I ordered an item on December 2nd for Christmas. (Should have been PLENTY of time). Its not scheduled to arrive until the 24th... and that's only an estimation!... so I will most likely not get this for Christmas! I wish I had known how they 'worked' before ordering. You wait and wait until they decide its time to ship. Brutal. Not worth the few saved bucks.

I placed an order on June 22nd. I did not get it until July 30th, even though the tracking information kept saying that it would be delivered by July 9th. I ordered a size 14, but it was significantly smaller. It was also too small for my friend who wears a size 10. So my cute dress that was such a bargain is in the Goodwill bag because all sales are final.

I learned the hard way on kids clothes - they seem to run small. I asked my daughter-in-law to just donate the clothing and learned to order a couple of sizes larger. They have also carried product where the FLASH SALE cost is actually the retail price (I am a sales rep and rep some of the products, so I know some of these wholesale costs). Not everything on their site is a deal. I continue to order from them, but products where I know it's a deal and I know the sizing.

I have ordered exactly 2 times. I have never ordered clothes because you cannot return them. The first time, I had to email them to "remind" them to send my order, and another time I waited for the expected shipping time (3 weeks out from order date) and the day came and went. I checked my status. No updates, no email, no nothing to indicate when the order "might" be shipped to me. I emailed them the first time... they just said "no status update, you are more than welcome to cancel if you want to". What the h3ll? That is just what I did. I will never order from them again. They take your money when they don't even have the items, and if something goes wrong, or they over-sell it, they just basically tell you to go pound sand. If you want shoes, order from Zappos. Yeah, you pay more, but great customer service at your doorstep within a day with free shipping? Yes please!

At first I was in love with this site. They have such unique things. Shipping does take awhile, but they explain that on their site.
For one sale they were having I decided to check out that particular companies website. They were selling Carters brand snowsuits for $40.00 on Zulily. Zulily claimed that Carters selled the suits for $60.00. Carters had the suits on their website for $35.00.
I tried another one. Zulily had some dresses from a designer most of them listed above what the actual designer was selling them for! Almost every sale is the same way.
Huge scam.

Absolutely agree with the numerous negative reviews about Zulily. I was hesitant to place an order in the first place but my curiosity got the best of me. NEVER AGAIN. The quality of the clothing I received was horrendous -- and the sizing is COMPLETELY off. Do NOT believe their sizing guidelines! But of course... they make all their stuff look pretty in pictures... DON'T BE FOOLED. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Zulily is not true to what they stand for. My order came a month and 1/2 later and not only that their size chart told me to get a Large if I wear a size 8, when I wear a medium, so I purchased a large and the 2 shirts are way to big. I should of ordered a small. Zulily get your shyt right.

I have never had a problem with getting the package in a timely manner. They have always came within a week of ordering. But, what i am upset about is that i ordered a swimsuit for my daughter and i used the sizing chart. By her weight and height she was smack dab in the middle of size one. But, when i got the swimsuit she couldn't fit into it. It's irritating! When she can not even wear it, and i can not return the swim suit. I called them and they said they couldn't do anything. I understand they have these rules for the people that try to return stuff after wearing them. But, it really stinks for the people that honest and are just trying to return stuff that really just don't fit.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use their sizing chart. Try to use the manufacture sizing chart. Might save you a lot of trouble

Bought a pair of boots a month ago. They are completely falling apart... I don't wear them everyday and even if I did, they shouldn't fall apart after a month. Customer service offered me a $10 credit... ooo Oooo don't go all out or anything. I will never purchase from them again!

I ordered from Zulilly, they sent an item that had about the same pattern as the item that I ordered but was not what I ordered. Then when I contacted them and told them that they sent the wrong item they said that they normally do not give refunds, but were going to do me a favor. I will not order from anyone who can't fix their mistakes.

Placed an order April 14th to be delivered April 26th, still waiting... and now one of my items no longer even has an estimated delivery date... i called zulily and they said they can't even give me a ETA... This was my first order, also! Kind of leaves a bad first impression.

I've been shopping on Zuliy for years and have always been happy with the selections they have, shipping policies and most importantly their customer service. Anytime someone compliments me on either something I've bought for myself or a gift for someone else I brag about how I found it on Zulily.

