I read through all the reviews, but decided to try them anyway. I read the terms and conditions and seemed to understand the negative reviews by shipment and returns etc. They guaranteed that the shipment would be before christmas I was a little nervous but I called and placed my oder the customer service was great. I cannot tell you how happy l am with my daughters shoes they look exactly like the pictures 1O/1O for me. Good job Zuliliy Thank you!

I have now purchased 2x form Zulily and both were AWFUL experiences. Last year I purchased an extra large( size 12) jacket for my daughter. The coat was so small I gave it to my niece that is a size 4. A couple of weeks ago I purchased Under Amour for my grandson. I ordered the same sizes I buy at Nordstrom... Youth XS. The pants were fine but both shirts I purchased will fit my 4 year old cousin and not my 7 year old grandson. I am certain Zulily is buying "mistakes by the retailer. AND of course, nothing is returnable. I just wasted $75 on 2 shirts!

I ordered a dress described as black with a black over sweeter described as a value of $177.00. I received a navy and white dress with the white patern not matching up and a black sweeter. Value appears to be about $40.00 from a low end store. Unfortunately the item is not returnable. Dumped it in the trash. This is not an item I would ever wear.

They have changed in the last year or so. They rarely have more than one picture. No description other than hearts and flowers. The size charts are always incorrect. I ordered several large orders. They are all humongous. Doesn't matter who the vendors are. I discussed this with them they don't care. Yes they have added charges for returns restocking fees $2 and item to return and it is their fault. They don't care about talking to the vendor about their size charts they say it is there business. And they're very disorganized. Once I'm done with this return business I'm done with them!

Was about to place my order for the first time using Zulily. Showed I qualified for free shipping but right before I submitted my order on the next screen. I see that shipping was added $8.95. So, I called them and they said that was just a promo and I will get free shipping after I pay for shipping once then after that I will get the free shipping on my second order but that promo ends tomorrow. But why say I have free begin to begin with when you really don't have free shipping. I canceled my order and deleted the app.

I placed an order on December 4. So glad it wasn't for Christmas. On December 20, it landed in Los Angeles. Just checked tracking today, January 3. It still hasnt left L. A. Last time I order from Zulily.

I used to love Zulily like crazy order all the time. I still order but I only order from ready to ship it comes faster. It sure has changed since when I first started with them I used to be able to call them and tell them that I order the wrong size or what ever and they used to tell me that just give it to some one or threw it away but know they charge u to return the item and they are getting pricie. But I will still order just from the ready to ship lol.

I didn't realize when I placed my order that Zulily does not have the items I ordered. I just checked my order status (places order 9 days ago) and it said that my items are on their way to Zulily and will be shipped to me on the 22nd. Had I know it would have taken a month to get 2 shirts I would have never ordered. I won't order again!

Ordered 2 dresses on the same day and a month later one of the dresses arrived but there was a major problem only the skirt came to the 2 piece dress. Called them up to find out what happened and the only thing they could tell me was that there was not enough items to fill everyone's order who ordered the same dress. But quick question why wouldn't they call to say we sorry we ran out of the dresses what can we do to make this right. And also after the mess up with that dress i called them back because for a month it kept telling me that my order was on it's way to zulily. So i ask when should i be receiving the dress and they told me that it could take up to another month to ship and at that point i cancelled by order. So my husband was right when something seems to good to be true it normall

I have ordered a lot from Zulily, and I'm happy to say that I'm extremely satisfied with everything that I have received from my orders! I would say if the rating goes up to 5 Stars, I want to give them 8 - 10 Stars. Everything I have received is of the highest quality. I can highly recommend the shopping experiment with Zulily!

The worst online ordering experience ever! Ordered a pair of shoes the first tome which went great. 2nd order was a new bed for my daughter. Half of the shipment arrived on time. The other half was lost in ups outer space for several weeks and finally after dozens of calls on my part the second half finally arrived. The problem is the second half did not match the 1st half. As of today I have half a bed in white wood and the other in expresso. Zulilly representatives are some of the nicest most empathetic customer reps I've ever spoke to. Thing is nothing ever gets done. It is all talk. For 3 weeks I've been told, there would be a correct shipment in the next 7 days or a refund. Today, months after ordering and weeks after receiving the wrong box 2 of 2, all they can tell me is sorry we are waiting to hear from the vendor/shipper. Horrible experience.

