Was truly interested in many of the products on Zulily, but, without being able to return anything, that doesn't work for me! Also read the reviews, very glad I did!

Three red flags: 1. There are no reviews of any product they sell, 2. Items are available for a limited time, 3. Most items are final sale.

Any one of these would be risky for a consumer, but together they mean that the company has a window through which it can sell volumes of low quality goods to customers who can't warn anyone or get their money back, and then discontinue them before bad sentiments start building up. The fact that they take ages to ship anything actually ensures that any bad feelings come after an item is discontinued anyway.

I realized this after ordering a dress that was surprisingly poor quality: extremely cheap material, shapeless, and with obvious flaws. It was $40, but you'd be unsurprised to see something like it at a dollar store. There was nothing in the shipping info or emails about returns, and on receipt I realized it was a final sale. Well, at least I could leave a bad review, right? Nope. They are not Amazon. Once they have their money, they are done with you.

BUT... as a very frequent buyer, there should be an option for no shipping charge, and/or free returns. I have held myself back from some purchased for that

I bought a cute women's top from a popular vendor on Zulily. Loved it. Got a small food stain on it after the first wear so I sprayed some stain prewash on the spot and threw it in the wash. To my disbelief, the fabric completely decinigrated ĺeaving a gaping circular hole. What was the fabric? First time and last time I ever saw that happen. Done with that cheap site.

I will no longer shop at or order from Zulily. Descriptions do not match what you are purchasing, shipping takes a very long time, quality of items is not up to par. Hopefully they will go away soon.

I placed an order 11/15, billed 11/18. It is now 12/9 and items have not even shipped out. Very disappointed needless to say. Make sure you allow a month to receive anything ordered.

I've bought quite a few items from Zulily and have never had any trouble with their shipping. The products as well have been excellent in my experience

The quality has gone down and prices have went up! I've had to return items because they look nice on the website but cheap when you get them! I don't like China clothing or shoes!

At least 1/3 of merchandise I've purchased is ridiculously sized. Have a pile of stuff that's too small, guess I'll donate it to a charity. If I get anything else like that, last straw.

IT is disappointing when something can not be shipped but Zulily always refunds my money plus gives me a $10 credit. That is outstanding customer service.

Zulily is a wonderful shipping experience. I love the fact that there are categories for everyone. Fast shipping, great prices and top notch customer service.

Some are great deals, others amazon better. With prime 2 day shipping and pay 1 time a year shipping. Zulily may need to consider this option for return shoppers.

I order often. I wish free shipping applied for 24 hours from time of purchase instead of just same day till midnight. Had a few issues along the way, but still reasonably satisfied.

Yes, sometimes you have to be patient for the sale to close. When it closes, delivery is very good. Articles delivered without damage. So far I'm pleased.

I had a very large order. Their web site kept me updated on the shipped. All 10 pairs of shoes showed up on time and as ordered. Perfect. Thank you.

I come here everyday, don't always buy things but it is my favorite place to shop. Never any problems, stuff gets here in a reasonable amount of time.
