I had a problem a dress and I tried to return no such luck so I just had to fix it myself. They don't take returns I have never seen such poor workmanship in my life. I DO NOT EVER visit that web site the worst company ever!

Do yourself a favor and buy the product ANYWHERE else. Zulily does not stand behind their products at ALL. My shipping took 8 weeks and when the item arrived, it did not fit although it said it was the correct size. It was also a different color than it appeared online and had a large, gaudy detail on the front that was not online (they manipulate their images to make sales it seems).
However, with Zulily's "No Returns" (read: F-you you F-ing loser policy) none of this matters and I essentially paid $20+s/h for a hideous Goodwill donation.
My advice, if you see someone you want on Zulily, find it on another (customer focused) webiste and make the purchase there. Unless there's a SUBSTANTIAL discount, it's not worth dealing with such a self-serving company.

I like so many items on Zulily, but I have been disappointed too many times I have received about 6 items that arrived broken, 3 items that were in mislabeled boxes so what I received was not what I paid for and the wait time to receive my purchases is way too long. I am limiting my purchasing on Zulily because of these flaws

I placed an order on Dec 19 for two utility baskets - two different sizes and two different colors. When I received them on Dec 30, they were wrong - they are both the same color. I contacted Zulily on Dec 31 to report the issue. They said they need to contact their vendor to see if they have the correct stock available to send to me, or else they will refund me. I STILL HAVE NO ANSWER! I've sent 3 or so follow up emails checking on the status, to be told again and again that they are STILL waiting to hear back from the vendor. They said due to the holidays, blah, blah, blah. The holidays are over! AVOID ZULILIY! Pain in the butt. Jean was very helpful when I made the initial call - she asked me to provide a photo, which I did within' 5 minutes. Now, I'm outta sight, outta mind apparently.

Their shipping time sucks! It's horrible, takes forever! I ordered from them like a year ago and this year I decided to give it a try again, but wow, now I remember why I didn't shop there anymore, shipping! I can get similar or the same stuff in other store and I don't have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my package to arrive. If you want to get your stuff at reasonable time, DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY!

I like Zulily because they are reasonably priced as I am now on fixed income, do not like the return policy in that you have to pay for the returning the item so I only choose what I may know that will work for me

Becareful what you order. I ordered 7 items and can only wear 3 of them. I ordered 3x and they are the size of an adult medium. Everything I ordered was unreturnable, so that big of a size difference is unacceptable. Items also took 3 weeks to arrive.

I ordered some perfume from this horrible company, I never received it although they said it has been delivered. When I reported it, they refused to refund or replace the item. They want me to investigate through post office. I DIDN'T ORDER FROM THE POST OFFICE! That's your job to track it down! I will never order anything from this company again. Why should I have to wait on the post office to investigate, I am so angry! I wish I could give a negative star instead of one!

Andrea and Diana are some of the most rude customer service agents that work at Zulily. Please get training and get educated on how a business is operated successfully and most importantly how to treat customers. There are also INCOMPETENT customer service agents at Zulily, to name one in particular Ronald. Zulily please train these people.
Tip for consumers:
You will receive store credit or no refund on most items purchased if you need to return. The quality of alot of items are subpar. You are taking a chance. Occassionally you will get an item of good quality.

I love shopping online and the variety of Zulily. I have had some bad purhases, sizing doesn't always follow the size guidelines and some product is definely lower qualitiy. I have had some great purchases too. I am very unhappy with shipping costs - it definitely changes my mind about ordering on lots of occassions.

I purchased a 4XL skirt for a fantastic price from Zulily and just received it today. As I opened the package, right away I could tell it was not a 4XL. I attempted to try it on anyway, and of course it didn't go past my thighs. I gave it to my daughter to try on who wears an XL and it fit her perfectly. When I looked at the inner label, I saw the size was "written" in. I find this to be a purposeful scam either from the company, Rising International or from Zulily themselves. I understood I was unable to return items, and with the prices I was thinking there might be small rips, that could be fixed or the color not be the exact color, but not a blatant lie from the company on the size of the product. Even worse, seeing the size "written" into the label. I do NOT recommend shopping Zulily because obviously you could be scammed into purchasing items you aren't able to use, or didn't purchase to begin with, just so the company can make money and you are stuck holding the bag.

Since Zulilly is so stuck on itself you have to register just to shop, won't be having any experience with them. But since all the reviews say they sell only expensive crap, are ridiculously slow, and then spam you with emails, I count myself lucky. DON'T SHOP HERE.

Poor quality products, slow shipping, NO RETURN policy, size charts NEVER match the actual size of the item, damaged items still not allowed return or refund. You're better off burning your cash in a trash basket than giving it to them.

I would rate it minus stars due to its return policy. My wife ordered swim suit tops in a certain size. They basically sent one size fits all. The return policy states you cannot return or get refunds for any personal items which is all types of clothing including swim suits. I highly recommend that " DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZULILY!
