I have ordered from Zulily and I do not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a tunic for Christmas and I was lucky to get it by Easter. I emailed them to cancel my order since I obviously was not going to get it by the holidays. The only response was to tell me to wait. Hate them.

I don't like that my credit card is charged weeks before my item is shipped. I also don't like that there is no item lists with prices in each package. There is also no return shipping label included in each package. I don't mind paying to return, but at least provide a return label for your customers. I also don't like that for a return we can only get store credit and not credit back on our original form of payment. I am disabled and that is why I have to order online and I do not have a working printer to print the online return label. I was told to go to UPS or a library to print a return label, if I could walk that would be ok, but I can't walk!

I heard so many great things about the company so I figured I would try it out myself, and never again will I purchase something from Zulily ever again. I had to email the company twice to receive a tracking number, then I received my package on Christmas Eve. I ordered a wine glass for my best friend, the wine glass was just placed in a cardboard box, it had no bubble wrap or any protection to keep it from breaking, I opened the box and the stem was separated from the glass and cannot be fixed. I have better luck ordering from Amazon then ordering from Zulily, never again!

I went to Zulily to buy my child an American girl doll for Christmas. I bought this doll over a week ago and they never shipped it. The website informed me it was guaranteed yo be here before Christmas. Well I was getting a little nervous because I didn't see where they had shipped it and they told me it hadn't been shipped and they would most likely overnight it. The lady on the phone told me I should get it by today. Well I never got the doll so today I call and they say they just shipped it this morning and that their guarantee is just to get it to the post office by Christmas eve and that as far as their guarantee goes. I am very upset we only get our children one toy because that's all we can afford and now she probably won't have it to unwrap by Christmas. Wow, what a horrible guarantee that was! I will never buy from this site again!

My first time with this company and last. I ordered a jacket, and usually take a med/large. I ordered a large and it fit like a small. (i even tried to give to my niece who wears a med and it was too small!) I went to return it, it stated it was $8.95 to return... I paid 19.99 for the jacket! I guess I will be donating the jacket to the church vs give them it back! Correct your sizing and your return policy. Never again

I used to love Zulily - they introduced me to so many neat things I didn't know I needed. But once they ran out of an item I ordered before my order shipped. Instead of refunding my money, they issued a credit. I didn't mind so much because I planned to shop there again. However, I didn't. Time passed. Zulily sent me an email and said that my credit would expire if not used in 3 days... sadly I was traveling and so when I read the email, it was already too late. I emailed and asked for my credit to be reinstated. But their answer was too bad, too sad I was late and they would not refund my money because the expiration policy was covered in their FAQs. I will not shop there again.

I have has wonderful luck with zulilly. Never a bad experience. I read their " how we work " section as a lot of these folks obviously did not. They explain about the slow shipping and if you educate yourself and go in knowing it's going to be slow it's not an issue. Also as far as sizing they sell thousands of brands so you cannot say their sizing is small. Some items are Asian sizing and would of course be small but again if you read the item description it tells you this. I have found everything I bought true to size and good quality for the price. If you buy super cheap you get super cheap. Educate yourself, buy wisely and you will get some great stuff.

Love all of the different shops daily to choose from. Shipping is rather slow but understandable because of the different shops and diffrent policies. I do wish that when you buy something you get free shipping for more than one day to use. I love the variety though.

I shop Zulily all the time, thousands of dollars worth of clothing, shoes and boots. They come to my home. I do not have to go out to deal with the crowds or worry if my card will or will not swipe. I have become used to and know my favorite brands and sizes.
I do wish tho, that I could earn points or get rewards for shopping ZuliIy am aware of the bonus buys, yet the bonus does not always apply to my style. Rewards are nice.

I placed an order almost a month ago. They took my money immediately now they have NO IDEA when my order will arrive at their facility or will ship. Then they will ship it Fed-Ex smart post that will add an additional week on to this.

You need to threaten them with the following: The Federal Trade Commission (They cannot guarantee Xmas delivery) and reneg on that offer which they clearly post on their site, your StateAttorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Then follow through on those threats! It would appear that they intentionally mislead the consumer by making guarantees which are unachievable... and they know it. Demand a full refund including the shipping charges.

