I just received my first Zulily purchase. Two dresses for my girls and they did arrive quick enough. However; when I opened the box the dresses were similar colour but the detail was different. The material was subpar and there was loose threads all over the dresses and I paid more than I would for dresses because I thought I was getting good quality stuff. So wrong. Even the sizing is a mess. One dress is a size 4 and the other 6 and the 4 is larger than the six. I have tried calling customer service and am on hold now for 20 minutes. Aweful. I order a lot of stuff online and will never be ordering again.

I purchased the Almeida Dove Gray 12-pair underbed holder SKU: *******. It has no structure whatsover. Very flimsy and not even a cardboard on the bottom to keep it sturdy.
Purchased a Gray collapsible Laundry Hamper, SKU: *******. From the moment I opened the plastic the hamper smelled like cow manure. My whole house smelled like this. It has now been a week and the smell is still there.
Hopefully I won't have this problem again.

Zulily is different. The shipping IS slooooooooow. And the quality if iffy. I've received items that were worth MUCH more than I paid.
I've received items that I would NEVER wear because the quality was horrid. I donate these items. (is that bad?)
In MY opinion, it is worth the gamble - especially when the item is a national brand.
Like 6pm and nomorerack, and others, it IS a gamble.

I ordered a two battery operated cars for my grandson and granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered them in plenty of time and Zulily said they were going to be delivered before Christmas. However, only my granddaughter's car arrived. I had to spend many hours researching what happened. They finally admitted the larger car for my grandson was lost and they would deliver another one. It wasn 't delivered until mid-January when I was already in Florida. When I returned in late March, we opened both packages and put the cars together. My grandson's car weren't take a charge. They told us to replace the battery. That didn't work. I notified Zulily and they told me they couldn't help me. To add insult to injury they gave me a $15 credit for a car that cost me $120! I took it to an electrician and he said they was something seriously wrong with the wiring. I haven't ordered anything since - I'm afraid I will get junk again!

I ordered for the first time on zulily, and received the item I ordered and was shocked at the poor quality and fit. When I called to do the return, I found out that the items aren't returnable, but that they would do an "exception" and send me a store credit. Really? Why would I order something again from a site to which I can't return the item if it doesn't fit or meet standards? Complete ripoff.

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF THIS WEBSITE! I made a purchase for some items and return it after the items did not fit. They received the items and issued me at credit for the amount. I order more items and was not able to apply the credit. I continued to order and still was no able to apply credit I email them and they told me that I had 2 accounts? How can I have 2 account if I only have one email. This is very unsafe. I continued to email them with no help with my credit. Finally when I did call I was informed that I had no credit in my account. Even when they sent me an email notifying me of my credit. They keep replying with different customer rep and I just keep going in circle with no way of getting my money back. They will not issue me a refund as well. If there is anyone out there that can give me some advice as to how I will be able to retrieve my money. I would really appreciate it.

I actually am very fond of the site and the deals it offers. Such nice clothes and shoes. I find myself getting suckered into ordering from them because I am a frequent online shopper who appreciates a good deal and although I do in fact receive the good quality products from them It Does however take WAY TOO LONG to receive it. So if you want winter wear, order it now in the Summer because thats when you will get it. I think I will unsubscribe so I dont have to dwell on the site offering great deals, nice products but way too long of shipping.

Ordered a few items on this site. I waited 1 month for my shipment but it didnt came. Called them and only to find out that my shipment was lost. The funny part is they know it was lost but they dont care because THEY ALREADY TOOK THE MONEY. They are thieves. Dont stress yourself. Dont let these people take away your money.

Absolutely horrible!@#$#@ I ordered my gifts on December 7th from them, it was supposed to arrive for Christmas. Did it, no, will it arrive before next year! Noooo, will they refund my money... NO! Did it finally ship out after I contacted them yesterday. Miraculously yes! Now I don't have money to throw down the drain, but I have no Christmas presents for my family members now and have to run out and get some cheap fillers as my budget is blown. I told them that, they said chuck you farley! Well you know what I mean. They are horrid and so far my order is due to arrive sometime around January 5th according to the tracking number that I've received. They are SOOOOO WRONG! Protect yourself, don't order. I will also do a follow up review once my order is received to see what quality the merchandise is and how it arrived. So upset!

I read QVC was the parent compny of Zulily. Is QVC aware of Zulily Shenanigans? Zulily should be reported to QVC. I ordered items for my daughter, the items were not true to size, and were of poor quality. I did not bother to return the items. I just delete Zulily. The End!

STAY AWAY! (Unless you want to donate your money). I placed an order on September 13th. 50 days later I FINALLY got my money back only because PayPal had my purchase covered. Customer service is god awful (might as well be non-existent) and blatently lied to my wife and I on multiple occasions. After almost 2 full months they could not provide a tracking number nor tell us what the problem is. I will 100% NEVER shop with Zulily again and I promise neither will my close friends and family members. What a joke!

Zulily is the site I use to purchase just about everything! People ask me all the time where I get my outfits and the answer is always Zulily! I also get lots of things for my grandchildren, from toys, playhouses, clothes to stocking stuffers.
The only complaint I have is that some of the clothes coming from China are not well made.

