Bought 2 sets of white bath towels, shed awfull on 1st washing. Some hems not even stitched. I wanted a faster drying towel so bought not all cotton because of that I wont be able 2 use these even on the cars! & took at least10 days 2 deliver

They take to long to ship. They didn't ship my entire order even though the invoice said it was complete. They didn't notify me when they cancelled an item off my order. The savings you get is not worth the hassle.

Order 2 tunics and one fit fine and the other fit totally different. No return slip in the bag and called to find out how to return it and they are charging $7.00 to return it. It cost $20.00. Took 4 weeks to get to me and will probably take 3 months to get my partial payment back.

I just received the 8" x 2 1/4 ivory timer candle. This candle is totally awesome! It is a very rare candle to find in stores. It fit perfectly in the candle holder I have. I am so happy with these candles, they came in a pack of two. I would recommend them to any body! I Love, Love Zulily! They have the neates things you just can't find every where. There people that work in customer service have always been extremely nice and occominating. Extremely awesome Co.

I have been ordering from zulily for about a year now. If you allow for 3 weeks shipping all is good. I am in Australia so I am ordering off season so that works fine for me. I have had no problems getting a credit for the couple of things I wasn't happy with. Most of it I love. I check sizing carefully, sometimes it is a little off, but once you start to know the brands it's easier to pick the right size. Ignore the suggested retail in most cases, I reckon its never worth that price. I pay $10aus for shipping and try to buy at least 4 things at once to make it viable. I find them a great way of getting brands I can't get otherwise

I like some of Zulily. I like some of the specials they run. I like some of the prices on things. I don't like their clothes as they are never the right size and the fabric is so thin that they are see through or almost see through. If they are selling a brand I know, things are great. One major problem is their shipping department. They use huge boxes for a small items or just one item. I ordered 4 items in one order. They all came in their own huge box. What a waste. They could have sent everything in one box. Also their shipping is very very slow at times. If they don't have it in stock to ship out right away then they should not be selling it.

I've ordered both clothes and also a shower curtain. Shower curtain was just fine, the clothes were HIDEOUS. Teeny tiny and nothing like the cool stuff shown in the pictures. I've since learned that any site that cuts off the heads of the pictures of the models is most likely stealing that picture from another site, then trying to recreate the clothes once you order. That's why it takes so dang long to get anything. But unfortunately the seamstresses in China can't sew a straight line. BUYER OF CLOTHES... BEWARE...

If you stay with name brands you will do okay. I wouldn't buy any unknown name any more because I am always disappointed. I don't bother to send it back because their return policy makes you pay 8.95 and you don't have a chance to send it back by your own postage. So I make sure to buy name brands I know are of good quality.

This site popped up on my face book and I made a purchase, not unlike some others, I noticed the delivery was not fast, they ship to ups and then ups ships to usps. I received a pair of shoes, (each shoe a different size). There was no return info in the package and when I called I found that I had to pay for return and only get a site credit for my purchase, so I am out at least $10 for shipping and have a credit for a site I do not trust.

The shirts I ordered were pretty good, but the boots I ordered were subpar. They looked nice enough, but after wearing them for only 1 day, there were holes in the heels of them. Customer service hasn't gotten back to me yet, not sure if they ever will... don't buy their boots. Otherwise, they're okay.

I ordered a cute, top that was gathered in the front. What I received was a plain t-shirt. I complained and asked for a refund, so they shipped me another plain t-shirt, without my consent. I complained again and asked for a refund and they gave me a credit of $10. Sorry, no refunds.

The sandals I ordered had black and clear rhinestones with silver buckles in the photo. Arrived today, like a month after I ordered them, and rhinestones and buckle are all gold! And all sales are final, yet product was totally misrepresented. Not ordering from zulily again.

