I have been purchasing items from Zulily for a few months now. Despite very long shipping times, I was please with what I received. However, I found out today that a SKIP HOP diaper bag that I ordered three weeks ago (progressed from "confirmed" to "in transit to zulily") is now CANCELLED! I will not be getting the bag that I ordered while hundreds of other orders for the same bag is being filled. The customer service rep (who was very nice) explained that the vendor may say they have 1000 items to send, but may only send like 980 or may send some damaged. I think this reflects VERY POORLY on both ZULILY and SKIP HOP and I will think twice before I order from them again. Please keep in mind that "confirmed" and "in transit to zulily" DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING and you're order is not complete until you have a tracking number.

I have literally been waiting for hours for a response from them on their "usually replies instantly" messenger. All to find out why I haven't gotten my refund for some things I bought that were horrifically fitted, advertised, and awful quality. Plus they charged me to return this garbage that I spent my money on. Not that I've gotten my refund yet. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. COMPLETE RIP OFF. TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCTS AS WELL AS SERVICE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY! I ordered weeks ago for a Halloween costume and they promised to ship it on a certain day. When that day passed I had to call and they were out of stock on my item! Customer Service would not transfer me to a supervisor and they were no help at all. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a bunch of xmas presents from Zulily and they have the most horrible customer service and the delivery sucks! I have called them 4 times to see when my orders will come and they said its guarantee I'll received them the day before xmas which is 12/24, liars! Now I won't received my 3 presents for my niece's until Monday 12/29 when Christmas is over. Giving me $10 credit wont do nothing, you can keep it! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

After 2 experiences I have to warn EVERYONE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! The first order I placed had shipment dates of 7-14 days - 21 days later 1 item showed up. It was a necklace that was sold as 30" long chain - it's not even 18" - and looks like it came from a bubble gum machine. Now I was stupid again and ordered 3 more items. I got one 2 weeks after the ship date. Now a month later the second item shows delivered. Guess what - I don't have it, the post office never received it and UPS can't confirm they even received it. But guess whose card was charged! I called customer service and was told by some idiot that she was sure the post office had it (even though it showed delivered) and to give it a few days, it would show up. NICE! Of 'course this is the most expensive item of the 3. I have to wait 10 days before they will offer to send me another item. That will make 2 months from my order date. Everything is either junk when you get it or you're even lucky if you do get your stuff. I'm trying to figure out with all the bad reviews how are they legally still doing business?! And why are we still buying their crap?! They have great pop ads and the kids' stuff is always so cute but check Amazon or just google the item - you are better off! This site should be a negative star rating!

STAY AWAY!!! Save your money and use Amazon!

If you don't like the item, you must pay for shipping! Almost $15 to return a shirt that was ugly, way too big and no receipt or anything was in the package when it arrived. How am I to get a refund?

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. Takes forever to get your shipment and if you don't like the item, you have to pay for
the return shipping. Total rip off

Had to give my email address to access site, used a random fake name just in case. 10 MINUTES LATER my fake name gets some email from some random online vendor. This is how I check which sites sell my information. NO THANK YOU! Will not be ordering from this site ever!

I placed my order on november 30th and the website told me i would get my item before christmas. A couple days ago, they sent me an email telling me the shipping had been delayed, and it completely ruined my christmas! I didn't cancel the order right away because I thought, and still think, that what I bought would have made a perfect christmas gift! But this morning I felt like I had to cancel the order, because the service was terrible and who knows when and if I would have gotten my item. So I canceled it and ordered something else off amazon. I'll get it the first week of january, but at least I know I will get it for sure and on time!

DON"T BUY FROM ZULILY!

This is the second time I've ordered something from Zulilly and it's been WAY late! I waited almost a month and a half on my order and when I went to just cancel it coustomer service said it was too late. Dumb me, I ordered again from there! It's been almost two months and I still haven't got my order! NEVER AGAIN! Bye zulilly!

