I bought what I thought was a pea-coat for winter, but what I got was b a jacket, resemblig a pea-coat made out of sweatshrt material. It was well made, but not at all suitable for cold weather. I was suppose to get it in n a purple box with matching tissue paper, came in a plastic bag. Their shipping charges are in kind of a conspicous place with all kinds of conditions attached. And no refund policy. Probably wont be placing orders with them. It takes 3 weeks or more to get your merchandize.

Grrrr! Ordered an outfit on December 7th. - the leggings arrived Christmas Eve. The top, January 6th. To make matters worse the top did NOT match the picture! In the picture the pattern appeared on top of the dress- delivered item has the pattern on the bottom. Doesn't look like the same shirt/top/dress/tunic as displayed. Given the ridiculous amount of time it took for delivery, I have no confidence that a return would be possible during the season in which this outfit would be appropriate to wear. I also ordered a custom necklace as a Christmas gift for a friend- it arrived in time for Christmas but looks cheap in person. ALL DONE!

I ordered a comforter on June 23, it just shipped on July 11. I have called and messaged them. Their response was " there is nothing we can do until it's been 19 days". I couldn't cancel or get a refund until the 19th day hit. It shipped on the 18th day. This was for a birthday that had already passed and I bought another gift for. This will be my last zullily order.

Tip for consumers:
18 day for an item to even leave the warehouse is ridiculous

I ordered my son a bike for Christmas this year from Zulily. Online it showed this item was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. This is the one reason I felt confident ordering it from them. However, the bike did NOT arrive and I was not able to give it to him this morning. I am so disappointed and will not shop with Zulily again. When I called customer service I was offered a $10 credit. This credit does not fix the problem and I will not even use it. I thought by ordering this on December. 10th I wouldn't have to worry about this!

I resent paying for shipping. It's a cost of doing business, and your prices aren't THAT great that I can get past that. I have thus far been able to play the game of buying things I can use that offer free shipping so that I can buy the items I was actually needing that don't.

I ordered a side table and many of the screw holes listed in the instructions hadn't been drilled in the piece, so there was no way to put it together. Literally just solid pieces of wood with no holes. I'm literally going to have to borrow a power drill and measure and make my own holes, I may as well just build a side table from scratch. Also some of the instructions were out of order, like they have you glue a shelf in before you screw on the legs, but once the shelf is in there's no room for a screwdriver to put the legs on so you have to tear out the shelf to get the legs on and hope it stays when you reglue the broken shelf. On top of that, I looked into returning it but I would have to pay the shipping and it would cost almost as much as the damn table. So I paid them $60 for a pile of random wood I can't use.

I Would give them a zero if it was possible. Ordered a vest never received it got a refund for the vest but they refused to give me a refunpd for the shiping as they said I got free shipping on another item I ordered. What dumb logic. Never ever do business with them!

I should have known better after the shoes I ordered from then that you couldn't even put on because the strap over the shoe had no give. Today I received a ring I ordered in a size 9 for my daughter and although it has a tag that says size 9, it doesn't even go on my size 8 finger.

I ordered a beautiful futurre Christmas dress for my great-granddaughter and know that will fit as it will be a few years for her to grow into it.

I bought a cute baby blanket at zulily for a baby shower gift. It was in a sealed bag with a hanger and it looked beautiful, it looked like an expensive blanket. I took it out of the bag to wrap and the other side looked horrendous. It looked ragged, pilled, like an old blanket. It looked like something out of goodwill. They made one side beautiful and completely cheaped out on the other side. I don't understand how they can sell such shoddy items. I had to immediately go to a baby boutique and buy something more suitable. I'm so glad I looked at the other side of the blanket, I would have been mortified if I had given this as a present.

Zulily will never... ever! Use again. I am still waiting on delivery of 2 orders placed on the 1st and 10th November 2014, 40 days@ 6 weeks and still waiting and thats not the problem.
MY credit card details have been comprised and was used in Chicago and Miami. I live in Australia. Zulily is the only online website I have used with these card details. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE.

As a vendor selling products to them, they are dishonest, and very underhanded. Claimed we didn't fulfill their products on the order, we double checked with our warehouse, now they told us we did fulfill it, but sent the wrong items in, (but they weren't going to tell us this until we challenged them that we did send it the products), and now they are doing chargebacks for items they didn't even have on their inventory. They DO NOT HOLD inventory, so that's why products are late to their customers. They basically make money prior to paying their vendors, claim they didn't receive stock, has back charges for products they don't even have in the inventory, and makes tons of money without ever giving up capital.

