I have only ordered once from this website, based on my experience first of all shipping takes FOREVER. So if you are ordering for a special occasion order WELL in advance. The quality was good no complaints. Clothing items did run small I ordered for my oldest daughter in her correct size and it did not fit at all. However I have another daughter who is younger by a few years who it fit. So for me personally it wasn't a COMPLETE waste. Side note I won't order from here again.

I have given this site too many chances. Please do not use this site! First of all, orders take longer than the 7 to 10 business day window that you are given when you place an order. I'm talking well over a month. I ordered some luggage from them, it was a great deal I was very excited. 1 month goes by and I get an email telling me that my order was cancelled they won't be sending me anything. They gave me a 10 dollar credit. Gee thanks. About a week later some pajamas I ordered for my kids and they were covered in black ink! They said they had extras and would send me a pjs. So they could not get enough inventory of the luggage I ordered but they have plenty of pajamas? Whatever system they use isn't working. I filed a complaint with BBB and nothing has been resolved. Avoid this site if you know what's good for you.

OMG! I can't believe these reviews. They only thing I am getting from these reviews is that there are a LOT of stupid people in this world who never bother to read about what they are ordering. Zulilly is clear in stating that the items take two to three weeks and that they are not shipping them. They state this over and over and over again. For God's sake people. Learn to read! I have ordered numerous times from them and only had one issue and it was because the manufacturer didn't send an item. Zulilly refunded me and gave me a $10 credit. Geez, read, comprehend and quit $#*!ing just to $#*!. In other words, grow up.

I'm trying to stop the emails from this company... unsubscribe... and you can't... i have sent emails asking them to take me off their list of emails and no responce...

Anyone have any ideas how to block them? I must get 5 or 5 emails a day!

Never trust this company. I have tried multiple times to purchase from this company and every time the product that they advertise to sell you, is something different when you get it. Color, description, quality, size, shape is always different. Very frustrating. Customer service is awful and rude. Fraudulent company selling nock offs or defective name brand merchandise.

Latest product was priced on amazon and zappos for $200, zulily was selling for $80. I did my research on the brand, sold at nordstroms and macys. Felt comfortable buying it. Boots arrived to my door... size 6 boot with a size 8 tag, color was green/brown not black, leather boot was made out of plastic, wooden heel was rubber. Now what does Zulily think I am going to do with a boot that doesnt fit and completely the wrong description. NOTHING, because they wont let you make a return.

PayPal should not partner up with this company, they are only supporting them.

Stick with Amazon Prime!

I looked at the website on and off for months. I hate ordering clothes without trying them on and i did see their no return policy so i was even more hesitant to buy. I found something so cute i just had to buy it. It just was not as cute when i got it. I did contact them through email about my size concerns. I asked them why plus sized clothes were on skinny models. When i say plus size i am not talking about a size 10, i am talking about 18+. I was thanked for my feedback and would take my concern into consideration. In the meantime i saw 2 more tops that were very nice looking so i bought them. Neither came close to fitting so they went into the donation pile. I still see ''plus size'' clothes on skinny models so 3 strikes and you are OUT. Money wasted, leason learned.

I ordered a poncho and waited a month to receive it. USPS sent it back claiming no one lives at my address. I've lived here for 1 year and I have had conversations with my post man (does he have amnesia?). So, my order goes back to zulily and I get no email no notification what so ever from the post office... Nothing! I find all this out because I call Zulily to find out what's taking so long and they tell me they will resend my package once it is back in their hands. A week later still no package so, I call again and the woman tells me they refunded my money last night for the poncho. What? Refund? I thought I was getting it reshipped? I told her I will never be shopping with them again. Worst company ever.

I love Zulily for the variety of products they offer. I don't like that returns are not free shipping. Also pajama sizing is not comparable to U.S. sizing. I tend not to buy clothes because sizing problems and not free shipping on returns and no returns on pajamas. You really need to know your brands for clothing sizing.
Look at shipping times for all items. Some items come from over seas and take a long time.

