I was so disappointed in my four items. I bought three bras and one panty, and the material was worse than WalMart quality. They were closer to dollar store quality. I ordered a size up and was nervous the bras wouldn't fit me, but they were actually wayyy too tight. They aren't even sewn correctly! The two sides are uneven, they look so stupid. I bought them for my honeymoon coming up and I am SO upset at the low quality of the materials. ALSO the website claimed they were 80% silk, but there is NO WAY this fabric is silk! I have silk clothing, this clothing feels like a cheap mesh bag. I'm extremely annoyed... NEVER buying from them again, it's just not worth it.

I buy a lot in the Zulily, but in the past orders I was disappointed in some purchases like a sandals and the bikini set. The sandals was poor quality broken in the first used. For the Bikini set, they send the top and not the bottom. Cancelled the bottom and when I reviewed the application the bottom was available again. I did not received any message to try to buy again. So I have an incomplete bikini that I cant use. This item is the Raisins Black & Pink Floral Lowrider Bikini Bottoms-Women Size: M

Today, I am shopping on the Zulily site, looking at lole wear. Since I have been a lole customer for years, I found the pricing interesting. Zulily has listed one top's regular price as TWICE AS MUCH as the regular price on the lole website. The SALE price is even more than the lole regular price. I call this false advertising. I have removed the Zulily app from my computer, after placing several orders over the past years. I feel completely ripped off. Let the buyer beware!

I ordered a skirt online and there was a glich in their ordering system and it ordered two of the same skirt on two different orders. When I tried to correct the error it took them two hours to get back to me. When I checked my account the next day I noticed that they charged me three times for the skirt instead of twice. I tried getting ahold of them again and they sent me the same generic message of how they are busy and will get back to me ASAP. I am still waiting, it has been twelve hours. I tried contacting them again and I received the same message. I used to love Zulily but after this experience I will never shop there again. I think they are getting too successful and no longer care about their loyal customers.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Zulily on December 1st. I received them on December 30th. Once I tried them on, the quality was crap, the zipper was broken on one boot, and I was overall unsatisfied. So, just like I would for any store, I printed the shipping label and shipped them back only to find they only give store credit, no refunds. I was livid! I called the Customer Service line and explained my dissatisfaction and the gentleman I had spoken to said he would give me a full refund.
Later I find out he only gave me a refund for one of the boots -_____-
So I called Customer Service again and argued with the Supervisor for an hour and I still need to deal with $40 in credit. They refuse to refund back my card.
Don't ever buy from them! Worst online experience and they just want your money, not your satisfaction!

I have placed four orders in the last month. FIVE of my items were cancelled, and I had to call customer service to find out about 3 of the cancellations. Frustratin condsidering They were all Christmas gifts. Soo unprofessional to say you have something an then 4 weeks later your customer finds out they aren't gettin it! I now have to transfer funds, wait for money to be in my account, and go shopping... A few days until Christmas. They need to close and reopen when they are ready to run a business properly.

I understand how zulily works, and I wouldn't mind wating at least 14 business days for items to ship, but they use the slowest shipping method ever. Shipping should be free if they are going to use this super slow method, or the customer should be able to choose another shipping method since you are paying for it.

I really wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered... I ordered 2 shirts a month ago and still don't have them and now I'm crapping my pants that they won't fit... I ordered from the Philippines to Canada once and got my stuff quicker than these $#*!s. Estimated delivery is the 31st like they are in Seattle, right across the $#*!ing water and it is taking them this long... NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered my last item from Zulily... I will say 80% of the clothes I have ordered are way to small. I were 1x I even ordered a 4x dress that fits my daughter who wears a large. Also I have received items that was not what i ordered. When I call them they want me to pay to ship item back... no way to run a business. I am deleting them from my tool box

I ordered three sweaters several weeks ago and I thought they were ok priced. After ordering, I went to Amazon (not always the cheapest) and found multiple sweaters/cardigans that I could wear to the office. My Amazon sweaters arrived within the week and were all under $20. I kept wondering where my Zulilly order was and it arrived two full weeks after Amazon. One of the sweaters was the same exact sweater, packaged the same exact way as Amazon sweater and was twice as much. No bueno. I just ordered some t-shirts, so let's see how this goes.

I ordered close to a dozen times - one was fine. The "free returns" are a mess - and not in a good way. I was told to schedule a pick up - and provided a label - for 2 boxes of 1 order I never made. SO they have money for returned items I did not want to get the first time - sent a second time - en masse. And have charged me. And I can't call to get them picked up, as promised. I get the pleasure of carting them back. Again. Run, run from any thought of ordering from zulilly. Badly run.

Never again! Placed my order on November 15th, called multiple times because order hasn't shipped (they said it would deliver in time for Christmas). The answer every time was the same thing... It will ship. I then receive a message on Dec 20th saying my order has been canceled because the vendor doesn't have the inventory - yes. Apparently it took 5 weeks to figure out that they couldn't send me product they didn't have. What a racket - they enjoy holding my cash for 5 weeks, earn interest and then say they don't have the product.

