Wow, I am getting the same service all of the other client's are getting from Zulily. I actually ordered some items for me for my birthday 11-5-2017. It is the 12-4-2017 and they still have not arrived. I called their customer service department and was advised they are coming from China, they don't know where they are at this time and I can't get a refund until I return the items for a credit. This sounds like a BBB notification and small claims court to me. Neverrrrrrrrrr Everrrrrrrr Orderrrrrrrr from Zulily.

This has to be one of the WORST "discount" shopping sites ever! I've ordered several things from them. I've tried to love them but they make it impossible. First, their "standard" shipping time is 2-3 weeks. What they don't tell you is that is the time the item is shipped from the place THEY are getting it. The items are shipped to them and then THEY ship it to you (they must buy in bulk). So you are looking at 6-8 STANDARD time for you to get your order - I'm still waiting (been 10 weeks now) for something I ordered. Of course, they charge your credit card the day you order something. Also, there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS of any kind on their items. If you don't like it or it doesn't fit, too bad. It's really not worth the hassle unless it's something you KNOW you will love and you don't care if it takes 3 months to get it.

Placed my order on 9/20. Showed shipped on 10/7 but Fed Ex had no tracking information. On 10/23 I reached out to zulily and was told that my package was undeliverable and retuned to them. Said they were sorry that it didnt go as planned and gave me a $10 credit. Liars! I would have been able to track it if that was the case. They say they will issue a refund. Waiting to see if that happens. What if I didnt call them? Would they keep my money? Why not just be honest and tell me they couldnt fulfill my order? Never again, keep your credit!

I received my order in the expected timeframe. Today I was reading my emails and to my surprise I found there was a fiasco about my order. My orders was delivered to the wrong address, so the person called Zullily and alerted them. Zullily sent me an email to notify, which I didn't read at the time. Also they ordered a replacement free of charge. After I received my order, they cancelled the replacement and to my surprise they gave me $15 store credit. All I can say is "WOW". I think I am a customer for life. It is not about the store credit, it is about the service. Thank you Zullily!

I feel prices have changed since I first starting ordering. You have to look for the DEALS. Minimal places to shop where I reside and there isn't much I cannot find on Zulily. Shipping I Feel is getting to me a little quicker than in the past and that I like a lot. Returns SUCK I feel if there is something that needs returned I lose $$$ on so I just do NOT do it. Customer Service is 99% of the time awesome. Just in a great while you will get a rude Rep. I just learned to hang up on them and call back. The one thing I would like to see is FAR BETTER SIZING GUIDES. Also just today there was a Dash For the Deal. I got right on when I got the email... everything was already gone. I myself would like to get a Text message showing these when they on line.

Where do I begin... ok the SHIPPING shocker, yeah I know everyone complains but when I spend $$ for the item and $$ for the shipping the least you can do iss get it to me before the season ends! I have waiting 60 days! YES 60 days! So you can imagine I was P. O'd! So I give them another shot... again late shipping and then the item comes in missing a piece(that I paid for) Called and they said ohhh well there are no more in stock sorry! CRAP! So finally I ordered my daughters easter dress in JAN... just to make sure and I just received an email on FEB 28th that they are unable to fullfill my order! ARE YOU SERIOUS! I'M DONE! I dont know how they stay in business! My sister has also had countless issues with missing products and things that NEVER even showed up!

This company has good prices, but not worth it. I ordered boots they put the wrong address, and i had to jump through hoops to get my package from UPS. Unfortunately i had already placed another order before I realized they had my address wrong (their fault) Zuily could not correct it. Order went out to wrong address. AGAIN! This time they sent through Fed X to Post office. Called Fed X, they could not change address, Called Zuily, again they could do nothing, Called post office and they said they had already sent package back. Weeks! So mad and still no package. Everything done through 3rd party so Horrible service!

Don't Use , nice products but WAYYYYYY to many problems with shipping,

Ordered shoes August 18th and they still have not shipped them and were already at the end of August! I should have read all the reviews before hand. I guess this website take so long to ship because they don't keep an inventory. They only order what you order from them. So not only are you waiting for Zulilys to order from the manufacture, your waiting for the manufacture to ship to Zulilys and then your waiting again for Zulilys to ship to you. This is a poor model business! Will NOT order from them again.

I have read many reviews about Zulily that weren't very great so I felt compelled to write a review because I have loved my Zulily purchases and their customer service has been so good to me. When A package remained undelivered because I had moved- they refunded me. When a dress I ordered as a Medium arrived as an Extra large- thye credited my acct. When an item I ordered was out of stock they refunded my money AND credited my acct. With $10.00. I have really fun clothes items that my friends are always asking "where did you get that?" and I say Zulily!:-)

Wish I'd read these reviews first! And I usually buy nothing online unless I read reviews! I was swept away by the sales! But pictures of the tunics I oorrdered looked so cute. When they arrivved and I took them out of the package I realized how I'd been scammed. I'm so angry. The clothes are misshapen and look nothing like the photo. Buyer beware!

IF you receive the merchandise it's very nice and the price is good. I was charged for a pair of shoes that my size turned out to be unavailable after all, even though my order was accepted Never saw the credit on my Visa. If I'd ordered something pricey I'd be pissed. There's no way to contact Zulilly to rectify the situation and you don't know who the vendor is and can't contact them either. I don't think my card should be charged UNTIL PRODUCT SHIPS. It seems all correspondence from Zulilly is "No-reply". Be aware that if you order several items at the same time they will all ship independently, varying vendors/ locations. That's OK, as long as it ships. BUYER BEWARE!