I ordered 3 items during the first week of February. The first item was delivered about 5 weeks later, the second item was delivered 7 weeks later. Today I received an email telling me that the company was cancelling the final item. The items that I got were "OK" but not worth the wait. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 2 dresses that looked so cute in the pictures. When they arrived they were so big & shapeless they looked like something I wouldn't even wear on Halloween! Ugly, ugly, ugly & cheapest fabric possible! Disgusting! Doesn't even deserve 1 star- Stay far, far away!

Ordered two Lily and Taylor dresses from Zulily ordered both in size 6, when I received them the size look awfully big. Tried on and the dresses fit me like a size 10. I check the sizing lable inside the dresses, it look as if some had removed the orginal lable an sewn a size 6 label to the dress. This is fraud! I call CS and complained, told him what I thought had happen, he told me they usually don't take back returns, no inventory on site. But since this is my first return they would take it back and return my money to my PayPal account, but the next time they would not refund. I told him I will not be ordering from them again. Zulily is running a merchandise scam! Do not buy from them no matter how low the prices are. This is my second order with them, presently waiting on one more, never again.

I purchased 2 tops from the site (both size M after looking at the sizing chart) and was extremely disappointed after they arrived. One shirt had the arm tied in a knot and after undoing it, realized that the hem had not been sewn! The quality was very poor and I figured since I had it anyway, I would finish sewing it myself. When I tried the shirt on, there was no way it was going to fit (despite the sizing chart measurements). I then tried on the second shirt and it fit true to the size chart except for the fact that it was missing about a foot of material at the bottom. It sat above my belly button where the picture clearly shows the shirt sitting at mid thigh. I was fed up and was about to send both shirts back for a refund until I noticed that I would have to pay for the shipping which is ironically more than the shirts cost in the first place. Lesson learned the hard way :( I would never order from Zulilly again!

I ordered a silk dress from Zulily. I ordered it in a Large (I wear size 10-12) and it was very small. The embroidery looked so cheap I would not to wear it in public I will not order from Zulily again.

Most of the items I purchase are okay. The only complaint is that the clothes sometimes are not the right size fit as to what I normally wear. I feel the material is a little cheaper but I guess we're paying cheaper prices. I suppose I shouldn't complain. I'll keep shopping Zulily, however.

My account was hacked, I called Zulily as well as credit card provider and took all the steps to make sure I was not charged for their negligence and my account was cleared. I was reassured that I don't have to worry about this incident and they made all the notes necessery. Yesterday I received an email from collection agency stating that I owe Zulily and they are collecting on their behalf. Of course I disputed it and now I'm back to trying to clear my name again. Called Zulily back this morning and manager was as arrogant as it can be. No knolwige of her business what's so ever and she was asking to make payments on my account even though it says charges were not mine.

SOmetime I can find great deals on here especially when it comes to stuff for my kids. The only thing is they never offer free shipping. Only time they do offer free shipping is when you place the order and after its completed they offer free shipping that you have to used in the next 24 hours. Shipping cost isn't that bad. Its like $7 and additional $1 is added to shipping for more items you purchase. Depends who i order from on zulily, sometime i'll received the stuff within 10 days or sometime it can take up to 2 weeks. The quality is whatevers, not great but not bad. Some stuff can be cheappppp quality. Again it depends whos the seller are.

Haven't ordered from Zulily in a few years, but remembered to size up big time. I ordered a bulky fashionable cardigan sweater in size XXL, I am a size medium. It fits just fine however the beige knit sweater was full of dark pills and soiled in the front and had a chemical odor to it. Nothing that I can't fix, so will be keeping it as you have to sell your first born to return for refund. Naturally MADE IN CHINA. Ordering through Zulily is a crap shoot.

I recently purchased clothes for my granddaughter through Zulily only to find out after the fact, that the items would not be shipping for almost a month. Absolutely ridiculous! I WOULD NOT order from this company again!

I have been doing business with Zulily for over a year and I am pleasantly pleased at their cust on me servixe. At times I have recipe bed wrong order, or not received my order. Other tomes I have gotten merchandise that sizing didn't first right, other times items were more beautiful than pictured or better than expected. I love their variety and the convienence of ordering. I am extremely pleased!