I spend a lot of money on Zulily. I love the selection of products, and have grown accustomed to their wacky slow delivery system, but I am furious today because I have to make a trip to FedEx to return an incorrect item. Packing slip in box was correct - 2 cat puzzles, but box contained 1 cat and 1 dog. 2 years ago, they would have refunded my money immediately, given me $5 credit and told me to keep the dog puzzle because it was totally their fault. One year ago, they would have done the same thing after I emailed a photo for proof. Today, I have to go to FedEx and send it back (a BIG hassle for me, even tho they are paying shipping), no refund until it is received and processed, and I had to ask for the $5- which is not enough to offset my time and trouble to fix THEIR MISTAKE! Plus I have to wait and see if they offer the cat puzzle again to get the other one I need for a gift. I am so mad that I decided not to buy the things I had in my cart before I called customer service.

As a first time customer I was highly disappointed with the material of the clothing very cheap. Fashionova is the best site to shop on for great prices and great material. Zullilis material is all very light and cheap.The material at zulily is all the same for most of the clothing, very poor. Do not allow this company to take your money. Please shop elsewhere! My friend was HONEST and told Intellisource everything about his criminal background (The one misdemeanour he was sentenced for). After 3 weeks of them performing a background check they told him it was good and that they just had to make sure thats all it was. They hired my friend on at Zulily, had him work 4 weeks. He was amazing at the Job got great numbers and received several rewards for his work. On the 28th day of Employment, they FIRED him because of the background check in which he was told was ok. This is a heartless move by your company, Zulily is a great place to work but Intellisource is awful. I don't understand why you could do this other than we in Nevada and its a right to work...

I purchased a bottle of Prada Candy cologne from Zulily. I should have known the price was too good to be true. I know this scent from anywhere. When I received my cologne, I could not smell the scent of it. My 17 year old daughter told me that it wasn't going to be real the real cologne. Indeed, it wasn't. I wrote back to the company and voiced my opinion about it and hasn't heard anything from them. I will definitely not order any more cologne from Zulily; no matter the price.

I've ordered twice from Zulily. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I NEVER bought from any sale that wasn't ending the day I was shopping. The first time, I purchased jeans in the summer so they would arrive by fall when we start wearing jeans for casual Friday. I received them in 6 months.
My coworker orders from Zulily all of the time and I thought I'd give it one more shot. I ordered several items for an Angel on the Angel Tree. The sale ended the Friday BEFORE Thanksgiving with guaranteed before Christmas shipping. It's December 27th and I still haven't received them. I received three items out of seven. I logged in to see when the others should arrive and all say they were shipped with the three items I received. I've emailed customer service but have little faith I will be compensated for my loss.

They ship your product out 2 weeks after you have ordered and then you have to wait an additional 6 days to recieve it in the mail. They will have you waiting 2-3 weeks for a package and when you recieve it in the mail it won't be what you ordered bcus they got the shipping labels "mixed up" no sympathy for their customers.

I have placed more than 20 orders with Zulily and have managed to score only a couple of really good deals. Overall, I feel scammed and cheated. My most recent order included two shrug sweaters (same sweater/differant colors) that looked really cute in the photo. When I got them both had the collars on upside down! Add to that all the items that were not true to size, the sweaters that did not show in the photo that they were "glittery" instead of the finish they looked like, the shoes that have such slippery soles they are unwearable, etc. etc...

My experiences with Zulily have been very good. I know their shipping can be very long but they tell you that when you order. I have learned not to order anything item that requires handwashing because the quality is usually poor.
I have had no trouble with their Customer Service staff. They have promtly refunded my money if I complained about the quality of an item. For example, I ordered an embroidered coat for $50+ that arrived with holes in the back material. Zullily asked me to email pictures of the damage, I did, and they promptly refunded my money.

I have purchased toys and educational workbooks and other books and even magazines I have bought household decor. When I have not been satisfied they always take care of me promptly.

My first order. They charged me twice. I called, they said to text a copy of credit card and they would refund. 20 texts and 4 reps later they still couldn't figure out what the problem was (althought it was repeated 4 times, sent 4 times etc). The phone rep found the account and the problem but wouldn't solve it, instead told me I HAD TO TEXT services. Still no refund. Lots of companies sell their products! Try those!

It's a hit or miss with Zulily, I have bought a 2pc for my niece, the price was great, order a size 12 in kids and got a two pc that will fit my 4yr old, top was so tiny, it was not wearable at all, barely covered anything, had to through it away and I have had some great purchases, with designer sunglasses, clothes for my daughter, I don't buy dresses, because they either run small and dont fit well. Havent been succesful with dresses, Sometimes the quality is cheap, bought my daughter 6 swimsuits, two of them, the plastic hooks broke, but I continue to buy, sometimes I buy novelty things that I like to gift to my friends when I see something I like. I think, you have to research product before you buy. Usually they sell close outs. Consumer Beware.

Deceptive advertising, junky product lines and the worst at not answering their phone. I couldn't get thru to them to talk about returning an item. I subsequently gave the item to Goodwill just to get rid of it and ate the loss. NEVER AGAIN!
