Black Friday, while vacationing in Miami, my husband and I went to Zara's. My husband went to pay for his items. After standing in a long line, we got up to the register, got rang up, then swiped our card (its was a visa debit). The cashier said the system is slow, to try swiping again, so we did. Once again, he asked us to swipe, but after it did not work he said do you have another card because that one isn't working. We knew we had plenty of money in there, but my husband took out a regular CC and swiped. That didn't work, so he used another card. Thats when they realized that the terminals were all going down... so the manager had all the cashiers use a smaller portable like terminal. My husband then was able to pay for his items.
When we got to the hotel that afternoon, my husband realized they hit his bank account 3 times! We called Zara's, spoke to Angela (Mgr), who basically said she couldn't do anything and that the corporate office would be closed until Monday. I explained that we are on a cruise starting Sunday and would be gone an additional week. She said she would make a call and get back to us after our vacation... Well that never happened!
I called when we got home in early December. The gal I spoke to said she was sending all the info, including the copies of our receipt and bank statement. A week later, I heard nothing, once again! Back to calling customer service again, but this time I had a gal that followed up. She sent our info to the financial dept and called me to let me know that they would process it and it would be another week to see the $164.36 credit back to my husbands bank account. It is now 12/29 and we have nothing! This company is horrible! Oh and to top off everything, they also hit both credit cards as well, so we had to put in disputes.
I went to return items and was kicked out of store with mask exemption. The manager walked over and basically threatened me and i hve it on video.

Security said I was stealing and I ask him to show me the video. He said he can't and later on apologize I'm done with Zara I fell so ashamed
So bad service! And they treat their staff BAD so sad. Never buying from them again, the worst company ever, they should be ashamed over them self

I read alot of bad reviews from Zara but I end up always having a great encounter with customer service and speedy shipping. I ordered a jacket and jeans summing up to about 170$ standard shipping. Then I seen I hat I liked and ordered it using express shipping. Dumb idea when I thought about it. I could of ordered all 3 express but I just woke up. So I get a confirmation email shortly after both that early morning around 6:00a. M and 11:00a. M then tracking for the jacket and jeans saying expected delivery date 10/05/17 when it was we'd 10/04/17 and thought they shipped the wrong one via express but then I get another tracking email for the hat. The jacket/jeans shipped via leasership and thehat shipped UPS ground. So call to make sure that they weren't glitches and they weren't. The next day both boxes were shipped within48 hours. All items prestige as always. I suggest when talking to customer service about an issue understand that they have hard days too. Respect can take you along way. No one goes out there way for rudeness. If I get good service I have to speak on it because if I get bad service I would also speak on it.
