NOT order from Wish unless you literally have no time frame to receive your item.
They have pathetic customer service.
They say you can't get a refund because the item is still within the "expected delivery window", but when it gets close to the last day of that window, they add 2 weeks to the window so you can't get a refund.
I ordered something back in February. It still isn't here, and the expected delivery time frame has been changed at least 6 times that I counted.
There's literally no way to contact the seller.
And it's a run around trying to contact Wish.
I find a Customer Service Contact button, but it is automated with multiple choice answers and none of the answers pertain to me wanting to get a refund.
I suggest you NEVER order from Wish.At this rate, it could be anywhere between now and 2022 before I get my item.
And no way to get my money refunded.

I have purchased many items on wish and have been generally happy. The long delivery times are known up front so no problem there and all of the items have matched expectations. My last purchase, a bike seat, was cancelled by the origin company... i received no notice of this. When it failed to arrive I found out about the cancellation. After an email exchange with wish I was told I would receive a refund. Received an email saying that a refund for the purchase price was coming. Did not receive this. More emails, more promise to reimburse... no payment came... more emails and now it has gone quiet... no response... As I said happy with the other purchases but not this one for sure.

I have been ordering from Wish for over 3 years. I have only had 3 wrong items with them and I had no problem getting my money back. You can get wish credit which is instant or credit back to your card which takes 2 to 5 days.
I ordered a pair of light up trainers. After wearing them four times and recharging only twice one of the shoes stopped working. They have told me that because the 30 days are up I am not entitled to a full refund. Consumer Rights Act of 2015 says that I am so I am going to fight this until I have my money back!
The %age discounts quoted look good but, when researching some of the products elsewhere, the starting price is often hugely inflated and the net price is actually lower elsewhere. If you then add on the expensive shipping costs, you are better with amazon and eBay. Most of this stuff seems to come from China and the far-east, so delivery times to Europe are long.
I'm writing this to All the World consumers. I'm pleading to you not to order anything from this company.
I personally have no hatred for any person or any other country. Where this review originates is the quality, the poor shipping of my order (plastic bag), and I received a different color boot than I ordered. I'm requesting full refund via PayPal. Someone hacked my account, when I emailed wish (as you cannot call) it took weeks to hear back. Then I was told someone would contact me and it has been over a month with no call. Their lack of customer service and interest in customer security is unacceptable. I cannot log into my account and someone may or may not have my credit card.
For the third time, the delivery was late and, after I asked for a refund per their policy, they only refunded the shipping cost while giving me a different delivery date, one month later. Twice I waited a month for no reason. This time, I checked their carrier and noticed that the item was returned to Wish facility three days after I received the shipping cost refund. So once again, I would have waited 30 days in vain.
In the past, I had totally forgot about three items because of the delivery dates being so far. And it was too late to ask for a refund so they kept the money.
I am done with those thieves and cheaters.
If you're buying from this site, please go by the reviews. There's a lot of fakes but it's really just taking a chance for the majority. If you don't care about the item not being like the picture then by all means go for it. You should however be safe with the reviewed items.
I have ordered several things and not one of them is as described. From drill and router bits to phones and phone accessories. If you choose to buy from them, read the description of it very carefully and with extreme criticism. I didn't include photos due to page not working properly. Save your money.

I have placed orders in September & October 2017 and were meant to receive them in Dec/Jan. These were birthday gifts and now all items had to be refunded to me. No effort was made to track my parcels. Till date, i have still not received anything. Very inconvenient shopping definitely not made easier
This site will steal your money and never deliver. I ordered 2 months ago and never received. Customer service is a robot only. No live person option to speak to. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company which was the only way I could get my money back. It worked.

I had ordered dozens of items with Wish and some items came quickly and were 100% great quality. You must be aware not all sellers on wish are equal and no matter how much you study reviews and photos and seller ratings as I did you will still end up disappointed. I have 14 items that never came and wish said i was refunded which i have to check my card to see if it was really refunded. They claim the items will still come even after refund. I have yet to see anything come in. Whats going on Wish?
I will give them three stars because of how unsure of the clothing sizes... Some merchants the sizing is correct but then some you have too order two sizes bigger even eith the chart help. Overall my products have been as described and I have received my products on time or earlier than expected...
I had ordered before and waited months for delivery. Of course many of the items were not what I ordered. However the most recent issue was I ordered items and was provided a tracking number because my items were shipped. Fake tracking number. Months later items never came. Wish stated the delivery address was not a valid delivery address. What? Other items made it ok. Now they say the time is past refund! You got to be kidding after you gave me a fake tracking number so I can't validate any of this? Such a scam and I want my money back. Customer service sends me to a AI loop talking to a bot. Run away don't shop here!

I bought a watch for a good price. Well it is true when they say you get what you pay for. I believe this watch to have lead and maybe other toxic chemicals in the metal. Any time I wear the watch for more than 2 days I get aches in my wrist, hand, and my low back near my kidneys starts to hurt. I have also found myself to have headaches. I never ever get head aches. I stopped wearing the watch when all these symptoms started to happen simultaneously along with the drying of my throat, swollen white tongue, and throat aches.

I love most of the products wish has on their site, but the shipping takes so long it is almost not worth ordering from the site any more. Or the order doesn't even come in and you have to ask for a refund. The refund is easy to get, much better than the shipping.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