Stupid long wait time to get your items! The company should really be more transparent on their website about how long it may take to even just get around to processing and shipping out your items. If I had known it was going to take this long, I probably would've ordered elsewhere or ordered certain items well in advance. Considering that they sell many baby and maternity related goods, you'd think that time would be of essence, or at least being very clear it would take time to get items so new parents can order accordingly. I'm glad I didn't order any baby items - I'm sure my son would've outgrown them by the time I received it!

I've been waiting 18 days, and only just today did I get notified that they shipped out... wait for it... only ONE of the items I ordered out of 5 pieces in the order. What gives? Now I have to wait some more to receive this ONE item... and still wait some more for my other part of my order to even make it out of the warehouse.

They also charge you right away, instead of just charging you when your order goes out like Amazon which is really annoying seeing as they've made me wait almost 3 weeks to ship out just ONE item!

I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.

The reason everything "appears" like a good deal is because most, if not all items are coming directly from China. Sizing is typically very small without any consistency. Shipping is high and if a return is involved, shipping is not refundable and Zulily only gives store credit toward a future purchase. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

They are terrible! Ordered a gift on 12/2 for my grandson to give to his mom for Christmas. Got a notice that it expected delivery would be 12/24, close but ok. Got another tracking notice that it won't be there until 12/28! Now he has nothing to give his mom! Their warehouse is in Nevada, where I am, my grandson is in MD, and the tracking number said it was in CA! WTH! When I called they said there were weather delays (BS) and they don't guarantee Christmas delivery? It would have been easier for me to pick it up and mail it myself! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS POS COMPANY!

You almost never know if the product that you buy from Zulily will be great or cheaply made trash. Also, the shipping REALLY stinks. Zulily, do you have ANY IDEA how much money you lose during the Christmas shopping season because of your terrible shipping? And I'm pretty tired of ALWAYS having to pay for your lousy shipping too.

Their prices are double, sometimes triple what they should be. Items take forever to ship... and I mean MONTHS. We ordered 7 clothing items for the kids (170$) and it took 4 weeks before they even STARTED SHIPPING... WTF.

Horrible. Do not ever purchase from this site. I will say that they are a scam and a half. First of all they want you to give all your personal information when signing up just to view their page, second they will SELL the hell out of your name and address if you order anything from them. I got LOADS of junk mail sent to my email and to my home address that I would have never otherwise received. Third- their shipping takes FOREVER. I ordered two dresses for my little girl, one had a sun hat included. My credit card was immediately debited for the entire purchase plus shipping. I was under the impression that I would be getting my items within 7-10 business days. WRONG. I got ONE of the dresses 6 weeks later after a ton of calls to their lousy customer service department, then I got the hat to the second dress 2 weeks later- ONLY the hat. I called them up and really gave them a piece of my mind and I was told I'd be getting my second item asap. I did not get the second dress for another 3 weeks. 9 weeks? My little girl had pretty much grown out of these. I'd give them 0 stars but that's not an option on here.

Ordered from here last year. An outfit for my daughters 5th bday. Received an item not what I ordered and inappropriate for a five yr old. Got a refund an $10 measely credit. Finally ordered again today and the $10 wasn't taken off! Eff this place.

I Ordered 2 Large Nightstands and Noticed after the Fact they Charged me about $30 including tax on that for a Bull$#*! Bulk fee and It wont Ship out for a month? Are u F@@king kidding me? I called and they Offered No Help other than to Cancel. This Website has Gone into the Toilet!

I have placed 5 orders with Zulily and I have only received one. It is bad enough that you have to wait a month for your merchandise to ship, but you will also receive a tracking number and the package SUPPOSEDLY makes it all the way to your local post office, then it is returned to sender for reasons unknown. I've called customer service the 4 times this has happened and the only answer I got was, "the post office is too lazy to deliver your items." HUH? REALLY? Then, it takes another 2 weeks to have your money refunded back into your account. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Long story short: Ordered 2 of the same shirt in 2 different sizes on Feb. 22,2017. Today is Apr. 22,2017 AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY SHIRTS! Contacted Zulily 3 times. Each time they say "don't worry, it's on it's way!" It's coming from China. But at this rate, I really think it's coming from Mars. Absolutely unacceptable!
Also ordered another shirt at the same time, which I did get in a timely manner (?) but the quality is so poor, it's laughable.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SCAM KNOWN AS ZULILY!

