I have been thrilled with the items that I have ordered for my children: clothing, toys, books, food and more. Good quality, good fit.
The things that I have ordered for myself (5 different shirts) have been undersized by about 3 sizes (I ordered UP a size just to be safe, too!).
I ordered some bar stools from Linon Home through Zulily recently. One was missing parts, the other was made with rotten wood. It took 2 months for a resolution. Zulily's customer service was AWESOME throughout the process.
Remember that Zulily is not making or selling these products, but are allowing others to do so through their site. I don't blame Zulily for the poor customer service that I received from Linon Home, but I do blame Zulily for continuing to allow the clothing sellers to mismark their sizes and sell on their site.
Tip for consumers:
Feel safe ordering for children. As an adult woman, I wouldn't recommend buying clothing from here.

I love Zulilly and I have never had any problems with them. It says right there on the website that you cannot return things and that the shipping takes several weeks. I have gotten several fabulous things from them. I just don't buy things unless I am familiar with the brand being sold. If I am not I do some research before I purchase.

I received my first order today and was so disappointed! Sweatshirt tunic is very cute but marked with a big letter 9 on the back on the inside and so wrinkley even after washing. Another medium tunic was so big and the sweater had a hole in it. I tried calling the number listed and it's not a number to Zulliy. Very cheap material but not so cheap price. Will not order again!

I recently placed an order with Zulily for the first time and it's been horrible. I got charged for everything I ordered an then after I would put things in my basket it automatically was purchased on my credit card that's now on there as my payment and I can't get it off. I called an they took some stuff off but some stuff was to late. So now I have to wait till I receive these items and get out what I didn't order pack it back up and waist my time finding a FedEx that will print a shipping label. Then after they recieved the items back money will go on my card. Not all of my money either. They aren't giving back the shipping and handling I paid for. I was never given an apology from them. On top of it all The only email I got was one saying I didn't pay for something finding out later that I did pay for it. So Zulily is not the type of business I want getting my hard earned money.

I was so excited to hear about Zulily, and their deals were great, and the merchandise looked really good. But, I am on my second order with them, and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
My first order was cancelled after close to a month of waiting, and I only found out it had been cancelled (and then even later, my money was refunded) when I went into Zulily to check on my order status.
But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered something else. Again, I am going on a month and the status update on the website doesn't even have my item as being sent to Zulily, even though, I was originally given a 10-14 days for my shipment estimate.
I just sent an email to customer service, so I'll see what happens. But, I'm not going to order from them again. Oh, and to echo what a previous reviewer wrote, they certainly did take my money quickly, too!

I ordered shoes to find they don't fit. This is a european size (Dansko) and I used the size guidelines to help me find the correct size. I called the Zulily to exchange the shoes only to find out "All Sales are Final". I cant even exchange them. They don't have anymore. (Really?) They are offering a store credit, but I have no choice, either keep the shoes that don't fit or take a risk again and order from them again... I'm so dissapointed with this company. Where is the customer service?

I have been a customer of Zulily for years. I have bought clothes and shoes for my granddaughters and nieces for almost ten years. I am not going to shop there anymore. I am canceling my account.
It's fine to say you won't accept returns. It's NOT fine to show a picture of the front of a top and mention NO WHERE in the description that the back is completely different from the front. Then say no returns accepted. There is no way you could know what you were getting. That amounts to fraud in my book.
I wish I could give them zero stars.

I love Zulily and have ordered a lot from them. I have never been unhappy with anything that I have recieved. The variety is good, and the quality has always been top notch. It can take a good minute to recieve your order(s), but oh well, that's just how it can be sometimes when ordering online. The one thing that I DO NOT like about Zulily is their return process. It can be a hassle because you have to print your return label to adhere to the return package. And you have to pay the shipping to return the item. They really should offer FREE returns! Do not let all of the negative reviews deter you from giving Zulily a try. The items are all name brand and very well made. Not to mention that the prices are excellent and their sales can be out of this world inexpensive! I will always continue to purchase from Zulily as I have NEVER had any complaints or disappointments with them. You will never know what you may be missing out on until you give them a try for yourself!

My complaint is the same as the the majority of complaints here. SLOW SHIPPING! If you are ordering a gift then you better order 6 weeks ahead if that gift needs to be there for a specific date. I ordered a Xmas gift on Nov. 26 and just got a message saying delivery date is Dec. 26th! I have ordered from this company twice and slow shipping seems to be a problem each time. I will be ordering from another company from now on. Sorry Zulilly but you really need to step up your shipping times!

The add said Muk Luks. The boots hava a small sticker on the bottom thst says Muk luks. MADE IN CHINA. I orders a full size larger than usual. They are hard to get on an feel like the top of the foot area is made of cardboard. They are ok once I pry them onto my feet. I will. Wear them but I expect they won't last long. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. But this was false advertising.

I've ordered from Zulily multiple times. The past two times, there were items in the shipment that were not what I expected size-wise. Both times, they refunded my money and shipping in Zulily dollars and told me to keep the items. Although I was disappointed that I didn't get the items I wanted, I was pleased that I didn't have to start with the return shipping. I thought they were very resonable and responded to my complaints in record time.

I have bought many items on Zullily. Ninety-nine percent I've been very satisfied with my purchases. Returning items hasn't been a big deal either. It's just fun to shop on Zylily. I find things I've never seen before. Great shopping experiece.

