Terrible experience. I waited a month and never received item. I emailed them, got a swift response, but was told it would be 3-5 business days before they could answer my email.

After spending over $600.00 on the ZULILY site I can honestly say I LOVE the clothes, boots and shoes. I've had fabulous experiences with customer service; they are polite, professional and personable. I pay CLOSE ATTENTION to their recommended sizing info so I ALWAYS get the correct size for my body. All items have been exactly as advertised - no false info or differences from what is shown. Further - I always have the option of speeding up orders by simply choosing various shipping rates. However - so far I've only used the standard shipping. Items arrive on time, based on whatever "date of arrival" is advertised for each individual item. It seems that many of the complaints would be prevented if the customer would simply read the info., options and suggestions provided by Zulily for each specific item. Also - I think the 24 hour free standard shipping (after a first pur chase) is a really GREAT DEAL! I LOVE SHOPPING AT ZULILY.

Spend time every day looking at what they have. Bought 90% of Christmas last yr and had it delivered to the door. Need to read descriptions of items but quality is great.

Happy with purchases and will continue to shop at this top notch site. Customer service is very good and return was taken care of immediately. I have home decorations clothing and shoes.

You can find every level of fashion. Make your own cool vibe or follow the tried and true. Gifts are plentiful. Prices are awesome. Service is personal and helpful. Retail therapy abounds.

While I do enjoy shopping online in general; I have, and can be, disappointed from time to time. In general I believe you get what you pay for; although "deals" can be found. But beware! If you purchase from this website it will cost you much more then it is worth. 1st - you have to pay $8 to ship it back, 2nd - the original shipping cost will not be refunded to you, so, it will cost more to return it then it is worth! Also, take note; the sizes of each item is not standard across the board. You would need to check the actual messurements for each piece of clothing you are considering purchasing. At times the sizing difference is so much that a US size XL could be a 6X.

After my order comes in I will never order from them, they don't mind taking your money out of your account right away but you have ro wait for ever to get your items. That's not good service...

Its AMAZING how corporate headquarters in Seattle tries posting bogus 5 star ratings to take your eyes and thoughts off of the TRUE (98%) reviews left by ripped off customers.

Went crazy over zulily, ordered alot! But beware, the size charts are way off, and very sheldom found any items true to the size charts, even flat sandles I ordered (3 Pair) size7.5,1 works 2 are very tight and small toes right at tip! Crazy, no returns, go through the hoop to get credit, shipping back is expensive, wait for items are long and extreme. Wil never order clothes from them again! And shoes, maybe but will only buy inexpensive so burn will not be 3rd degree!

I cannot believe the disappointment with this website. I thought I was getting great deals I ordered quite a large shipment on Black Friday and yet here it is almost one month later and still I have nothing I really wish I had read the reviews before spending my money I had no idea how horrible this website was I bought tons of maternity clothes that I probably won't be able to fit once it finally arrives. Now I am reading that there is no returns. I have gotten 2 different emails saying an item wont be delivered til after Christmas. I will definitely not use this site ever again.

The worst ecommerce company I have ever ordered from. Poor quality products, long delivery, high prices and poor return policy. Be smart order from Amazon... even Wish is a better option.

I've ordered several items because I liked the idea of how they do business. Didn't mind waiting for long shipping. However, out of 9 clothing items (from different vendors) I ordered, only one is OK to actually wear (I wore it twice), and one other item looked awesome the first time I wore it but just about fell apart after 1 wash (hand wash, at that!). The rest were just horribly cheap polyester disasters that did not fit right, had busted seams, or buttons falling off.

This stuff is still slightly better than ordering from Chinese sites but you get the idea. It looks like clothes they sell at some dollar stores. The only difference is that the sizes on Zulily are more appropriate (a Small fits like a normal Small, on Chinese sites, a Small means my niece's American Doll will wear the clothes). Now, I see a lot of "you get what you paid for" comments. The stuff they're selling is not necessarily cheaply priced. The cheapest shirt I got was 39.99, the most expensive dress was 69.99 - I don't consider that cheap and expected better quality. Overall, it was a disappointing lesson learned.

Sent for many items from Zulily. Most of the time no issues. Have gotten incorrect sizes a time or 2, but no big deal. Will continue to window shop and purchase.

They have excellent prices, but the shipping takes forever. I've been happy with all of my name brand purchases, but the unknown clothing brands are cheaply made and don't fit well.

