I put yodel parcel shop,after few days they said it's closed, so i texted 100 times, to change the adress,on mine!
They said yes... But didn't...
Every day said - today, today, will be delivered today!
After, they said-you should change the address!...
I ALREADY SAID THEM 100 times!

Was next day delivery!
So 2 weeks passed!
And 2 times they just ignored and finished chat with me!
My recent encounter with Yodel has left me utterly dismayed. Despite entrusting them with the delivery of a parcel, it arrived in a compromised state, with items missing.
What truly astounds me is Yodel's response to my valid concerns. Instead of addressing the issue with sincerity and professionalism, they chose to reply in a mocking manner. This level of disrespect towards their customers is absolutely appalling.
Yodel's cavalier attitude towards their responsibilities reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. It's evident that they prioritize mockery over genuine service.
I strongly caution anyone considering Yodel's services to think twice. Trusting your parcels with a company that treats its customers with such disdain is simply not worth the risk.

One of the worst companies. First, there is no simple telephonic conversation facility available, and second, the CEO, management, staff, depots, drivers etc., are worse. They make you fake promises even after explaining the importance of the delivery (I was expecting my medication from them) and they gave me the worst anxiety ever. Businesses and customers avoid them.
I paid next day delivery as it was an important delivery. Yodel made no attempt to deliver and then tried to say the delivery address was incomplete, having checked what they had, it wasn't. They then tried to say they couldn't discuss it with me because of data protection. The driver would have been seen if he had gone pst my house by two famiky members it's a very very quiet country lane, so it he was lost he could have asked but NO. No parcel and i have had to cancell three orders which is massive for a small business. I would never use yodel
LAZY Delivery drivers who cant read the instructions or Telephone number on the delivery note.

Worst experience ever. They got the box with an office chair (imagine the size) from the seller and lost it in one of their depots. Live support couldn't contact the depot for days and the package was still lost. Support was all indian and used identical copy-paste messages. They even asked me about the contents of my package. What if it was something sensitive? No, they don't care. So after 5 days of not being able to find the huge box they told me that they failed to "locate it". Meaning, they lost it in the depot. I have no idea how mentally challenged you should be to lose the box with a size of a range rover.
Never ever ever use this pathetic company, they will lose you package, never make up for it and will irritate you with lowest level support.
Yodel deserves minus 5 rate, not one star.

No one informed me that I needed to bring the same ID as my recipient's name to get the parcel, and I used to write nickname to protect my privacy. So now I unable to get my parcel and receive the worst response. Customer service will just repeat over and over again that it's their rule that you have to use the correct name to collect it.
In fact, I have the collection code and recipient information and Yodel account to prove that this is my parcel, but they just won't bend the rules. Completely ignoring the customer's needs, they only suggest that I pay for the parcel again, that the parcel is right in front of me but I can't pick it up, that I have to create a new label for an unimportant name. It's wasting energy to deliver it again and create more carbon footprint.

I gave yodel a ultimatum to either deliver my parcel before 9pm the day before valentines day or just straight up send it back to the ebayer that sent me them because i just give up with said company they are useless refuse to help specially those with special needs ie mentally and learning wise they fail all logical answers have goodness knows who working there that dont understand when i mention the parcel is urgently required by a set time they just truelly do not care at all because they just dgaf due to not carering about the customers that they upset no offense please do not use them any more lets make them go out of business because i just hate a service that isnt going to understand when something is urgent it needs to be there the day they advertised for it to be it was advertised to arrive by 13th feb 2024 they have aproximately 5 hours left before i refuse to take the package from them due to being gone and they dont offer leaving the parcel with neighbours or in safe place with this parcel which i call garbadge i will be lettign all ebay sellers not to use them because they just do not care for their customers at all i think everyone else should do the same
Parcel was due 30th/31st January, on 31st no parcel so contacted them as tracking had not updated since the 29th, was told it had left the hub from the sender and was at the hub in my area. Still no delivery so contacted again and was told it's due before the 2nd, so I expected it on the 1st, no delivery and no tracking. Contacted this morning and was told it was a label reprint, I challenged this a being a lie and was told parcel was now showing as lost and contact the vendor. This is not the first time Yodel have done this they are a disgrace and I get the impression if you complain they deliberately 'lose' parcels.
I am awaiting the CEO to respond!
The Yodel delivery guy stole the item without delivering the item and posted a fake picture in yodel app informing that it is delivered.
All the providers they have in Fulham never accept the parcel for many reasons: they do not accept parcels over the weekend or they run out if labels!
Yodel failed twice to deliver my item. After rescheduling for another date as they initially failed to deliver, the driver had stated it was 'refused' which is a total lie because nobody came to our door to knock nor ring our door bell...AGAIN!. I believe the driver delivered to the wrong address, which explains why it was refused. Whoever the driver was, he/she is a complete mong! I contacted Yodel via their useless live chat to complain. The agent was more concerned about sticking to their scenario script than actually helping me - a complete waste of my time! My item is being returned to the seller overseas as Yodel will not redeliver my item again. Deplorable service employing disingenuous staff.
My delivery comprised 7 parcels. Yodel said it was 6. When i used chat line to find out where missing parcel was was told it was late from central Depot so missed the van leaving local Depot that day. Couldn't track as status was 'delivered'. Several more 'chats', was told it was lost, told to speak to supplier (Sat 23/12!), argued with and told it was delivered perhaps in garden or with neighbour. Eventually parcel 'found', delivery rescheduled for a date I couldnt be at property. Son took day off work to be there. No delivery, parcel too heavy! Completely useless, neither I nor supplier cn speak to a human who knows what's going on at the Depot in Selby!
I am utterly appaled by the service of Yodel. How can a company fake deliveries and classify them as missed delivery when they never showed up. Even when I requested they ring my mobile if they encountered diffuliculty accessing my building. It's just frustrating you have no input in what couriers a supplier might use to dispatch your purchase, but Yodel is the very worst of them all.
No accountability. Put phone down. Do not really listen. Will never use. Avoid. Deliver to wrong address.

I ordered a product and did not receive anything.
Then I ordered the same product again, because the first one disappeared and no one knows where.
I took time off from work to stay at home to receive the package.
I followed the tracking and there were about 4 minutes left for the package to reach me.
But it wasn't like that, he kept moving away from me.
At the moment I started to follow the car and see where it was going.
He stopped at a place near the forest, between Burnley and Accrington and moved some packages from the van into the smaller car.
I waited the next day, thinking it would come.
But it wasn't like that, Trachingul was shown to me delivered to my home.
Good people, please don't trust the Yodel company to deliver any packages.
Better deliver with EVRY, DPD, ROIAL MALE or with another company.
Drivers steal packages, be careful with which company you deliver.

My parcel has not been delivered to my address. I tracked my parcel(terrible delivery company). I got a picture of where driver left it,its certainly not my flat. 2 reasons one he delivered it to a ground floor apartment (I'm on a first floor flat). And the apartment he delivered to is a different style of building

Answer: If you do get through you won't get your problem solved. All you get is it has been raised with the depot, but you still don't get your parcel. Don't even bother with contacting the driver they never answer their phone and they never respond to messages.