I ordered a Reborn Pintuck Tunic from Zulilly. I googled the item to check on quality and prices elsewhere. After reading negative reviews, I was hesitant, but the top was inexpensive, and I could always donate it if I was unhappy. It took some time to receive, which was stated on the website, so I was not surprised. Yesterday, a beautiful top arrived that fit perfectly. The material is soft, and I checked all the seams to make sure it had been sewn well. The tunic looks adorable with leggings or skinny jeans, and if I were younger, I could wear it as a short dress. I didn't have any issues, so I did not use customer service and cannot speak to this issue. I ordered an inexpensive top, what I ordered arrived, and I am happy to wear it. They do not lie on the website... delivery is slow, there aren't any refunds, I read every FAQ, but for $24.00, I received an great top. Make sure you read the web site conditions before ordering.

Got my package from Zulily on July 6th. Very pretty decorative glass jar with the flip top. Package looked just fine. When I finally opened it this morning the top of the jar was in a million pieces. Tiny shards. I looked up the return policy and found out to ship it back would cost almost more that it was worth. Not going to ship it back as I don't want to repack a million pieces of glass. Oh well that old saying goes. If you are happy with something you tell 2 people, if you are dissatisfied then you tell everyone... Hello everyone!

If there was a zero I would have given it to Zulily. I ordered merchandize over a month ago and still do not have it. I buy online constantly. I have not had to make a call to customer service in over 3 years. I called Zulily today and the customer service SUPERVISOR SCOTT was unbelievably rude. He basically said "Oh, well" and perhaps I am not the kind of person who should buy from them. I suppose it is wealthy folks who don't care if they ever get the items or not. I am a hard working person and I think anything over two weeks is basically not acceptable. I run two businesses online. I offer free shipping and priority mail. The competition is so heavy, I take customer service to heart. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Oh and by the way I am still out my money. My advise is DON'T BUY FROM ZULILY. BUYER BEWARE

Not one week goes by that I don't get at least one order delivered from Zulily. I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I ordered. Customer service has always been very courteous and helpful with any questions I have. I have ordered jewelry, clothes, shoes, boots and sandals I have loved everything.

I ordered a size ten outfit for my SMALL ten year old, and it's so tiny, it may fit my TINY three year-old sized five year old. I'm screwwed, because it took a hell of a long time to get to me in the first place, and Christmas is in a week. I have to buy my daughter something else, and I'm beyond broke. Don't order from Zulily! Of the 10 or so items I ordered, only 1 fit. I usually wear a 2X, but I ordered 3X just to be safe. The items are tooooo small and do not look like they are pictured.
Very disappointing. The only good thing I can say about Zulily is that the packages did arrive, even though they took a long time to get here.

I have to completely agree with the review posted by Erika L. I have absolutely no complaints about Zulily.com... My experiences with the site are in line with my expectations and these expectations are completely disclosed to you by Zulily... if you are looking for fast shipping or need items quickly, this site is not for you and you have to understand that, which I do. I love Zulily thusfar, and I also understand that when I order from them, I may not see that item for another month or so. There are no surprises here so I am really puzzled by all of the negative reviews.

Placed a 2 item order Oct. 19th & haven't received it yet. They keep giving me tracking # but that doesn't show it exists. They say that shipper may not track it is only a courtesy. What good is tracking if they don't track? I paid for shipping & with other on line orders I have placed with others I don't pay for shipping & receive within a few days. I am not asking for my money back & they keep saying it is coming. VERY disappointed. First & last time user. First time; shame on you, second time shame on me.

Just last week I was on the Zulily app. And put stuff in my basket in case I might come back to it, well boxes started arriving at my front door from Zulilly, then more boxes, I went into a panic and called them, she informed me you have 3 Computers about to be shipped out. I immediately looked on the site and saw there were 3 expensive computers another pair of Brooks shoes about to ship out on my account, how could this happen? It has happened to me before, years ago where the Computer ordered me 3 Recliners, it hadn't happened in a few years so I figured Zulily got the " glitch" out of their Computers...obviously not, at the worst case scenario if I passed out and hit a button and I would have had to hit a second button to approve the order so this is not the fault of the Customer, they won't fix their problem at their end, how could I order 3 Computers, 2 pair of Brooks tennis shoes, 1 pair being male, there is no men in the house and 3 fur headbands. Now I'm terrified of putting anything into my Cart again knowing this will happen. I am upset Zulilly will not fix this problem. Do not leave stuff in your Cart, it's a hazard!

I complained to Zulilly about the Hoodie I did not order. I returned it with a Postage paid package where I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Zulilly returned the money to my Debit account minus the restocking fee. It was better than nothing.
If your buying from Zulilly buy Brand names or research the Company before hitting the payment button. It may save you some heartache since China is where a great deal of the merchandise come from and the sizes are different from US sizes

When I ordered a dress in XL, the shipment statement is saying S. So when I went back to look at the order email it also said S. I would never order a small. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them and will never order again.
Tip for consumers:
I contacted Zulily regarding this order and they gave me a credit for the amount of the dress. I actually like the dress and the quality is good but the size is wrong. Since it is not possible to reorder anything from them I will wait until I find another dress that I like. Since they treated me fairly I will order from them in the future.