I suppose one must expect a long wait considering zulily is basically a clearing house for MANY OTHER merchants. It tales WEE KS for them to process your order then another 10 days at least to ship so make sure your getting a really good deal and that it's not a gift or something time sensitive or u will b sorely disappointed and irritated. They would b much better off to publish a disclaimer r/e how long it takes them to process items on their website so customers would b informed, would b much less angry, and not thinking their pkg had been lost! It would save zulily a lot of phone calls from angry customers

I ordered a pair of Minion slippers for myself and i have to admit that i was a little bit nervous and a little bit hesitant at first because of all the bad reviews that i read but i decided to go ahead and try it anyway and I'm soooooo glad that i did! Not only were they shipped within 2 weeks but they only charged my debit card once (not twice) and they didn't even charge it until after the item was on it's way. The slippers were exactly like the picture that they posted and I've gotten a ton of compliments from people who see me wearing them on my feet. I'm not sure why there are SO MANY negative reviews on here and I'm sorry for those of you who had a crappy experience but my experience was GREAT! :)

Over the last 2 years I have placed 19 orders with Zulilly. In the past I received decent service and reasonable delivery times. However, over the last year the quality has gone downhill. I placed an order on 11/16/14 and still have not received most of the merchandise from that order. As some of the reviews have stated sizing, quality of merchandise and delivery of merchandise can be really slow. When I called to inquire about my order I was told the delay was to be expected due to the holidays.

I just wanted to brows zulilys site to see the items/prices. I had to set up an account, which should have been my first clue. I found the prices are not all that great. I can go to a store and get it cheaper at regular price and avoid shipping cost. I decided zulily was not what I expected so when I got an email from them I searched to unsubscribe. There is no such option, only to subscribe. I had to search for their contact info and wrote to them requesting them to unsubscribe me. They contacted me promptly and said they would. And it hasn't happened yet. I have done this 4x now and I still get emails from them. So very rude that I wouldn't shop or recommend them to any one for that reason alone.

I've had great success shopping with zulily. The few times things weren't right zulily easily made them right with one phone call. So I never have a worry shopping with zulily. It's always a pleasure.

I love the selection offered and the prices, for the most part, are good, but how long it takes to get the merchandise, IF you get the merchandise to offset the great. Also, the 3 easy payments you can do on your zuliliy card makes it all worth it. Also, dont like how the lowered the limit on my credit card even though i have made all payments on time-bc of my credit score.

Stay away from this place! Order christmas gifts on December 2nd, guaranteed to be here for christmas. Ya right. Our order didn't even ship until December 28th and we finally received it, well part of the order, on January 13th. When ever you call you get a song and dance excuse for this that and the other. Buyer beware!

Slowwwwwwwwww shipping... Zulily will create shipping labels & send you a tracking number like it shipped, but when you check with UPS, USPS or Fed Ex it will show they created the label & none of the shipping companies have actually received the merchandise for shipping.
I received a shipped notification on August 27th & today is September 5th & I UPS still shows they have not received it.
Just be honest & send an email when it actually ships. This company will be done with in a year. Read other reviews & beware to wait forever like 1970's mail order businesses were it took 4-6 weeks to receive... Seriously it is 2014 & Amazon is talking about Drones to deliver within 30 minutes of placing an order & Zulily is stuck in 1970.

I placed an order 9/13 and it is now 10/05 and tracking says waiting to be received by Zulilly... unless you have a loooong time to wait for an order you may want to consider other options... in addition price dropped on my item before I received it by $5... this is my last order in zulilly no matter what the cost is!

On June 27th I ordered a pair of shoes for my grand-daughter. It's now July 22nd and no shoes have arrived. I contacted them after 2 weeks and they told me they don't ship for 14 BUSINESS days. That meant almost 3 weeks. They shipped it via a strange UPS service that then delivered it to the local post office for delivery to my home. The package has been sitting at the Sacramento post office since July 18th. What type of shipping do they pay for? The price I paid for shipping should have given me priority shipping. My grand-daughter will probably not fit in the shoes by the time they come. I will NEVER order from this site again, as the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

I ordered a dress for my Fiance, and it split with in two days. Was given a store credit. Used the store credit to buy some boots for her birthday, she got to wear them once, and the zipper broke. Was given another store credit. Use thestore credit to buy another pair of boots, and I swear these did not look brand new... so was given another store credit. WTF... cheap cheap products. Do not waste your money, you get better quality from Goodwill!
