I ordered from there 3 pairs of shoes said leather and they were plastic. Took like 6 weeks to get them and I still haven't received the other item I ordered with them. Any way I did contact them and they did refund my money and actually told me to donate the shoes which I did, so I respect the company for that much. Everything is from China and what you pay for the most is shipping and why it takes so long going thru customs etc. I learned my lesson, Stupid to think it's a deal, it's not.
Some things ordered was nice but some things not so nice. Sizes of clothing run way to small. I ordered some out door lights the pic looked way different than when we got them 1 came in don't know where the other 2 are they done got money
Don't do it! Items come from random people in China and items are Asian sizes. The problem is that they don't tell you that, your items arrive with stains probably from grandmas coffee and they don't fit. Colors are not actually as advertised. There is no such thing as a return and if you decided to ship it back... bad idea, the shipping costs more than the item is worth.
I ordered for Christmas and more than 5 items are broken and not working. Jewelry falls apart the first time you wear it. I ordered little toys for grand babies and they all did not work. Also a dress I ordered came in after 30 days finally and they said I can not get a refund because I ordered it so long ago... really worst customer service and site ever
I ordered merchandise from this company and the order was never filled completely, no way to speak with anyone other than through emails and that's a joke. Merchandise is broken, no refunds and no new shipment. This company is a complete joke, do not waste you time or money. This company should have their doors closed and sued to return all money owed to their customers for damaged or non shipped orders.
I ordered tous for my daughter. 5 months later, yes, 5 months! Still nothing. I tried to cancel and get reimbursed but they never give you the option. They say to contact the customer service but their dumb robot send you in circle. Avoid Wish at all cost.

The stationery and pens and pencils I received were of low quality and appeared to have all been imported from foreign countries. On top of that the outrageous shipping and handling fees totally negate any great price you are led to believe you are getting in their ads.
I ordered more than 20 items on Thanksgiving on wish.com because of their price were unbelievable low. I had to finish the order in a hurry as there was a reminding of limited time left to get those cheaper items. I thought I was lucky to have finished my order in time to take their advantage. However, shortly after I finished the order, this company sent me a series of emails to inform me that my order for those lower price items were completely cancelled one after another. They only wanted to process my order for higher priced or regular priced items. I felt I was foolish by this fraud website. Anyone read this review should be very careful to buy any cheap items on this website. You can not trust this company at all!

I have been buying clothing on Wish some of them did fit but too many do not. There is no way of tracking orders and most of the time there is no sizing tag on the clothing so you dont know what size you got. I am going to delete this app and save my money and get better made clothes in regular stores and not have to wait a month to get them.
Wish took both my transactions back in September.October.an so on. I ordered over 1,000$ on both transactions and still haven't heard from them. No products I ordered not all my money refunded. Can u help me with this issue it's got me very mad and hurt. Thanks TI

My order never arrived for waiting over a month. They keep extending delivery dates. Customer support replied via email and refunded my order. If you need to order something important and want to be very sure to get in time, this is NOT the site to order from
If you want to throw money to the garbage GO AHEAD! Wish is One of the worst Online Stores I have ever met.
They just keep changing the Arrival date for the products. More than 2 month waiting for something. And the return process is just a joke. They does not let you return the order once you have receive it...

I bought a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses. It says, lens color transparent, it's not, because it's not a progressive multifocal glasses I ordered. This is just a pair of reading sunglasses, but are not a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses (just like the one you can get from $1 tree) and not even comes with a case.
I told the customer service and they totally ignored my issue of my purchase, and told me I received what in the description and in the title as stated. And closed the case stated, "resolved". So ridiculous!
This store just slowly turning to a scammer are the sellers, counterfeit is the products, and customer service have no service at all! Like you paid for something you saw on the list, but you don't know what you will get after a month of waiting in the mail.

I have 2 items lost in the wind. I have 1 that left US customs on May 23. Just today July 10 they are blaming international shipping and the virus. It's in the states and they think I'm an idiot. I have asked for refunds now for over 2 weeks and got a partial and BS. Do not shop with them. You'll hate them and then yourself for not listening.

I have requested over 30 times in the last past 24 to 48 hours for a reset password link to be sent to my email address and still have not received it. Wish needs a better customer service support team and not an automated system! All I want is my orders I paid for to arrive now and ill never again order from wish again. Wish is so not meeting my needs as a customer. They need to hire real people to be there customer service support team and not an automatic system.
There is a need to do a little light reading for the true description of the item, pictures should should never be the sole basis for determining purchase as models always look different in the clothes and items... The description of the items are point on they even give you measurements for clothing. Their tech gadgets are awesome and super inexpensive and if you don't receive the items they take no time to refund you. They also have a great turn around for replying to you. Im sure I have ordered more than 50 items from them and any issues I had were met with apologies and refunds...
I ordered from geek.whish.com two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the delivery. Just got one information email stating my order is on the way, but the delivery will be in another 2 weeks up to a month! Worst thing is that all links in the information emails (like the one to the support) lead to a "Page not found" (HTTP 404) error. Also when trying to log in, my credentials are rejected. When trying to let me send a new password, I get the error that the email address is not found. Awful.
When I ordered my stuff from wish.com it said I would have my product by June 16 now it's saying July second. People if your in a hurry for your products do not order from wish. Hopefully wish isn't a scam. If I knew it was going to take a month to get my product I would not have gone through wish.com. Tried to save 5.00 dollars going with wish. Not worth the wait. And yes they are coming from freaking China where this corona virus started from. Never again ordering through wish.com again.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