I placed an order on 12/26; shipment sent to my place of business that has been here for years, package was returned for invalid address. Called to find out why it was sent back as the address is valid and is a place of business. After re verifying the address was correct they still told me it wasn't a valid address. Asked them to send my two packages to a different address and was told the items are no longer available. Still have an order outstanding and they have no idea if I will receive it or when. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Their costumer service are rude. I called today to cancel my account as they were sending my orders to a wrong address. When i asked her to cancel my account she just said"i couldnt b more happy of doing it" they are trash.

I ordered 2 tunics in the middle of January and have never received them or an explanation They have taken payment from my bank. I have emailed customer service and received no reply either.

I'd rather give this a 1, but because I didn't take the time to thoroughly read the return policy some of the fault lies with me. I bought 2 pairs of boots, one pair was too tight even though I ordered my normal size. The other pair just wasn't good qualitiy. I had to hunt on their website to even locate an email address, as there was no info on the shipping receipt to let you contact them. I emailed and did get a fairly quick response. But, I can't get my money back, only a store credit. That's just ridiculous. They are forcing me to shop with them again. I think in just going to disputed the charge with my credit company. If you want people to shop with you again, do it with decent return policies and quality merchandise. You shouldn't be penalized because something didn't fit or the quality was bad. I will definitely not deal with this company again.

I bought some summer dresses, worn then once couldn't wear it a second time due to tear and pulls which cause the stiches to open. I give then a second chance by buying some button down sweaters. Well, worn one for the first time today as I went out with my husband. My husband picked up sometime off the floor that fell off of me and it was a button. Poorly made merchandise and take for ever to get your order. Never again. Don't buy from Zullily

Who sets up sales with "Just 1 left," accepts your order, takes four weeks to give you a status update, and then says "We may not be able to fill your order after all!" Or, "It was delayed from the vendor" or better yet, "Your item didn't make it onto the truck, sorry, you will have to re-order," and then another four weeks goes by? If it didn't make it onto the truck, put it on the truck and freaking ship it to me. In 2016, who takes four weeks to ship ANYTHING and still survive?

I Googled "swim suits by bra size," Zulili came up, and had a lot to choose from. I ordered several hundred dollars worth. After my order was submitted, Zulili sent me an email to "tell me how it works." Wish I had known up front, because I would have not ordered from them. They wait until they have a lot of orders from the same manufacturer, then order in bulk, that's why it takes 3 ti 4 weejsd for delivery to you, the customer. Also there was a mixup on my order, so I got two of the same item. I know I did not order 2 of the same, but they will not accept a return. RIP OFF!

I order several things from Zullily, they look great on pictures and I'm suspecting they make pictures of different higher quality items.
Items arrive in different size than ordered with out size labels, happened several times even to top I have similar from different store arrived to small with out size label.
Quality horrible, when contacted ZULLILY several times about return as I have no use for different size they never responded back, if I read the reviews before I would save my self a lots of money, they have nice website, good concept but is wrongly prosecuted and specially for people who cant return bad orders not by there fault.
Take your business somewhere else.

This complaint is much more about the Doublijou brand than the business model of Zulily. In my experience, the shipping times are longer than something like Amazon but this is due to their batch shipping model (explained on the site). Their estimated shipping date was accurate. The descriptions are detailed of all the items I've read.
As far as Doublijou is concerned, I ordered two blazers of the same size (medium) in two colors (white and a floral pattern). When I got them, the white fit fine but the floral pattern was much larger. Also, both are thinner than a typical blazer. I am not very impressed with the quality of fabric or size differences. But I am going to keep the blazers, as there is a fee to return items and all you get is store credit and they aren't terrible.

I love Zulily for baby items but I have been disappointed more than once with the adult clothes and shoes, since you can not return any of the items, I have just had to give away several items. There are a few companies that I trust to purchase from on the Zulily site, but, I had to learn the hard way!

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from zulilly. The shipping was so slow that the things I ordered were out of season by the time I got them. Winter clothes arriving in summer. I have a few items that I really like, but I've lost more money with them than I've saved. A lot of the things were unusable. Many of the things I had to get rid of. One of my clothing orders was literally thrown in a box. It was a mess and no carevwas taken. With sizing know your measurements and be prepared to size up. All of the clothing is sized differently.
Tip for consumers:
Read sizing very carefully for each and every item. Things run smaller than I would expect. Get a tape measure and know your measurements.

I ordered two tops and after i paid the money the shipping would take a month so i immediately canceled the order in 5 minutes. I have not receive my money back yet and they said oh it will be 5 to 7 business day's but it only took you a minute to take it. Never will i order again Amazon will be my place of business.
