I have ordered few items from Gearbest, the latest being a Mi Band 2. The product itself is very good, as advertised, and arrived well packaged. In general Gearbest is better value for money than most other sites. The delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, although this is slower than I would like but it is within the advertised timescales and it is free. I haven't tried the paid faster delivery option. Based on my dealing so far with GearBest, I do recommend the website.

I ordered items from gearbest in the past several years ago and did receive them but more recently they just offered items and never delivered and wouldn't return messages and never refunded me the money or sent the items

Delivered quickly, in two weeks. The courier brought home. High quality shoes. Included spare laces and socks. The sneakers are very comfortable. Wore to the cold every day, my legs do not get tired. Excellent service. Five*

I have bought items from this store on severally occasion's, i'v not found any problem. Their customer care has always been there with good responds, quick refunds if needs arises by me, free shipping, cheap items. I recommend gearbest.com

They block honest negative and inconvenient to them product reviews. That is why all their $#*!ty products have ratings close to 5*. Their support ignores questions about it. I'm done with them. Ali offers better service.

Despite all the fake positive reviews, I am a real customer purchasing 3 orders from GearBest. Out of 4 items I ordered 5 months ago, I received 1 item only. The rest 3 items are still missing and nobody knows where they are. On GearBest web page it marked they were delivered which is a complete lie. This company is basically a thief and scammer. They took your money but don't ship your goods. Please don't buy from this store if you want endless frustration. The CS department is useless. If you look at the positive reviews, they are fake.

Sent already paid video card 2 months. After half a year, the choke squealed and fans made noise, the card was sent under warranty, where it could not be repaired and refused to make a replacement and a full refund. Only partial refund. NEVER buy in this store, no service.

1 defective item, 3 never shipped
I placed two orders. On 10/14/20. Today is 1/29/21
One **************774) for a "spy camera". It was not as described and I asked for a refund. They jerked me around that it was "one of their vendors" and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, I filed a PayPal dispute. Finally, I was issued a refund for the camera ($31.99).

The second order **************646) was for three items. One was shipped and received. Three items were NEVER shipped. They finally agreed to cancel these items.
I'm am owed $39.93 for these three items.
They refuse, claiming the $31.99 somehow covers both issues...

They have jerked me around for three months.
And now I can't file a PayPal dispute. I'm sure that was their plan all along. So, now I will file my complaint here.

Tip for consumers:
I’ve had some good orders.

Most stuff is low price/low quality.

Customer service is terrible.
They blame stuff on “their vendors”.
EBay takes responsibility for “their vendors”. These guys don’t.

If you want to make an order for stuff that you don’t really care if you ever get, this is your place.

No information on track number provided, ticket submission does not work, no response for contact, false promise on delivery time...

If gearbest.com continues its current ways of doing business, the Chinese officials should shut down such an international scam!

We will see!

Update: I made a mistake for not doing research before making purchase at gearbest.com.
I just found so many bad reviews on this "company". Here is my advice to gearbest.com: 出来混迟早要还的.

After reading reviews, I'm afraid I am going to fall into the same trap as everyone else. It's been 4 days and it hasn't even shipped, and I contacted customer service over 24 hours ago with no response.

Ordered item 1/22/2015 and still haven't seen it. Chat supposed to work 24/7 didn't work any of the several times we tried to contact and customer service responded only after dispute was placed. Finally got message they have up till 45 days delivery time!

People from Gearbest must be writing these 5 star reviews themselves. Go look on their facebook for the truth (if they haven't already deleted your post).

I ordered a phone 5 weeks ago and still have not received it. No update from them at all. Tracking number says it's just been sitting in "Burlington, Ontario, Hong Kong" for 3 weeks.

Intentional glitch in their site when you are trying to reach customer support. I'm disputing the transaction through paypal and hope I can get my money back!

I order a mobile which arrives without sim card holder, after several messages they offer me 6$ refund instead sending the missing part. Now I have paid 180$ for nothing. Be aware, if something wrong on your order you'll not be assist.

Purchased an electric hover board on November 13,2015 from this company. Have yet to receive it. Have submitted tickets many times only to be told, "it has been shipped, be patient". Supposedly, it was shipped Dec 17th with delivery in 8-15 business days. They gave me a tracking number which you cannot use because it's coming from China.
I am tired of waiting. Thankfully, I used PayPal. They are now investigating my case.

Ordered a Mouse for laptop, didn't arrive on due date, painful customer support service, told me to wait 60 days for mouse, then said sorry late leaving for postage 80 days after order agreed refund, that didn't come for weeks. Worst company by miles I have ever dealt with on Internet. Stay away find any other place to buy what you want. Whole process took 5 months and about 20 emails..

I recommend this site, Very good products & price, so I decided to buy here. After payment send me item photos and track number. Take about 3-4 weeks delivery to my country. The Xiaomi are original though. No problems at all, currently just waiting my recent order, hope will be landed nearly and safely.

Ordered a product in early December and have not received it. Sent two emails asking what the problem is, but no response. Went through PayPal and am issuing a claim against them and will get my money refunded. Too much of a hassle - avoid ordering or dealing with GearBest!

I bought a smart watch for my husband 2 days after he had it the camera has packed up it takes upside down pictures and runs out of charge within a few hours not happy with this product or support team at all stay away from dodgy asians

My order is still processing for 42 business days and nearly two full months after purchase on February 7,2016. Sent messages several times with no response in return. Maybe I'll get a standard we're sorry for the delay answer, but more likely I will not receive the product.

Two months after placing my order and paying a very respectable amount for some staff, they haven't arrived and they keep making fun of me sending emails to be patient, trying to gain time and this is not their fault. Of course they don't answer anything on my requests for refund. Please take into consideration that I have also paid for an expedited shipping (2-5 business days) so that the items arrive sooner. Totally a scam, avoid them

Awful site. The worst part is their customer service. They can barely understand anything you ask and will give you amazingly horrible explanations for why your order did not ship. There are much more reputable sites to order from

Contrary to most merchants based in China, Gearbest often ships their top-seller products from Europe which allows a faster delivery plus avoids the risk of paying taxes. They have incredibly low prices and great products.

You might save a few bucks with GearBest, but if you expect to receive your order in a reasonable time-frame, or you prefer some minimum level of customer service, you're wasting your time!

I placed an order on January 1 and paid with PayPal. On January 6, my order status was still showing as "Processing." I tried several times to call their "24/7 Super Support Center," but they didn't answer their phone. After 25-30 minutes, a "Live Chat" rep (Larry) finally came online. After chatting back and forth for a while, he admitted that it could take 7-25 more business days for me to receive my order.

I requested that GearBest cancel my order and give me a full refund ASAP. Larry agreed. I'll have to wait and see what happens next.

Very disappointing transaction!

I ordered a back pack from these people well over two months ago. Tried to e-mail them as to where the product was since I have not received it. Only got generic response. Now put in a claim thru paypal. If gear best does't redo; ve this I should get my money returned. Thank you paypal