THIS IS WHAT I DO NOT GET... HOW COME WHEN I GET AN EMAIL FROM THEM, IT IS COINCIDENTALLY TITLED WITH A SPECIFIC ANSWER TO ONE OF THE PROBLEMS OR VERY SPECIFIC CONVERSATIONS THAT I HAVE HAD THAT DAY THROUGH MY COMPUTER WITH SOMEONE... SEEMS LIKE THEY GO A LITTLE TOO FAR AND SOMEHOW KEEP UP WITH WHAT YOU DO ON YOUR COMPUTER TO ME... NO JOKE... AS CRAZY AS IT SOUNDS...

What are your emails from Zulilly events titled? This may be some sort of security concern that America needs to be aware of websites that are able to intimately connect with your life on such a level as them.

In the past, I was a loyal shopper at zulily.com... but, I've slowed down on my shopping on the site by quite a lot. There are a few areas that I think, with improvement, would be most helpful. 1.) return shipping is too expensive; 2.) product descriptions are not robust enough; 3.) standardized sizing is nonexistent; 4.) product keyword search still needs more accuracy and inclusion; 5.) zoom feature, when it works, does not get closeup enough to inspect items carefully; and, 6.) quality of sourced products is inconsistent (damaged items, wrong color, poor quality of material, items possibly damaged in transit or left warehouse damaged and/or not working). I recently made a purchase, after not doing so because I was put off by the merchandise I had been receiving (more being donated than items I could actually use... donated because returning items is so costly), and I was disappointed in the merchandise I received once again. It's sad, because I used to experience about a 75% 'keep items for my own use' quantification. Now, it's only about a 25% 'keep for my own use.' I don't have the budget to shop like this. I'll probably still shop for household items at zulily.com, but not regularly, like I used to. An example is this photo showing that the item's color description is "Bright White", yet (shown on the right) it is obviously ivory. I have no use for an ivory top. Because return shipping is so expensive and a hassle, I am stuck, once again, with an item that I will not be keeping. A waste of money. Very frustrating.

Tip for consumers:
The customer service (zendesk) personnel are quite nice, although policy is policy, so many times there's really nothing they can do. Household items are usually pretty good. Apparel and accessories, etc. are definitely hit or miss. Be very careful to inspect the photos carefully before buying.

Products used:
I will not be using any of the items in my last order of three items, again. Money and time thrown away. Quite disappointing.

Been shopping Zulily for over 10 years, get super deals on brand name products, great customer service, easy returns, shipping is sometimes slow, but worth the wait for brand products such as Fendi, Guci, Prada, Levis,,Nike, Adidas, and so many more. Love Zulily

I just recently received my very first order from Zulily, and it did take almost two weeks. However, this I understood from checking my online account everyday and reading "Ships 12-16 Days" or something similar to that under every one of my orders. I just found SiteJabber about an hour ago and was looking for reviews about another site (which to my disappointed received negative reviews). I'm very into online shopping and was using SiteJabber to find some great sites to shop. And then it hit me to check Zulily.com, because my first order was delivered in the time THEY said it would and I had just made some more orders yesterday because I'd fallen in love with my purchases. I was curious to see what customers would say, and since I didn't expect to see so many bad reviews, I was definitely surprised.

But I can't really say a whole lot since my very first order was the only order that recently arrived. I'm still waiting on the other orders I made a little after that first order. So I haven't had to call or go through any of the previously mentioned bad customer service. Also, people should definitely be aware of the No Returns label. I literally just picked a size I thought would fit and crossed my fingers (I went with my gut basically). Luckily, the coat and black cardigan I ordered both fit and I LOVE them.

I will probably add another comment should I receive my next packages or if I get bad luck and have to give a negative review. Hoping for the former!

Ordered a pair of shoes... got them about 3 years later and one was dirty and used and they were different sizes! Still waiting for the refund and going to eat the shipping cost! No thanks zulily!
