Too bad there's not an option for zero stars. I ordered an item a month ago and have still not received it. No other internet merchant I've dealt with has come close to being this bad.

Terrible! I ordered two bras. One was fine. The other was the correct style but waaaay the wrong size. They refunded my money plus gave me a $10 credit. Later, I ordered some perfume and a pair of size 9W purple shoes. The perfume was fine. And the shoes were the correct style but size 11W and black. Again, they refunded my money and gave me a $10 credit. They can just keep the credit. It's just waaaay too disappointing to order something you really want, only to not get it.

Quite possibly the WORST company to place orders with I have ever dealt with. NONE of their clothing is in the US, except for a handful of cheap junk. If you place an order in March, don't expect to see your stuff for 2-3 months. Everything comes from all over the world and it takes forever. I ordered a Christmas tunic in October. Today is December 5. I was told it was lost in CHINA and will not arrive until January! What am I going to do with a Christmas top in January? Refund or credit? No way! No returns... if it doesn't fit or you totally hate it, too bad. Clothing, when it arrives, is cheap, flimsy material and doesn't last very long. UPDATE... Dec 11..."my shipment is "Delayed in transit from shipper. " Called and asked for a refund. "Sorry. It may still show up." When? Easter?
December 20... Now, 2 shipments are lost! I got a $10 store credit for the first one (It cost me 16.99) and the other shipment is non refundable. 2 tunics are non refundable if they lose the package. Filed a claim with Paypal for my money back... Zulily is actually fighting me on it as they are claiming, again "It may show up. Give it another month."?

The sizes run smaller than advertised. I called to complain about false advertising and to request a return but, in spite of the error being on THEIR part with misinformation listed on their site, they refused to refund me and would only give store credit. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I wish I could give this site NO stars. Purchased over $400.00 worth of clothing, pictures were great; however, received my order (shipping is at a snails pace) and was extremely disappointment. The quality and sizing were not as advertised. I'm kicking myself for not reading the return policy because I couldn't get my money back, only a credit. SMDH WTF! I just received a bunch of garbage why would I purchase more trash. Wish I would have charged the order to my credit card so I could have disputed the transaction, shame on me. Also, some of the items were taking so long to ship that I requested they be cancelled and still I would only receive a credit - huh?! Zullily has no accountability. I've contacted the BBB and anyone who's had the same experience as me should as well.

I ordered 2 prs of shoes and they arrived way way after I needed them, so I called and told them why I was returning them. They chose not as described for my return reason!
When I tried to get a refund through PayPay it was turned down because it was exactly what I ordered. I never said ONCE that it was not as describe! The liars chose the reason they wanted to prevent a refund. I finally decided they weren't worth my time but my complaint was!
I placed a 2nd order (cancelled) to see if their refund policy and shipping dates were made clear when you placed your order. Had to search for the info.
I doubt the reviews on their website were written by customers. They are entertaining!

I've bought about 20 items of infant clothing/items and was mostly pleased with the quality and prices, even when adding in shipping costs, though I did receive one item that was defective (fabric dye that had bled onto a fabric button in a visible location at the top of the piece). My beef is with shipping costs and times, as well as selections recently. Shipping costs I find to be high and is clearly a money maker for Zulily ($6.50 for one item and $8.00 for two pieces of infant clothing? You can send a box via US priority mail weighing almost 1 lb for $5.90!). $6.50 may not seem like a lot, but it is a huge disincentive from buying an item I love that's a great price. I mean, it's supposed to be a bargain shopping site, so the cost of shipping sometimes defeats the purpose. And, shipping can take a very long time-which can be a problem if you are ordering something you need right away (ie seasonal like a bathing suit, something for a growing baby, or maternity clothing). I just can't wait 2 months! Also, in the past month or so the infant clothing selections have SUCKED-all cheesy ruffles, frills and tutus with glaringly ugly prints and poor quality fabrics.

If one exercises patience, you will find some incredible deals on Zulily. I buy all my linens from here and have been able to redo all the linens in 3 bedrooms for less than $300. That includes the comforter/quilt sets, sheets, pillows, mattress toppers, blankets and curtains. I even have back-up comforter/quilt sets for each room too so I can swap out while cleaning. A necessity with indoor pets that love to share your bed. The key is patience. I never buy the first time I see something I want unless it's a one day only sale item because it will usually be cheaper in another sale later on. You also must be prepared to wait to actually get the item because they rarely ship out quickly and when they finally do ship, it's at least another week to get it. I have found that it usually takes 4-6 weeks to receive anything from them which seems unreal in the age of 2-day delivery. It would be a great site if they shipped as soon as the sale ended instead of waiting several weeks. So if you need something by a certain date it would not be wise to shop from here.

I ordered a gift for my grandaughter 3 weeks before Christmas with the site advertising "delivery before Christmas." It took more than two weeks for it to ship from Zulilly. It was delivered from UPS to the post office five days ago and there it sits. I paid all this money to have it delivered from UPS! Why is it sitting in the post office? There is no way that my granddaughter will get this for Christmas. I have emailed Zulilly and have received no response from them. Theri customer service sucks. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a pair of combat boots on the 22nd August 2022. My 17yr old daughter started wearing them on October 20th 2022,which is when she received them for her bday. She has only worn them a handful of times, and when she was taking them off, the bottom of the shoe has come off! She is absolutely devastated! She fell in love with these boots and has taken pride in caring for them only for them to fall apart after less then a month of use! For $74 I would expect a lot longer then that. Contacted Zulily & they refused to refund/replace as they only have a 30day guarantee. I have attached photos and will not be purchasing from Zulily again in the future!

I ordered with a " promise date" from their operator after several disappointing experiences. I had a bad feeling, but the lady assured me that my order would be in plenty of time. HOWEVER... the order did come late, and screwed up. When I called in, I was told " sorry" like they always do, and put on hold. Ten minutes later I was told they would work something out and e- mail the details. The next night after not hearing from them, I called back to have the rudest person not only put me on hold for over ten minutes, but then tell me he was not sure what he could do but say " sorry". After the offer reimbursement came up, I just had to pay shipping to ship the few things I had gotten. When I made comment of how rude he was being, he simply responded with a " thank you " while laughing under his breath. This is caring about customers? This site has its priorities screwed up. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this site. The prices and quality are not that great and the service sucks! I would give them a negative rating if it was possible...

I know, and I agree ~ I would be really careful about what you order, even if it's a brand name. Check amazon.com as another suggested to see how that style really stacks up in how it looks or feels from customers on *that* site or another unbiased site to get a feel for the product. Be careful of sizing although my shoes I have gotten are great so far, just do the buyer beware check on things first.
That said, I may have been lucky so far, knock on wood. I know it takes forever, but you can check on when your order is shipping/has shipped on their website under your account. Everyone commented on my new $20 shoes liking them. I also ordered a maxi skirt and that was nice looking too, and about the same price. I put together a whole outfit on there from shirt to shoes and had good luck. I just reordered again and if my satisfaction goes down I will update on here. I think it's some parts luck, some parts research, and some parts patience that makes an order you will be satisfied with. Good luck!
