Wish needs zero stars! Ordered few things last month and one product is not shipped yet! Trying to cancel the order online but it is not going through! Looks like they designed the app/website in a way that it is easy to place an order but difficult to cancel it! Trying to get a refund and wish customer support is repeatedly sending me the same emails about steps of cancellation which don't work! Even after mentioning that multiple times still the same worded emails. I am not ordering anything from them in the future.
I am sure that wish. Com means the best for all its customers however I wish it would check its dealers and handlers that are often sending us their products many times those products were late however I am pleased with the wish. Com is easier to correct the problem and refund the money but I do wish those that were sellers or dealers for their customers would be more accurate and getting things to us when we give our mailing address and address and expect them to arrive on a certain date one of the products one time they kept giving me three or four dates it would arrive after after that date I do not however reflect this upon everyone who works at wish
Would it not be easier to just provide customer service than receive poor reviews? This is all I have to say so not letting me post before I enter a minimum of one hundred characters is not necessary.
I ordered an item and it never came. I contacted the robotic helper several times who told me the item s coming. Now it not here over a months wait and they won't refund my money. So in essence they have stolen from a customer.
If you are expecting high quality items for just $1 or 2 overnight, then this is not the website for you. Especially if you buy a gift with a deadline.
Everything I have ordered has been serviceable and worked well. It takes a long time to arrive, but I just bought little stuff that I needed but not overnight. I would use this on occasion for unimportant items.
I have been shopping with wish for over 12 months now and have found the site to be very addictive. There is so much to choose from. Delivery is not express, but it is also cheap. My only advise is, read the full description of the item and check what they say is in the package, as some of the photos can be a little misleading. But over all this is a very excellent shopping site.
I will not be ordering nor looking at anything else on Wish site anymore. It has been going on 3 months and I haven't heard a word from you nor received a tracking number. I have ordered from you before and you delivered in about a month back then but now you are ignoring me and have taken my money that I wish to have back asap. I will not advise or recommend anyone to order anything from this site ever again because you all take people money and send no items. So please either send me what I ordered or send me my refund back. This is very bad business and has left a very bad taste about your company with me. Also why do I need to show proof of purchase. Every time I try to pull it up, it want let me so you already know what I have ordered. Now you want let me submit my complaint either.

I have ordered multiple items from this site and have received less than half of them. I contact customer support and I'm told to contact the carrier! Meanwhile, a bag I paid $40 for is showing delivered and they could care less. Total crap and will NEVER shop with them again

I ordered 5 items at beginning of may and to date not received any of them. I have sent numerous emails but dont get a proper answer as to when they are likely to be delivered. I'm afraid I wont be ordering anymore from them.
You though you saw a good deal on Wish.com and ordered it right away. The next morning they send you an email telling you your order is canceled. There is no real person working on customer service of Wish.com, so you can't complain to anybody.

This website is protecting the guys who have stolen my credit card ( and 500$ on my account) by helping them to remain anonymous.
If you want to buy products with stolen credit cards, go ahead they will help you to do your just with discretion.
I signed up and placed an order. The order never arrived. Try contacting WISH - almost impossible to do. Finally I found an email address and told them the package never arrived. They did nothing. Tried again 2 weeks later. No response. Dont waste your time.

I purchased many items from the site and suddenly my account was blocked. I contacted wish staff and received no reason why it was blocked just the same email over and over. It advised to send a copy of a bank statement showing a recent purchase to validate the account which I did and still nothing. On the bright side I found joom which is less expensive one best of all no shipping fees so I am now a Joom customer.
Wish is a great place to shop any and everything you need for a great price and what I like most is if you do t have your item in the time frame it's supposed to come they will refund your money with no hassle
I love shopping with wish/home. It is risk free and they respond quickly to any concerns i may have. There is such an enormous variety to choose from that i find myself lost on the site for hrs. I recommend wish/home to all my friends.
Items received incomplete or by received. No help to solve issues False ads. It took several months of asking for help to be strong alone with no solutions and then be told your item was shipped as ordered

I decided to give wish a try so I ordered four items. Three of them where never delivered. Contacted customer service they said to contact the shipping company because their records show they where delivered. I checked my Ring on the delivery date. No deliveries.
Never received an item. Wish refused to refund claiming the item is in transit (after two months!), Wish constantly moves the delivery time to later date, and that allows them not to refund you. No item, but tons of junk advertising emails i my mailbox...

The only time there was an issue was I had ordered a striped long sleeve women jacket paid $10.00, ended up with a short sleeve tee shirt with stripes. That was never cleared up
So now I don't buy my clothes from wish Only gadgets and kids things.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
