First of all, the sizing being all over the place is due to the dofferent BRANDS being sold. Of course they're all different. Second, once a sale is OVER is when the item ships. So if you buy an item that went on sale THAT DAY, you have to wait until the sale is over (usually 2 or 3 weeks later) in order to get your item (s). Seriously, people, read the way Zulily works. It'd eliminate a lot of these ridiculous bad reviews. It's like complaining that your coffee is hot. Well, duh.

Zulily used to be great, but has gone downhill quickly. The last few orders have been a joke! I ordered a fire pot and a stand... got the stand but the canceled the fire pot! I emailed customer service and asked why I would want the stand and no fire pot. I was told to "gift" the stand to someone I r donate it... seriously! Takes forever to get your order. Just not worth it! Save your $$$

We order 2 items for my 4 years old for Christmas. Non of them was delivered. After follow up it turns out the address was wrong on both shipments which wasn't our fault because they had a correct billing address which was the same as shipping but somehow their system changed our shipping address to the wrong one We called and complaint they refunded money and when I asked them to resend them to us since both was back to the sender but they said its impossible! This was first and last time we used Zulily and I recommend everybody don't waste your time and money.

First, I must say that the Customer Service was excellent, and dealt with my enquiries quickly, efficiently, and to my utmost satifaction!

That being said... I ordered 4 items on Zulily from the same supplier (Kanu Surf) on April 19. I paid $7.95 in delivery charges, and delivery to Alberta, Canada took about a month (2 items arrived May 11; 1 item, May 14; and, 1 item, May 16). The quality is very good, but one of the items arrived with a grease smear - not what I expected. The clothing discounts averaged 20%, not the 50% discounts shown on the Zulily site. (The shipper included tags with MSRPs, so it was easy for me to do the math.) Will I order from Zulily again? Probably not. The price savings weren't good enough to justify the shipping charges and long wait times. If shipping was free, or faster, I would order from Zulily again.

I bought clothes from them 3 times. The 1st time I bought 2 different color blouses and what I got are 2 same color blouses. I called them and I was told it was a mistake, it won't happen again. When I bought clothes the 3rd time, I ordered a very bright red dress, when I got the package, the color of the dress is in between brown and dark red, very depressed color. Now I know they mail people whatever clothes they have but what we have ordered. The quality of their clothes is the same as the stuff you buy from the dollar stores. I wore the dress for 2 days, all the threads were torn apart, VERY TRASHY! If you return stuff, you will not get your shipping fee back. I am sure the shipping fee is more than what their clothes are worth, they will never lose.

I wanted to take the time to send this site some well deserved stars. I've been a customer for a few years now and have some advice. Yes, the items take a long time ship, because zulily isn't warehouse that just packs and ships it, and they explain this on their website. Quality is a craphoot, either know what you are buying, or research it if possible before hand. Super cheap items are likely that cheap for a reason. If you are unsure about size, even with a provided chart, order big. My biggest complaint is stuff made overseas tends to run small. That said, I have lucked out too, following the size guide for jeans and they end up being jeans-nirvana. Oh, another thing I like is that they have cool plus sized stuff modeled by actual plus size models (not size 10 is plus size size model) - very hard to come by even on the internet!

I ordered a comforter set from here for it not to ship. Emailed them about and they couldn't tell me why it didn't ship other then there was a "delay" so I decided to cancel my order and get a refund they emailed me back saying sometimes you can't get an order canceled but she will try. That was a month ago. No refund and no camunication after that. I'm never shopping here again. Poor customer service poor, service all together.

I shop on zulily my items came in like a month later I order a shocker that still smell of glue trying wearing it and it broke and I bought boots and they are they don't fit right so I just saw a cheap quality

I should have read thw review about zulily before buying. I feel the same as the other few posters. Their service is terrible. I ordered on Feb 7th and it reach me on Feb 26th, this after paying $8 for a dress. The dress it's self was worth the cost but when you factor in the shipping and the wait for it - totally not worth it. They have good deals on the site, but I won't be shopping there again. For $26 I can buy for gymboree and get instant gratification instead of worrying the the dress will reach on time.

They lie and they cheat on vendors... always chargeback vendors for shortage, I mean ALWAYS! And they do not pay, or do not pay on time. Very unethical in conducting business, I would be worried to do business with them as a vendor or purchase any merchandise from them as a consumer. I am here to provide information, it is your job to make the decision.

I ordered 4 shirts and a pair of shoes. 1 month later I recieved an email my shoes were shipped. 2 weeks later I recieved an email stating my shoes were refunded. Obviously never recieved shoes. 2 months and 1 week later I recieved 2 shirts. One was great. The other was not sized correctly, very poor quality. 1 month later I recieved my two additional shirts, neither of which looked anything like what I ordered, not the right size. Clearly knock offs from China. Overpriced terrible clothing, took 3 months to recieve. Please don't waste your money!