Every time I get sucked back in to placing a Zulily order I end up regretting it. EVERY TIME! Items take forever to ship. Frequently they are not how they were described on the site. Most clothing items are TINY and probably junior sizes. I order a few items 2 months ago and still hadn't received them. I called customer service and they said they were "experiencing shortages" of the items and i had the option of canceling. But no one contacted me. I had to call them to find out. So they basically sell items they don't even have inventory of. I once ordered a dress and they sent it to me in the wrong size but i couldn't get it in the correct size cause they don't do returns... even though it was their mess-up! Zulily, Im done.

I orderd a diaper bag and clutch in the begginning of November the clutch came on time but the bag didn't. After contacting them they apologized for the wait. Month and a half later they say it will arrive by Christmas, I'm two days away Christmas and I check on my order and it's been cancelled. I didn't ask for it to be cancelled they simply cancelled it and said there was nothing they can do complete waste of my time since the bag and clutch were meant to go together and now I have one of them and can't return it. Nobody should order from them they have bad costumer service and don't care about you.

Ordered some pjs for my 6 month old son. They were the snug thermal type. I order 18 months tso I could give them to him for xmas. I got them and they barely fit. The arms were so tight he cried when I put them on. I paid $20 a pair so they werent cheap. Also, he is a small boy. Quality was cheap. Donated them, as I didnt want a store credit for more crap.

I LOVE shopping Zulily. Like they say, "It's a new store every day!". I have ordered over 100 items from Zulily! I LOVE when they have their BOXED sale. During BOXED sale I order all my bulk items like paper towels, toilet paper and heavy items and they are delivered right to my front door. No need to haul all of those items to my car and then out of the car...

I ordered three dresses for my daughter. She normally wears a 6x, but I went ahead and ordered 8's so they would last all summer. The shipping was fine. I ordered my items on April 8th, received them on April 18th. Ten days, not too bad. However, dresses were horrible! All three dresses were too small, and I had reviewed the size charts and ordered one size big! One of the dresses didn't even cover the bottom of my daughter's underwear! Another one of the dresses had threads hanging all over it and the hem was coming out. I was not happy AT ALL! However, I must say I am impressed with their customer service. I sent an email explaining how unhappy I was, and got an email back saying even though my dresses were a FINAL SALE, they would make an exception to let me return them in exchange for store credit. So, unhappy with the store because the clothes did not seem good quality, but satisfied with how the company handled my issue. Of course I now have a credit to buy clothes I don't want!

I order three scrubs set the first set my top wasn't complete my sleeve wasn't sew. The second I wore it to work and went to the restroom My pants fell apart the third one the top was stitch on one sleeve and the other wasn't. Poor quantity and you get what you pay for I will never order anything else.

Please note that you will not be able to return items that don't fit. Of 3 items I ordered, 2 don't fit. That means the cost of my total order for the one item I will be able to use is NO BARGAIN! I should have gone to Nordstrom and spent less to get what I really wanted!

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ZULILY THIS YEAR? Double charged on a $75 item, their only response was it's impossible we don't make mistakes and didn't budge when I provided snipit of bank statement. Then the guaranteed by Christmas made it to someone else yet I was told I couldn't have boots until the other person returned them. Somehow your crossed shipping labels are my fault. I have waited a month to get it but just got email it's no longer in stock. Well it was when it was shipped to someone. Now (4 days before Christmas) they state they have to give me a refund. Thanks zulily for nothing. Merry Christmas! It was my daughters present!

I bout two pairs of shoes and I was very dissapointed with them. First of all, it is true that the products take forever to arrive, 4 weeks in my case. Once I got the shoes the fist thing I notice when I openned the package was the faul smell of cheap plastic/rubber. The shoes had, also, a lot of factory defects, such as glue stains and little segments where the sole had not completely attached to the shoe. Both pairs were awful. I threw both pairs of shoes in the trash without even wearing them once, they were even too bad to be given to good will. I will definitely not buy again from zulili.

Everytjing I have ordered from Zulily, I love! However, by the time I get it, I have practically forgotten what I have ordered. It takes FOREVER! But doesn't take forever for them to charge my card. If you need something, you're better to find it elsewhere.

Don't bother with them would be my advice to you. After ordering for 200$ and waiting 3 weeks for items, i did not like one item. Contacted them to advise me how to get the prepaid label so that i could return the item they said it is my responsability to pay for and then i will get a refund zulily credit to shop again :)) )). I had to report themto my bank as fraud as i could not deal with them anymore. The worst customer service skills and best scam ever. Will definetly not recomend even to my worst enemy.

Only order if you have seen what you're getting IN PERSON and have several weeks to wait. I've ordered six times and have been mildly disappointed at least half of those times in the merchandise. My latest order was the last straw: the two clothing items I ordered were at least four sizes smaller than the marked/stated size. With their across the board no return policy, I don't have much hope of recovering the $49 I paid. Most of the stuff is on here FOR A REASON - it would be unsellable in a retail store.

They have the WORST employees to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would. I am a vendor and it has taken A YEAR for us to receive money from them for an event we did on their site. Their site is not clear or user friendly. I STRONGLY recommend not using them. To top it off they do not have phones. They are so terrible they do not have a way to communicate via phone with one of their employees. THEY ARE THE WORST!
