I've been looking for a new comforter for my bed... Why I didn't think of zulilys? I thought zulilys was just my clothes & shoes friend. Well I was wrong cause I bought a comforter that is so nice soft! It is more then I expected AND I paid a lot less. Thanks again Zulilys!

I submitted an earlier review that I want to update. I ordered shoes that did not fit. They were about one full size too small. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply the following day. The customer service rep was very professional and said that she was going to issue a credit for the shoes on my zulily account for a future purchase. I was told to give the shoes to anyone I wAnted or to donate them to a charity. I knew when I bought the shoes that I couldn't return them and really appreciated their willingness to help me with this purchase. Thank you Casey H from zulily for your responsiveness.

I ordered three tunics. They took about three weeks to arrive. The material was cheap, the colors were different from what they advertised and the patterns didnt match at the seams. Stay away from their clothes.

The only reason I gave a 2 is for some of the products. I have been happy with a few items that I couldn't get anywhere but Zulily. I always look on Amazon before I order to see if the same items are available. The shipping is outrageous. By the time you pay for shipping and tax the low price isn't that great. Returns are store credit only. This is a big reason I won't buy more. I've had several things that didn't fit but wasn't cost effective to send back. Also, if you are a disabled Veteran, they won't honor your tax exemption. Amazon and every other online vendor I shop with honors it. I won't be doing much (if any) business in the future.

I received Kevyn Acuion mascara and it was an obvious fake, since I had the real stuff in my hand. I now am trying to cancel the rest of my order because I got over excited at the prices and bought a lot of other stuff. I got costa sunglasses also and they are so fake they didn't even put Costa in the box or the sunglasses. They refunded the mascara and are sending a label for the sunglasses. Hopefully they cancel the test like I asked. I now researched it's a mix of real and fake. I wish I had researched it earlier. I think they use all outside vendors and some clothes etc may be real in the flash sales because of clearing out old stock. I saw Rocketdogs at marshals for the same price as my order so hopefully those are real. But I would not buy anything if your not willing to go through the hassle of returns if it's fake

Tip for consumers:
Be prepared for fakes but you may get lucky I won’t be using them again

I ordered shoes and a purse for my daughter's b-day. They were lovely. Shoes were great and she has a hard fit(examine descriptions carefully)I know it takes long for orders to arrive. 3 wks. Is not bad to receive the discounts, really. I did email them that the delivery date they were giving me was too late for my daughter's b-day and the order came well in time. I ordered a shirt for myself in a medium and was sent an x-lrg. I called customer service, got a wonderful agent who refunded my money and had me print out a return label to drop in the mail. I've ordered for the holidays and am expecting good service. Given the other reviews, I may change my mind.

I ordered sandles neither pair fit. I think they were made for a wider foot. I ordered a shirt it was so small I couldn't get it over my head. I ordered 3 pairs of boots. If these don't fit I'm done with Zulily.

Tip for consumers:
Order only well known brands they fit regular (Michael Kors, Nike etc...) The fit from overseas companies fit REALLY small so go up in size.

I've been shopping from this site for two years now and Love it. It has become a bit of a addiction really. Two things, I always google more expensive things before I buy. One to get reviews and to check the price. Second is that I am carefull which brands I order from. They have some great stuff at really great prices. But they do have things that you can go to the fabric store and sew your self to. Shop carefully and as far a shipping goes I do not order if I have to have it in the next month. Sometime stuff ships quick sometimes it doesn't. Oh and I have had 2 things that they couldn't get so they gave me my refund and a 10 credit each time. Oh twist my arm. Love this site, don't know what has happen with you guys but mine has been great.
One last thing if the person that order those nice keen socks that were miss placed in one of box reads this. Great tast and I'm sorry (:

Ordered golf bag Dec 2nd, needless to say it's Jan 2nd and it is not here.
I get a different story every time I call about it. Seriously, just a crock of lies. One
Person told me it shipped on the 18th, another told me it hasn't shipped. Yet another said it's
The vendors fault. Excuse me I paid Zulily.
Think about all the interest they are collecting when they hold your money for a month or more with the customers getting nothing.
Time to contact the Attorney General's office, BBB and possibly a class action suit

I used to LOVE Zulily and never had a problem... now it's nothing but issues. Things arrive waaaaay late or damaged or look nothing like the picture or way too small. There is no communication with them and they way of dealing with things is to throw a $10 credit at you... you know, so you continue to buy.

