This website is part of my daily routine, I log in at 9am faithfully daily. With that being said it is a new store everyday, you can go back to the previous days as well but it is a new store everyday. You can find everything on this site.

You should know that shipping is $7.99 when the item is available to ship and if it qualifies for faster shipping then it will cost more money. Also know Zulilly is also owned by HSN/QVC. Shipping can take a while like weeks and if you want to return there is a $7.99 return fee off of your purchased items and you can only ship back up to 4 items at a time.

Prices are comparable and sometimes not low enough to buy but there are times where there are unbeatable prices. All and all it is a great site to shop if you know what you want.

Ordered 2 items. 1) leggings with a skirt: the legging part was so short i had to really stretch them to get them up. The skirt part was also ridiculously short and didn't even cover my bum. Did i order kids size? Or petite size? NO and the tags on the item matched the size i ordered.
2) chemise: this was almost funny. When i opened the bag one look at the item and i knew i wouldn't even be able to get it on. I wasn't even going to try. It looked like a Medium (and i had ordered a 1x).
Both items are non-returnable. I've been had. What a scam. Someone is trying to make money by selling really crappy product. I sent a message to Zulily and the response i got back was pretty funny... that they recommend you order a size up. Well... that wouldn't have helped when it was at least 2 sizes off, or when the item is ridiculously too short (and i'm not 'tall').

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it, you're throwing money out the window.

I bought three tops, two were the same. The two that wrre the same bled in the washer and onto other items. The decorative threads on the tops came unraveled. The other top I had to alter because it was too tight at the top and could not return it. The decorative threads also unraveled and the bottom hem came undone in several places.
I really liked the tops and got several comments, but it's not worth my money to try and purchase any other item. I'm sorry.

I placed an order on 1/26/18 no updates on my order until 2/24 when I received noticed that my item had shipped and due to me 3/3/18. Today being the 19th and I still have not received my order and the UPS tracking number stopped tracking on 2/28/18. I emailed Zulily and got an instant response stating my order had been lost in transit and they would be reimbursing my account however they were not refunding the shipping fee of $5.95. Lost in transit and somehow I still pay the shipping fee? Makes no sense! This is not my first order with Zulily but will be my last. This company is horrible every order I have placed has taken over a month for delivery. Never again!

I processed the return online; saw that i was going to be charged 8.95 to return the knock off coat so I called c/s and explained that I wasn't happy with the purchase, my reasons why and that I didn't feel I should have to bear the cost of returning it. The c/s person processed the return and emailed me the return label. She assured me that I would receive credit for the full value for the return and not be charged the 8.95.

And my last order was a miss. So they advertised a Jones NY Wool coat. What i received was a blend (burlap like) coat that had a Jones NY tag sewn in it. I was unable to go back and get the description so i'd have a leg to stand on when i tried to return it. What i will do moving forward is screen shot the description of anything i buy so when i get it, if it doesn't match the description provided I have some proof. I will say though i have also gotten many items that i've been very happy with.

I agree with everyone else. I wish I would have read here first. I first placed an order with Zulily with a brand and an I item I have been searching for. It was already three years old when they advertised it. I was so happy because I loved it and I ordered it. It took a long time. But thrilled to get it. The second LARGE order I made with them was so disappointing. I can cry. Products I bought for Christmas gifts, are so cheap I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts. Plus they smell so bad. The jewelry that is suppose to be Stirling Silver, is so thin that I couldn't even find it in the packaging. BAD BAD BAD..

I ordered a baby onsie with the tutu and a pair of maternity pants... The pants came in about 3 weeks, the onsie with headband came almost a month after my pants... When I did get the onsie, it looked VERY CHEAP! And the headband did not match the outfit. Furthermore, there was no tag in the back of the onsie that said the size. The quality also looked and felt cheap. The onsie felt very hard, definately not 100% cotton... Looked like something that somebody's grandma sewed together. Not happy at all with my purchase... The maternity pants were also very cheap. I would definately not order from here again. Definately would no suggest anyone order from here!

Your service is terrible and your attitude is worse. My wife was threatened because she had returned items that did not fit.

Best shopping site. Have purchased clothing, household, plants, holiday and jewelry and many, many gifts from this site. If a problem with a shopping site within this site occurs its fixed better than you coukd imagine and FAST.

They had some great prices and a very easy to use web site BUT BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order September 10th and received an estimated delivery date of 9-26. Well that date has come and gone and I still have received nothing! I contacted customer service and got the generic response of " that's how we work". The items are shipped to Zulily then Zulily ships to you. It is September 29th I have not received any part of my order (170.00 worth of merchandise) and the web site states that Zulily doesn't even have it yet!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Zulily! The lower prices do not mean a thing if you do not get the product!