While I will NEVER order anything from this company again, I will start off with something positive: At least when you call you can reach a real live person immediately. I had to call 3x and did find a live person each time, all three of whom did try to be helpful. However... now for the bad. I ordered 3 items of clothing for my godson on August 23rd. I FINALLY received two of the items at the end of September/early October, and then was waiting for the 3rd item only to find out when I called that it had been cancelled! They never emailed me or called me to tell me; they did refund some of my money, but this is ridiculous. Maybe this is how the company works, but it sucks. I'll be sticking to GAP.com who sends their clothing immediately.

I've been a loyal costumer for 4+ years. I've spent thousand of dollars here and have been pleased with their products for the most part. However, today I received my package with a FAKE perfume. I have purchased many perfumes from zulily and have never had this happen. I new right away it was fake because the plastic wrap was off and the bottle was shaking inside the box. As soon as I opened it the bottle was tilted and the cap was completely off of the bottle. Also, the lining inside the box was glued crooked and of course the smell gave it away. It was pretty close to the original V&R flowerbomb but not quite. I called customer service immediately and they have promised to issue a reimbursement to my card. I am so disappointed and will probably not purchase anything else from here again.

I placed an order on Dec 5th and received it Dec 23rd even though customer service told me when I called on the 22nd it would be delivered on Dec 29th. They informed me it was being shipped from overseas. Their website says it is still in "SHIPPED" status.‍ Extremely frustrated, didn't know if I was going to receive the order as a gift before Christmas. Will never order from Zulily again!

Tip for consumers:
The shipping is usually International so it's takes a lot longer than within the United States. My order took 3 weeks to receive after ordered. CAUTION: REFUNDS ARE FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Disappointed. I used to use Totsy until they got rid of it so I switched to Zulily. They have ADORABLE stuff on there but shipping is almost $6. They don't seem to have any free shipping deals either. Also, I ordered a coat a MONTH ago & I JUST got an e-mail saying its been shipped. I was planning on getting my daughters Christmas dress from here, but the way its looking I would have to order it now to even get it in time. Its really not worth it.

I ordered a Marchese purse. I paid quite a bit but I did not receive the same purse at all. It looks like a little girl purse and definitely not designer. What a scam. All the clothes I ordered are so cheap. Never again.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! You don't save much on these big named items as they claim for one, and shipping takes forever! Don't trust their shipping! Not to mention, delays of when the product can't be shipped, meaning they don't have the product? Refunds take forever but they sure charge your card right away! STAY AWAY!

I was sent the wrong sized item. Ordered 3t received 24mo. Not my fault. I do not have a printer to print out return label. I asked if I could be sent one and was told to go to the library. They won't return money until item is sent back. I am irritated with how much I am expected to go out of my way for their mistake.

Their products are top quality. I've bought everything from sheets to clothes to shoes. I've also ordered toys. I've had one shirt I wanted to return due to a small flaw. They wouldn't let me but sent me a brand new one! I had two and gave one to a friend.

I do like the variety of products. I do not like paying shipping fees and then being charged shipping again when I return an item. I really have to consider if I want the item bad enough to order it because of the shipping costs. I would be inclined to order more often if it wasn't such a risk to return something.

I am in shock right now at the amazing quality of customer service of Zulily! Not only were they extremely prompt in responding, but also EXTREMELY generous in handling my return request! I will most definitely continue to use the site if not for their customer service alone!

Some items are fantastic however a lot are not, they are cheaply made and defective and when you contact customer service they don't always follow through with what they say. Refund policy should be FREE returns it's frustrating to have to pay to return something defective and it should be refunded to original payment method especially when you ha e a Zulily Credit Card.

I don't like how after reading how the site works, and it stating that the sales run for approximately 72 hours, how a week later my items still aren't being shipped to Zulily. They're no longer available on the site, so the sale is obviously over, no one can make anymore orders, yet the items still aren't being shipped, and according to their site won't be for another week! Then according to their site, it takes them a week to get the times, then 'several days' (a week) until I get it. That's about a month total until you get something you ordered! A little much I think... I won't shop here again.

I bought from Zulily for about 2 years off and on. Although you get good deals on some items, most of the clothes are of poor quality(some brand name kitchen items not too bad). The one thing I found the most disturbing is the misleading pictures. I bought a little scully cap for my infant. The picture and discription had no mention of a ball on the top of it. When I recieved the product there was a ball of 100%FUR on top! I am anti-fur so this was very upsetting. I stopped buying from them altogether.

I ordered 5 fun tshirts for my daughter. I heard of the extra long shipping time, so I was prepared for that but not prepared for what I got once I finally got them. Two of the shirts were different. The saying in front was the same but the font and the size were different and the color of the shirt was different. I won't be ordering from them anymore. It isn't worth the wait. It's almost as if they printed the random saying on the Tshirt themselves.