Well, enough is enough! I bought something Sept 14th and the ship dates got pushed back and back and now it's past due and no new ship date or any word from Zulily. What crappy service! I'm done. Asking for a refund and walking away from Zulily because it's a crapshoot anyways if your stuff will fit. I feel like I'm throwing money down the toilet! Never. Again!

save yourself the headache and don't bother.

Ordered a pair of Sanuk yoga mat wander flip flops today; I entered the correct shipping & billing address. When I received my confirmation email, the shipping address was incorrect. I called customer service to change the shipping address; after holding for a few minutes, I was told they could not change the shipping address, & would have to cancel the order and place it again. I said that was fine; after holding again I was then told that the flip flops were all gone, and did I still want to cancel my order. After going back & forth, they continued to say there was nothing they could do; at that point I was so frustrated I told them just to cancel the order and issue me a credit. Extremely annoying!

I have seen the ads for Zulily for YEARS and finally thought I'd give it a try! I'm a big girl so the clothes on the site were so much prettier than the horrible things you find in stores. After picking out several pieces I got cold feet... and with good reason! After deciding to do a "test" order first I found a cute ring that was inexpensive. I chose the size and qty (1) and proceeded to checkout where to my surprise there were "2" items in my cart. I checked and sure enough there were 2 instead of 1 rings ordered! I corrected the qty and hit update and the qty in the cart was 1. Ok I thought, just a glitch. But to my horror after entering my shipping info the qty was back at 2! Luckily I never entered my credit card info! I quickly deleted info I had entered and exited the site! I was SOOO excited to finally find nice things at great prices but as the saying goes if it sounds too good to be true... you know the rest. I'm disappointed but, better safe...

If you want it in a hurry, this is not the company to order from. I placed an order on October 20th for 7 items and as of Nov. 3rd have only received 2 items. It took 2 weeks to get these and according to my other items they will not be sent out until the 13th from Zulily and will take another week before I receive them. The 2 items I received I feel were very poor in quality and one was to be cotton and polyester blend but it is so sheer you can see skin tones and your bra plan as day! It also has a seem running right down the center of the front and it didn't show this on the one pictured online. Very very disappointed with the whole Zulily experience! Wish I didn't apply for their credit card!

I'm not a big reviewer of anything, but my two experiences with Zulily compelled me to actually seek out a place online to warn potential customers before ordering from this sham of a site.
Basically, I had the same experience as everyone else here that left a negative review: LOOOOONG shipping times, missing items with no warning, hard to get refunded (even on items that I never received), HORRIBLE customer service (once I finally got a refund it was for a product I never ordered, which was also cheaper--how convenient), etc, etc.
I really wanted to like this site. I sent it to all my family members in anticipation of my first child. I have since sent everyone I know emails telling them to never order from Zulily.
Save yourself a lot of headaches and avoid Zulily.com

I puchased 3 items from Zulily which arrived today.

I ordered ombre yoga pants. What arrived was nothing like the photo and reminded me of cotton pajama pants. Also I ordered one size up and they are snug.
The t-shirt I ordered was not the brand that was advertised although the image was the same it almost looked worn! I ordered my usual size and it fits but I would only use it for painting or gardening...

The third item was a sweater coat. It looks like the photo and I am pleased. Once again I ordered a size up and it fits me very well.

The customer service person was lovely and very apologetic and gave me a credit towards other purchases. BUT I am not sure I want to order again from this site. Buyer beware!

I purchased a tunic based on the picture which is deceiving. It is the cheapest material I have ever seen. I believe the fabric is made of some sort of plastic mixed with spandex. You can depend on being greatly dissapointed. Don't waste your time or money.