I ordered Keen shoes, and the quality is awful. I have never seen such sub standard quality in a Keen shoe, and I have purchased a lot of Keens. Do NOT buy from this company! You are wasting your money...

I placed an order on Apr. 1st for 2 Easter dresses for my daughters. I received an email on Apr. 17th stating the order had just shipped out and would arrive on Apr. 22nd - well Easter is on Apr. 20th and now I'm left with having to go buy last minute, left over Easter dresses and pay AGAIN (until the day I receive my refund). The policy stated that it takes about 16-18 days to receive the items. I was so upset... we planned to take family photos and all bought matching colors for Easter. The lady from customer services did apologize but sounded as happy as can be and then even wished me a happy Easter --- How sarcastic is that?! I will NEVER buy anything else from Zulily again and I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY!

Sure, there is always room for improvement in any company, but you are doing very well! If I have had a problem you have always fixed it for me. Usually it has more to do with condition after shipping. I wear a bigger size and I find lots of clothing in that size but not things like coats and hoodies. I think your prices are very reasonable and, if anything, I find too many things that I like!

I ordered some 'Naturlizer' sandels with low heels. They were white with some 'bling' on the straps (Mule style shoe). I love them. I wish they would have came in Narrow, but I think this will work fine for me. Great price and great look.

Do not order ANY clothes, boots or anything to wear from them. The sizes are ridiculous and are not even close to being accurate. If you do order, plan on waiting FOREVER to get your item. Go somewhere else, not worth buying from them.

I ordered an infinity scarf and blouse in November before Thanksgiving, I got it just before Christmas. That aside, when I got the products, they smelled like smoke or something else not fresh. I noticed the quality of the scarf was terrible but I figured I could still make it work. There were no washing instructions only a tag that said 100% acrylic. I put it in a mesh bag and washed in cold water, hung to dry. It looks horrible and is unraveling. I knew I wouldn't buy again from his site when I called to check on my items and was told they don't have the items they order them from a third party then they are shipped to them and then to customer, some mess like that. Anyway, looks like I ordered a scarf from someone's basement. Never again.

I ordered some darling dresses for my granddaughter for school. Shipping time was very slow compared to Zappos and Amazon but the big problem is returning the items that don't fit. You have to call them and supposedly they will email you the instructions for returning the items. I've called several times now and each time am told that the email containing the instructions will be in my inbox in an hour. The email never shows up. You don't get your money back - only a credit - which I wouldn't mind if they didn't make it nearly impossible to return items that don't fit. Cute, cute things but I can't afford to buy things that I have to keep even if they don't fit or I don't like them.

I have been pleased with my Zulily experiences. The quality of some of the items is not great but I would say it is inline with the price.
I probably keep 80% of the items ordered. Sometimes the sizing has been a bit off. As with any online purchase that is a risk that you take.
The return process is easy, although I would prefer a refund rather than store credit, especially if using their credit card.

I've been buying from Zulily for several years, mainly fashion but also kitchen and craft items, I'm not sure what has happened but the quality of every single item (appr. 30) I've purchased over the past couple of years has been so poor that I have donated every piece without ever wearing or using them (with the exception of one craft item - that tore after one use). The fashion images are misleading as they show better quality fabrics. The last tops I received felt like plastic. I'm not looking for designer quality at these prices but up until a couple of years ago the quality of the products was very acceptable. Their customer service (Canada) is very good but I wouldn't have had to contact customer service if the products were satisfactory in the first place. The quality has gone down and prices have gone up, bye bye Zulily.

I printed out the ring sizer and it was wrong. When the ring came in I tried to have it exchanged for the correct size (smaller) and was told there is a restocking fee ($2.00) and a $5.95 mailing fee. This was my first (and last) order with Zulily. Horrible customer service.

Stuff appears to be interesting and well priced. Everything I ordered is poor quality and they are Hong Kong plus size. They are a broker for poor quality Chinese fashions. Not plus sized at all. Feel decieved