I have had good experiences in the past but, just today, I contacted them about a TERRIBLE pair of sandals that I ordered. They were made in China with substandard materials and these rhinestones that were glued on with stringy glue that was all over the place. I communicated this to the company and asked for a return label. They emailed the label stating that I would get a store refund. I requested a refund. THEN, I got an email back that said that they only do credits. I will no longer do business with a company with such awful quality control and an unwillingness to make things right.

This site BLOWS. Never ever ever EVER order from these jackasses. I ordered four items on 9/1/2011. Figured 10 to 14 business days was no big... but here I sit on 9/25/2011 with one of the four outfits - and it's really only HALF the outfit, the bottom with no top. Do the math girls... 24 days to get 1 out of 4 outfits. And the beotch on the phone better hope we NEVER cross paths...

Zulily offers a lot of products and I am able to find what I need at a great price. I love that I can find my shoes on Zulily at half the price of the shoe store and I am able to send my adult kids random gifts for their homes at a fabulous price with great quality.

This is the worst business I've ever ordered from. Sizing is horrible. I sized up after viewing their siz chart, but still items were skin tight. I first thought they didn't know how to size plus sizes, but when I ordered shoes for my granddaughter, they too were too small. I expected them to be too big since could only order a size 10, and she was wearing 9s... too short and too narrow. The child does not have a wide foot! I have literally put $150 in the trash because of unwearable clothing that I could not return. Zulily is a scam!

It took me about three weeks to get my order. I knew this because I researched and saw they shipped from china first. I wasn't in a rush, so this didn't bother me.
Shipping was only $7 for 6 items, so I wouldn't say that it is rediculous.
I'm happy with most of my items. I am 5'9, so I knew that length would be an issue. I got mostly Tunics which will need leggings but are very comfy and have pockets! I got a romper that is a little short, but cute for beach days. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience.
Make sure you order in advance and remember that stuff from china does not do 'vanity sizing' like the states, so clothing will be on the small size.

I ordered an engraved key chain. The key chain was $18.99 which I believe is an outrages price for the item. Additionally the shipping/handling was $7.78 for a package that weighed 0.950 lbs. The total for one small keychain was $26.77. I know I could have not ordered it but it has a special meaning to someone I care very much for. I won't use them again.

I ordered from this company for the first time and didnt take too long to get order probablt 2 weeks like they said it would be. The items were for my two year old which consisted of clothes and shoes. I loved them and will order from them again. Dont understand the bad reviews dont think they pick and choose who they give good service but you know some people have big imaginations. If you pay $5 for something you are going to get a $5 product... just sayin

I am a first time customer of zulily and I ordered 4 items from a company called lovebugs for my 3yr old daughter. I ordered on the 7th January and they arrived today on the 17th january. The clothes were exactly as they looked in the picture and are beautiful. Great price, gorgeous strappy dress that only cost £9.99 at 70% discount, definitely looks expensive. The 10 days wait was expected as they do warn you about it taking 10-14 days. Extremely happy with my purchase, and pleased I ordered before reading reviews as I think that I would've been put off! Happy happy!

After you pay for your shipping it always ends up the same price as if I just went to the store and bought it. I don't know where they get the "retail prices" from but they are through the roof. Example- their keens are supposedly marked WAY down, but they are cheaper at Nordstrom!
Also, I have never placed an order that didn't take at least a month to arrive and many things said they would be shipped on a certain date, but when that date came, they changed the ship out date to two weeks later.
For the lack of a deal and slow wait times to get your things, I would NOT reccomend zulilly

I've been ordering from Zuiliy for a couple of years and have been happy with my purchases. Never have had a problem with returning stuff. I've even ordered dresses on their site and they fit me to a t.