Never again! Why didn't I 'google' first?! Well, I bought my daughter a host of casual 'but cool' clothes for her 40th birthday-I thought... 1) Palazzo pants-georgous in the pic online. What arrived: 2 different color legs! What, they didn't think the buyer wouldn't notice? 2) a casual dress: bottom 2 inch pattern doesn't match at all with back half of dress - 2 inches off on one side; 1 1/2 inches off on other; back middle hem is 3 inches shorter than front of dress... and yes there's more on that dress and unfortunately I bought more items!

I've shopped Zuilly for many years and can honestly say they've got the very best ever prices that I've yet to see and is why I keep coming back over and over again. Their Customer Service is Tip Top and unsurpassed and is why I'll always take a Peek at every single email they send me that tells me about the new items they've got at the great prices they afford us. Their Assortment is wide and deep as an ocean and can count on them to meet my every need for not just myself but for anyone else that I may want to buy for.

I just ordered an Ergo baby carrier for $54! I verified with Ergo's customer service and they said Zulily was an authorized dealer and that the Ergos on sale were authentic. AWESOME. I got a Petunia Picklebottom Ergo in the Heavenly Holland print which retails for $140! Holy cow thank you Zulily! I will be back, and I don't care if it takes a month to get to me, for that price! You guys rock!

I raced over to Zulily.com with my holiday money and was ready to order some plus size tunics. So excited to find a new source of plus size tops. Every top available as a plus size was worn by a size 0-6 model. That's lunacy. Many clothes look great on the thin and not ton the plus. I'm the only (possible) customer that objected? First email response from them (to my email) showed that they read the first sentence and ignored the rest. My second attempt received a response again showing a cluelessness not seen in an online vendor in quite some years. The rep thanked me and said she'd forward my concerns up the latter. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh okeeeeee.

I'm angry that I can't give 0 stars. I've used zulily many times, I accepted the long shipping time in exchange for the discounts and unique items. However, twice now I have had orders cancelled because this mismanaged and incompetent company was unable to fulfill the orders. The 1st time was at Christmas and I ordered the item almost 2 months in advanced and was "guaranteed" to receive it by Christmas. After weeks of getting the run around from customer service the order was cancelled. The 2nd time, and the LAST time, I ordered some items for my kids for Easter... order was placed on Feb 28th and I just received an email on April 11th that my order has been cancelled because they can't fulfill it. This company is bull$#*!. I was given a $10 "apology" credit but still haven't gotten my refund. As far as I'm concerned they can take their $10 credit and shove it up their you know what.

Death to Zulily, long live Amazon!

Ordered 3pairs of shoes. Size 10 they all arrived with size 10 printed on them... but the shoes were a to small. More like a size 7. They will not do returns at thier expence... will never order from them again.

It's a good thing I didn't read the reviews before I placed my order or I would not have ordered from Zulily. My first order was 2 pair of Aerosole shoes and my 2nd order was a coat. Loved both items, all were true to size. It states on the page that it takes 10 to 14 days to ship. So I really wasn't expecting the orders for about 3 to 4 weeks. Going in with that mind set, I wasn't disappointed.

Ordered 3 things on Nov 17th and still have not even shipped! Contacted Customer service (Still have all the emails) which all three told me different information, and still did not answer my question. Third response by, "Talita C. (zulily) " actually stated, " No Biggie Though" after she stated she's sorry I won't get my Christmas presents on time! Are you kidding me! So now not only do I not have my answer but I still will not get my presents on time! What is really going on! Don't waste your time!

I've gotten some great items from Zulily and some poor items. An earring broke when I put it on. A hoodie arrived with the color worn off the sleeve and bodice bottoms. Sizing has been off. A sweater had a "run" in it. All disappointing, but Zulily refunded my $ on all items that were flawed. They gave store credit for items that weren't liked.
Order knowing the items will take weeks to arrive, AS THE WEBSITE SAYS, and that you may receive an item that has a flaw or the sizing is off. BUT, they will give a refund or store credit if you email CS and let them know of the problem. Order knowing that you may be disappointed by the item.