Why Is the sizing always off, the products are not described as they really are, everything I ordered was just junk, and you can't return anything, I am surprised that they are still in business, and the Long long wait for your products, stay away from this site, they should be closed down

It wasn't until AFTER ordering that they tell you about the process for how long it will take to actually ship out the item. TERRIBLE way to do business! It was estimated that my order from 6/8 would ship on 6/30... it did not ship to me until 7/7! --- Way too long for them to "use" my money. I will NOT EVER shop with Zulily again.

If you are reading my review before buying anything from Zulily, you are lucky. Please stay away from this $#*! company.
HORRIBLE, SCAM, RIDICULOUS is all I can say about this $#*! service.
- Why Horrible? The delivery is very slow, I ordered on 6 Feb, they split my order into 2 separate package and it took one month to completely deliver.
- Why Scam? I ordered one watch. They sent one watch box. But THEY SENT EMPTY WATCH BOX? Can you believe this?
- Why Ridiculous? I took a pictures of empty, damaged, scratched box and sent them, request a proper explanation from them. But they just ignore it, no single word of explanation given.

This is my first experience with Zulilly and it was very unsatisfactory. I wish I had checked these reviews prior to ordering. It's a waste of my money. I purchased items in November, for my tropical vacation in January. Some of the items arrived just before Christmas, it is after Christmas and I am still waiting for the others. None of the items I ordered comes close to fitting properly. One of the blouses looks like a 2XX. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large based in their size chart. The quality of the items is SUBSTANDARD.

Received my order WRONG so I emailed. It said give 24-48 hours. I gave more then 48 and they hadn't responded (still have not a week later). So I called. I explained to the lady that I ordered 3 matching pjs for the girls to use on Christmas, but one of the sets was wrong. They sent 2 shirts and no pants. I asked to have the pants shipped to me, she said no. I said okay then you can have the items I want my money back, she told me theyre non refundable. I said well you did not send what I ordered, I ordered pants and a shirt NOT two shirts. She then was telling me to read the fine print so I would know when things are refundable. I explained I wouldnt want to return it if you had sent what I ordered. She then said I am just trying to educate you so this does not happen. WHAT! That comment was beyond unprofessional, and even if I read the non print I dont expect to be shipped the wrong thing!

Tip for consumers:
My advice would be DON’t.

I pucrhased a blouse on-line from Zulily. I did not realize I was dealing with China and it took 5 weeks to deliver. By the time I got it, converted to US$ and shipping handling it was not worth it. The blouse is the crappiest thing I have ever seen and will not wear it. Anyone want a crappy blouse?

I ordered my items February 19.
As of today, according to my order status, the items have not even been received by Zulily so they can ship them to me! So, whenever Zulily receives my items from their supplier, they still have to repackage it and ship it to me.
Zulily is nothing but a middle-man. Honestly, if you search the items online, the prices really aren't that great, and you can find most of the same prices (and even lower) online elsewhere. And with normal-speed shipping.
The craziest part of it all is that Zulily's shipping isn't even free!

I ordered 3 things for Christmas on Dec 5th I did not get until the 24th. Than I ordered a ceramic coffee cup and that showed broken, never open the bubble wrap. Well I should have because it was broken and was horrified and in embaressed, THAN I ordered a whit laced scarf thankfully I took it out to show my husband because he had noticed a hole in it. So here was Christmas without 2 presents and no time to replace :(

I purchased a size 1X shirt. My usual size (normally shirts run approx. 44-46" around at the bust). When I received the shirt ordered, I couldn't get it over my head. I measured the shirt and it was a full TEN INCHES smaller across the bustline. When I contacted the company, they politely offered a store credit for the error and said that because I am so busy, I don't need to return the shirt, but could donate it to whomever I wanted. Not the best experience for my first order. Won't be getting anymore of my business.

I was looking at Sak purses on Zulily and I noticed their original prices were over 300 dollars. I've never seen a Sak purse for over 300 dollars. I went to Macys site to check, and I was right. Zulily is scamming people! Be careful!

Time to get products is obviously poor - I understand they are the "middle men" but I've ordered from other severely discounted webpages before and not had to wait 3-4 weeks to receive my order. I've tried three orders - and all have had difficulties with the products. One was mislabeled as being a current season product - but when it came it was last season's (and was being sold at the same price by the designer's webpage). Another was the wrong size - came as an infant size when a 12-18month was ordered. Another came missing several buttons. The last problem is obviously the manufacturers fault... but again, I've never had this difficulty with RueLaLa or other discounting webpages.

I placed an order on the 5th of august. The order wasn't even going to be shipped to me until the 21st and I needed it by that time. I canceled the order and they kept the shipping cost even though I never got anything shipped to me. First and last time I will do business with those people.

I have made two orders from zulily & when I checked my bank account I had two more orders from zulily. Never going to order from here again! Plus it takes FOREVER for the product to get to zulily & to be shipped.