The order took over a month to arrive, the one item was perfect, but the other was the same size but was too small. M should fit like a M not a xs or s. Then there was a restock fee and of course the return shipping. To top it off they were only giving no refund to my method of payment. They were keeping my money and I could use the credit on my next order. I told them how I felt about that and put the tunic on a local swap sbop. Never ever order anything from these people. We need to put them out of business. The cute pics they flash on Facebook are a sham

The rug is not described as shinny with a high sheen that makes it look plastic. Nor do they mention how uncomfortable it is on your feet. It is an outdoor rug. Nowhere did it say it was non returnable! If I had bought it on Amazon -it was returnable. Amazon will always say if something is non refundable and are good about return credit. I tried Zulilly because I thought they were reputable! I called to return the rug the same day it arrived and the customer service person told me it shouldn't be a problem, what to do and that she would have return specialist dept contact me by email. They asked for pictures and I sent 4. The rug looks stupid outdoors with a high shine. It's a cheap looking rug in person! After sending what they asked for they emailed me back -sorry can't return it! Bad company that has to cheat people and not give accurate information for the customer to order. Worst company I have ever felt with. No one give a phone number either -all emails-I can see why!

Tip for consumers:
An accurate description of the rug-mention the “ high sheen” and most definitely say -NON REFUNDABLE! I couldn’t send picture because I have already given the tug to someone and I tried to send copy of receipt and couldn’t for some reason I have no reason to write any false bad review I always write good things! This was my first ever bad experience with retail on line purchase.

Products used:
None! Ugly shiny cheap looking outdoor rug -no mention it was non refundable! I the photo on Zulilly the rug looks like “sun tells” nice mat effect tropical outdoor rug. I rewrapped rug and gave it away today once they refused to refund. I called the day it arrived to say it looked nothing like what I ordered it looked plastic. They only emailed me and basically said their partner ( manufacturer) refused refunds for any reason

I ordered a dress for my daughter. They charged my CC right away and I waited 3 weeks for it to be shipped. It had finally been received by Zulily and was supposed to ship out to me. All of a sudden Zulily canceled my order for NO REASON! I called my CC company and they refunded my money but nowhere did Zulily say there was any type of problem with my order. I won't be ordering from them again. The shipping times are ridiculous to say the least but I figured it was a beautiful dress so I'd deal with it but to wait 3 weeks for nothing is just aggravating. I will be steering everyone away from Zulily.

I have looked at the ads and have thought there were several items that I would like to buy. Glad I read the reviews! A couple of bad reviews or comments I can overlook but when there is page after page, that tells me that Zullily is not worth the trouble.

I was pulled into Zulily by their impressive deaIs. However, I have yet to receive an item that has been either what I ordered or that has not been defective. I have returned every item I have ordered from them.

Unfortunately, I have a store credit and had to use it to terminate my business with them for good. This last order will probably prolong my dealings with them as they have lost one part of an order and failed to even include another item in that lost order.

When I contacted Zulily, I received a friendly response that communicated that the customer service rep did not even read my email to them concerning the lost package. They apparently use UPS Innovations, which is a cheap delivery service where UPS is lazy and delivers through the USPS system. This is the first shipping issue I have had, but how this lost package is being resolved and the lack of care by Zulily is showing me their cheapness. It makes me just want to eat the $40 and discontinue any dealings with them.

Never received the order. Called them up after 2.5 weeks and they couldn't explain why my order was missing. They said they would refund my purchase but I only received a portion of the refund. So in my mind they stole my money! What a crocked company!

This was my second time in attempting a purchase from Zulily and both experiences were horrid! Unlike Amazon where I've always been happy with ever purchase over the past decade.

Zulily will never see my business ever again!

Ive been using Zulily for about five years. Ive had a lot of hits and misses. I now only buy trusted brands, or else I keep my expectations low.

Things Ive had good luck with: kids Osh Kosh shoes, kids pjs, womens jewelry, Melissa and Doug toys, kids clothes in general.

Things Ive had bad luck with: home goods, womens shoes, and womens clothing (although Ive kept the last few things) The clothing really is a gamble.

Shipping is slow. You pretty much have to order and then forget it. Ive had a couple of customer service incidents. I received dirty curtains once but was refunded and told to donate them. Another time I ordered some kids shoes that took an unusually long time even for zulily. I emailed them and they pretty much just said yeah, theyre not coming, and refunded me, plus gave me a credit. Like I said, keep your expectations low, lol.