I have received numerous items from Zulily and been delighted with all of them. Today an item came but sadly it was broken in transit... Zuliy's packaging was excellent but the manufacturer's internal packaging was not... and so the glass item self-destructed. I called Zulily and I failed to get the lady's name but she was so nice and helpful. My problem was solved and I am even more in love with Zulily for having such great employees in addition to great products. Thank you, Suzanne Danna-Harlan, Baton Rouge, LA

While checking out another site I thought I would see what people were saying about Zulily and was shocked to see the reviews! I have made about 8-10 purchases from this site... I had one item that showed up being mildly damaged (marked) and sent off a complaint to them. I heard back immediately and not only did they refund the item but told me to keep or donate it. I purchase dresses and tunics mostly and have always received exactly what I expected. Count me a happy customer from Victoria, BC Canada with NO affiliation to Zulily. I recommend them often...
Update September 2017-I have, since writing the review above, have probably ordered 14-18 items from Zulily. One item was not what I'd hoped for so I turned it into a sleep shirt but other than that, they were all exactly as expected. Their descriptions include sizing info which has always been accurate. Their customer service has been great! I am very suspicious about the number of 1 and 2 star ratings... something smells rotten and I suspect the plethora of reviews from shady competitors.

Just received my item not impressed at all the bracelet and the necklace look very cheap. I will never buy anything from you guy I am deleting your app right now what a waste of my time.

This is a rip off and what a waste of money! So far the 2 items that finally showed up are not true to size. I wear a medium and both items fit like an extra small! Will never order from here again!

When I started off shopping with Zulily, I got some decent deals on high quality items. Lately, it has REALLY gone down hill. The last straw was a supposedly suede and cotton travel bag I purchased. What they sent may have had cotton in it, but was absolutely suede free. It was cheap to say the least. It doesn't help that they make it difficult to return things, will only give store credit on most stuff, and although they are accepting my return THIS TIME (we'll see how that goes) there is no way the item they sent ever sold for the list price.It's junk and STILL listed on their site as suede. Even though I alerted them several times on their error. As another reviewer stated, they take your money then cancel the really nice items. I would agree that something really underhanded is going on with this company. If you are not familiar with a brand name, don't buy it. It's probably some cheap junk. Their sizing is all over the place and even using the size charts is hit or miss. I ordered a t-shirt, same size, same manufacturer and the sizes were wildly off. I used to think they were a legit company, but now believe they are a rip-off. They have lost a customer with this latest scam.

I've been ordering from Zulily for a long time. Although I do it very rarely as of late. I get the concept and know it will take a month plus to get anything from them. Some deals can be found on Zulily, but buyer beware! Unless it is a name brand item, I would caution very strongly from purchasing. Sizing is NOT accurate on over 1/2 of the items. Very disappointing, especially with no returns allowed, to order a top that should fit you according to their size chart, only to find that it measures INCHES smaller than what is listed in the chart. Crazy, but true! Clothing is very difficult to purchase at Zulily with most items being 100%, or high percentage of polyester. Quality is below average. Sizing charts are NOT accurate. But when they have known brand names, you can find a good deal. Just don't get your panties in a bunch if it takes 6-8 weeks to get your stuff... because sometimes it will, not kidding. NO RETURNS ever, this is another killer to this site. There are many other options out there that are better then Zulily.

I ordered a raincoat and the fitting boots on August 30th. I waited till October 4th to cancel it since the website just showed me in transit to zulily ( not even to me!). I had contacted costumer service around the 27th of Sept. To get an update but I just got an generic answer back after 3days. Cancelling took my 3 emails and a posting on their facebook page. Now I checked my account and got 2 days ago 13.99 from an 50 Dollar order refunded? Wow, this website is horrible. I will never order from them again. This was my first and last time and I surely willt ell everyone to stay far far away from it.

I've made several purchases through Zulily. Everything has been as advertised and arrived on time if not sooner. I've been very happy with them.

Edit to add: I'm still a happy customer several years later. Please bear in mind that you need to wait for the sale to end before anything gets shipped, so if you need items faster, try shopping only the sales ending that day. The ONLY time I had an issue with an item not being available after purchase, they not only didn't charge me for the coat, they gave me store credit as an apology. I have no problems with Zulily.

Edit again since I see one newer review about Christmas. If you need Christmas delivery, order in October or November and look for the package icon. Watch shipping dates. They guarantee only some items (with the package icon) for Christmas. You do need to be aware that they do wait for things and again NOT order like it's Amazon. December 13 is cutting it close for many retailers if they don't offer a quick turnaround. Since my first review, the only items I've been less happy with were a few pairs of slip on shoes for kids in UK sizes and I guessed wrong. The shoes were not expensive and I gifted them to a friend's kid. Still a happy customer in 2015. I order for my nieces and nephews, too, and no one has ever said the quality was poor. If you have a damaged item, try contacting them.

I ordered what they advertised as a "Michael Kors" purse. I waited the weeks to to get it (which is fine I understand that's how the sight works). However when I finally received it it's the most obvious knock off I have ever seen. The tags are in Chinese, the "leather" looks like $#*!, and the infamous MK hardware is just a round gold piece with some Chinese pattern. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I suggest if you're looking for the real deal, or at least a knock off that could pass as one, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT.