I recently purchased a full/queen quilt from Zulily. They advertised it as retailed at $200. I mean how bad could it be for the $64 I paid for it? It is the cheapest crappiest piece of bedding I have ever seen. Of course I can't return because they're doing us such a favor by selling "valued" items sooooo cheap and the colors are neon (not as pictured). Just shoot me. I'm an idiot and they are crooks. DO NOT SHOP WITH THE PEOPLE. SPREAD THE WORD Wait, I just talked with a company rep and I might get to return it. In need to take pics and they will send them to the manufacturer. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that someone with a heart takes pity on me. Will keep your informed.

I love this site and the variety of items it offers. My only negative about the site is returns. I would much rather have a refund in the method I paid than a store credit. We must be loyal shoppers if we are willing to pay shipping and return shipping fees, when there are so many other sites out there offering FREE shipping AND FREE RETURN shipping. We don't want to make a return but when the item doesn't fit... I have learned not to buy clothes or shoes from Zulily as these are items I need to try on before I buy.

I have ordered many things through Zulily over the last 4 years. The products from Tommy Hilfiger, Free People, Jambu shoes and name brands I've received have been good quality. They have some good sales on their name brands. They have about a million no name type brands from China and who knows where else. They are cheaply made and take a couple of months to get to you. With this company as with anywhere else when you buy cheap you get cheap. Don't expect to pay $10 for clothes and expect them to look great and be well made. I try to always get things that say they ship out quickly and they do. Suzanne Betro products are reasonably priced and look good when you get them but you have to wait for them. I've gotten the Ugg brand Koolabura ( I think) and have been satisfied. Shopping here is fine but avoid the really cheap no name products and you will be more satisfied.

Whilst I'm not desperate for the products I ordered, I haven't had to wait so long for anything I've ordered online ever. I do a lot of Internet shopping, and frequently order from places such as China, but they never take this long. Ordered 5 items on March 25th, four arrived around April 20th, but the fifth item is apparently still being processed (May 10th) This is ridiculous! The clothing product that has arrived is very poor quality, but the other items are fine (though you can't really go wrong with a metal hanger for scarves) I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Where does this merchandise come from? You can tell there's no quality control. Sorry Zuily you've lost a very valuable customer so would have purchased lots from your site and recommended this company to my co-workers but have gone back to say DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You could have a good product if you put better quality and ensure customer satisfaction. It's only a matter of time you will run out of people who will give you a chance. Cleanup your act!

I have ordered a lot of products from zulily. Especially in the children's section as they have a great selection of high end products at a great price. My only complaint, and I'm getting to the point where I don't know if it's worth purchasing any longer is the delivery time. It just takes sooooo long to get anything. Average at least 3 weeks. I'm waiting on 4 items right now that I ordered on Oct 7th (it's the 18th). The socks are still pending delivery to zulily and other things are "being prepared". I have had to cancel one item in the past because it just wasn't coming in and I had almost forgot I had ordered it. So, if you don't mind waiting there are some good deals to be had, as for me I'm a bit tired of waiting. I've got a package coming from Etsy via Turkey and it's going to get here first.

Never order from Zulilly. You might think you are getting a great deal but I assure you, what you get will be NOTHING like the photo or the "original price" listed.
I do not understand why this company is still in business?! It should have been shut down immediately.
I received a sweater valued at (according to Zulilly) $89.99 --- the tag was cut off on the sweater when I received it, but when I threw out the packaging, out fell the part of the tag that was cut off and it said Forever 21! I matched the tags and sure enough, the sweater I received was from Forever 21.
This seems like enough reason to report Zulilly to the BBB. I just can't believe companies like this stay in business.

I bought a Christmas sweater on 11/28/14, as Christmas approached I reach out to see where the package was. They said it will arrive 12/18/14 so I asked for a refund on 12/29/14, as it still didn't arrive. I never recieved the package, it's impossible for them to have the package rerouting in route to my home.

If you want to work in Mexico then this is the place to be. But the problem is it's located in Sparks Nevada. ENGLISH is the second language used at this place, they make you feel embarrassed that you're an American... If you complain about it nothing, it will be just a waste of your time... I know for a fact at the Walmart Distribution Center they enforce ENGLISH 100% of the time, or your going home for the day... HELP support the English speaking employees that work there...

I ordered 5 shirts only received 4 of them.
One crew neck looked nothing like the picture.
One shirt was supposed to be black and Grey was blue
One shirt looked like a tent whoever makes these shirts has no clue what they are doing.
I contacted customer service and they told ke they would refund me 15% if my order and I could keep them Totally a SCAM! DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered quite a few things for Christmas. My mistake was forgetting that at times their product is subpar and the sizes are wrong. I ordered slippers for my son in a mens 10. There is no way these are a 10. Too small. I ordered a size 4t outfit, says 4t on order and on the price tag but on the clothes it's a 2t. I ordered a girls jacket in a medium 8-10) it's huge, more like a 14-16. Now, I'm stuck with items that don't fit and I can't return. Also, 5 days before Christmas I get an email saying one of the items I ordered was canceled. Although, it's convenient I probably will not shop through them again.

My biggest pet peeve with Zulily is that it takes WEEKS to receive your order. On 3 occasions I have received things that I did NOT order. They do refund my original order, BUT that is not the point. I ordered something and I expect better quality control. Also, seller most of the time does not give adequate descriptions of products, therefore, you are guestimating that you are gonna get something close to your expectations. Not to mention, alot of things, if you don't know seller, are from China and very inadequate products. That being said... ALWAYS buyer be ware!