I recently purchased two items: a tunic and a long cardigan sweater, called a duster. Both are very flimsy and thin. I can wear the tunic, but the "cable knit duster with hood, is unwearable. It is as thin as a shirt, the hood is also very thin, there is no style, and it will not keep me at all warm, which is its purpose. Neither item is returnable, or that "duster" would be going back tomorrow. It wasn't cheap, either. I do not believe it was actually worth the supposed original price. Not buying anything from Zulilly again.

I placed an order December 11, and I was sure there would be NO problem getting it by Christmas. Just checked on their site, it is estimated to arrive the 29th of December. Never will I order from them again. This just reprehensible. I shopped online for Christmas for everyone and this is the ONLY site that I have issue with. You should be ashamed of yourself Zulilly.

Wow, when you ask a question about a current order, you are kept waiting for hours. I guess I shouldn't have given it away that I wanted to modify my order. Unless you have hours to wait to ask a question or months to wait to get your order, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered a large my usual size. I got a sweater that could hold a 4X and a dress for a small! The rayon items were awful! I threw 1 in the trash and may have to do that to the rest of the items I purchased!

They canceled an order they couldn't supply... gave me a partial credit to my card & rest in a store credit! They can keep their credit... would never order from them again! Worse company ever! Wish I had read reviews before I delt with them Biggest CHEATS EVER! Can NOT even give it 1 star

Poor customer service! Things never get shipped on time. My daughter didn't get her flower dress in time for my wedding. Then it takes up to a week to recieve a refund. It didnt take them but 5 seconds to charge my card. They should be able to refund you immediately.

I have only ordered 1 thing from Zulily which was a tunic. I ordered it in my size 1XL and it fits! Not like the things that come from China where you order the item in 3 sizes to make sure it will fit and IF it comes in it is small enough to fit a 4 yr. Old. Are all Chinese women over there tiny enough to need only an XXXXXXSmall? I hope I can order from Zulily again with the same good results.

Love this site! Great prices on so many goods but... somethings take a long time to get to Zulily to ship to me. Maybe work iwith distributors to get items faster to you so we can get them faster to us?

WATCH OUT! These people are shifty! I too ordered organic baby food that expired in a month and not only that i later found that the baby food company actually had a RECALL on that particular flavor of food. GREAT!

Along with that THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS! You actually have to call them up and complain to get any kind of refund. This is hard when their clothes are all off-brand and the sizes are way-off!

The sales are not that deep. You can find much better ones in Burlington Coat Factory and Marshal's.

I have also purchased items from here that were not as described.

They charge $7 for shipping which is insane in the day and age of FREE SHIPPING
Plus it can take up to 2-3 weeks for some items to ship. Don't buy anything that you will need in a hurry from here!

Just save your time effort and money and look elsewhere!

The Crocs I order have been great. Ordered Spanx, not the Spanx I bought in the store, cheaper and way too small. Ordered Goby shoes, I know my European size from Birkenstocks, way too big. The return policy keeps me from using site anymore.

I recently ordered a dress in a 3xl. After four weeks, I received it. 3xl? A good friend, who wears a 12 got this and it fit her perfectly. The sizes are ALL wrong. Pretty sure it takes SSSSOOOOOOO long because the stuff is coming from China. It runs about 3 sizes smaller if you order from Plus sizes. Kids items are hit or miss. Do not order boots in January as you will not receive them for weeks. Name brands---prices are the same as at TJ Maxx or Marshalls PLUS there is S and H. As soon as my last item comes in I am deleting the app. If you can find something for yourself in the READY TO SHIP category---go for it. Otherwise? You have been warned. I have been using them since they became popular but I am so done! Go to ROSS.

Have made so many purchaes from Zulily for the past couple years and for the most part I've been happy. Some things didnt meet expectations but they did not have a return policy. Now they have implemented a return policy that charges you to return the item. I consider an item, ordered in the correct size, the size you have always ordered, that does not fit to be a defective item, one that falls into a quality control issue. According to Zulily though, they have met their obligation and you must pay $8.95 handling fee plus shipping. This is so unethical that i canceled my account and will not be ordering from them again.

I have been with Zulily for now many years and I am not happy with Zulily after the QVC buy out. I have ordered many things since and just not happy with quality or Customer Service issues. The reviews tell it all.

NO RETURNS. Only order DEFINITE know you want items & items you know you want 2 months from now. No joke your average wait time on products is MINIMUM 1 month! I don't mind ordering in advance but really think about is it worth the price & wait. The customer service I think has improved a little. The other stinky thing is you think you ordered and item and 1 month later they finally tell you, Sorry we ran out of the item. Wow, a little more notice would be great. So that's why I recommend 2 months advance time frame, so if a month goes by & you don't get the item you still have some time to find it somewhere else.
