This site is extremely off on the sizes. One out of 5 fit, the rest were way way to small. Only off in store credit for returns. Will never shop here again!

I placed an order February 22,2015 and I have still not received it. They should warn their customers that it will take at least 4 weeks to receive your order. So frustrating.

I wouldn't order again from them. I ordered the wrong length on a pair of curtains and wanted to return them. I emailed *******@zullily, *******@zullily and both emails were undeliverable. I called customer service and the number was not in service. I emailed one of the corporate addresses and never heard back from them.

Almost all of the negative reviews I've read have to do with slow shipping time. It's a wholesale site, people. Read the terms and conditions. Zulily places a mass order from their suppliers when they get enough orders from customers to do so. Then, Zulily will receive their order to their facility, and then the ship it out to the customer. It takes a while, and it all depends on the suppliers. If you are not patient, don't order from Zulily because some items may take up to a month to ship. Don't assume you'll get it the next day after purchase.
Another issue seems to be refunds or returns. It is universally understood that when you buy something at a steep discount it is not refundable. The level of ignorance on the customer's side is staggering. The customer is not always right.
I've been shopping with Zulily since 2013 and so far no complaints. Unless I want something that same week, I'd order from Amazon. Otherwise, Zulily is my go to site for awesome savings on cute shoes and quirky gifts.
Know who you are shopping from before you are quick to give out negative reviews.

I might as well put a 0 on this site. On Nov 28, I figured out about Zulily, and i got super excited about the deals they had in there categories. I took the bait, and ordered atleast a dozen items. It said it will arrive on Dec 22 (tomorrow as i write this complaint) Everything seems to be going fine. I checked yesterday night and it said it was PREPARING TO SHIP. I was really surprised about that, since I recently found this site called Site-Jabber (Which got me really worried that my items wont come in time for Christmas) Then this morning (as i write my complaint) i checked Zulily about when my orders came in. It got me furious that it soon said all of my dozen items were under CONFIRMED. This means that my orders were way back to the inventory. I questioned, How does it go back from 'Preparing to ship' in one night? I have a feeling that it never left the inventory.

Awesome! Just have to say I have never had any issues with this site. I actually was googling Totsy reviews because I have nothing but trouble with them and decided to google Zullily's reviews to see the difference. Very shocked with all the bad reviews, but then again Zullily appears to be a much larger company. Since everyone knows the only people who write reviews are the people who are angry I decided to write a nice one, I have ordered about 10 times and the shipping takes 7-14 days but I have always received all my items and VERY happy! Anyway if you have never ordered from this site I suggest you try it, well worth your money. If you plan on buying a gift, though, buy it in advance! Once again VERY HAPPY customer!

I used to shop on this site but have noticed that prices have gone up on much of the types of merchandise offered (which can be obscured by the steady stream of differing brands/items continually being offered). I also found several of the items that I last ordered were of poor quality (even brand-name items with a reputation for quality, which is primarily what I look for). Inconsistent sizing is also an issue - even with brands that I am familiar with and know my general size. Shipping has also gotten much slower - mind you if it's coming from a warehouse in China, then I suppose it would take some time. Returns are incredibly expensive and mostly not worth it since you lose most of the value of the 'deal' that you got. One thing that additionally seems suspicious, is the wave of reviews that center around certain dates (generally, most sites have a continual trickle of reviews that come in with sometimes varied wording/experiences). It seems like some of the reviews are fake and are generated/planted - and with lack of, or a poor algorithm at that.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I placed an order with them three weeks ago 28 Aug 11. Today is 19 Sep 11 and my order still has not been processed. I order from the bargain site on a regular basis and by far Zulily is the worst experience to date! I'm actually thinking about cancelling my order and my membership! They have great deals... but their order processing and shipping time trump the deals, therefore I give them two thumbs down! DON'T BY FROM THEM!

I have never actually ordered anything from this site but I have worked in customer service at zulily for a short time. First off, they make a habit of advertising products hey don't have. They order just enough so they are sure they can sell out and not any more. As a result, customers end up ordering product that is not in stock.
Shipping is built around saving the company money at the customer's expense. Typically they send the order to the vendor who sends the order to the warehouse then the product is shipped out via UPS to a post office which ships via USPS to the customer's house (in a month... if they're lucky). If that sounds ridiculously complicated that's because it is especially considering that the customer pays for shipping.
As for customer service being horrible, I agree. When "training" me they crammed a week of customer service training into 1 day! Needless to say I had no idea how to answer customer questions when the time came to answer phone calls.
After a few weeks of being berated for 8 hours a day by angry customers I quit... and I'm glad I did! This company has terrible training, shipping and their policies are the antithesis of good customer service.

My mom and I ordered something a couple of years ago (2012). This site is STUNNING! I don't understand how everyone else is giving this a faulty image, but it's not my business, I am only giving out an opinion. This website is great! My mother had ordered me a Polo Assn. Yellow tee, and another one with mixed colors. They all fit perfectly and matched in size. I hope other people had a great opportunity. I believe this website is no scam, and DEFINITELY THE OPPOSITE OF DRESSLILY. (Dress Lily is absolutely terrible, and horrible service)

I have literally placed dozens of orders on Zulily. The main problem is that you don't always know what you're getting until it arrives at your house. If you don't like the color or the way it fits, there's not much you can do. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, Zulily customer service will promptly refund your money.
Yes-it takes a long time for them to ship the items, but they are up front about that on the website. You place the order with Zulily, they collect the orders and place one large order with the company they negotiated the discount with. The company ships to Zulily; they ship to you. That's the trade off: cheap clothes, slow shipping.
I've scored a $400 designer dress for $60 that fits beautifully and looks fantastic. I've also spent hundreds on an order for a summer wardrobe, all of which were flimsy and unflattering. The key, I've discovered, is to order a reputable brand, not a "no name" company. I don't always follow this advice. Occasionally I see an adorable top I have to have from a company I can't find any information on. Sometimes I end up regretting it, but not always. Zulily is a mixed bag. Just order with caution.

I ordered a cute tank top in the plus size shop. The sizing guidelines indicated that a 4X was a size 26/28 - which is in keeping with traditional Plus Size clothing, so I ordered from Zulily for the first time.
When it arrived it was barely a misses size Large. The printed tag said "4X", but it was FAAAARRRR from it. I will never try to buy from Zulily again. It was a big disappointment.
They did refund my money and did not require me to return the super-duper small tank top, so that was nice because I hate the hassle.

This site should re-name itself Run-around Zu! By far the worst online order I have ever made. I ordered 3 tunic tops on Oct. 30th. They stated my delivery would arrive on Nov. 22. I have not received my order yet and when i try to track the pkg. Through them it shows: 11-16 shipped from client

According to USPS they have no information! WTH! How are they still in business?

I gave my daughthr a quilted bedspread for Christmas & she doesn't like it & wants to exchange it for a different one. Someone tols her she couldn't exchange it. I'm very disappointed in Zulily & hopefully this can be handled to the customer' s satisfaction. Suzanne Georgel.

For years I used to love shopping on Zulily! There was always fun new things and overall I was happy with the quality. There were a few items that differed from the picture, but with the inexpensive cost of the items and their very liberal return policy it was an acceptable risk to shop.
After a time, it always seemed to be the same/similar items for sale, just branded differently so I quit the site for a while.
I just came back to try their website again and am beyond disappointed. You used to be able to make a purchase (some items sell out quick) and then get free shipping for the rest of the day. Now, apparently, there is a shipping charge for every checkout in the same day. Unacceptable.
The prices are just okay now, not great deals like they used to be.
As with all online shopping, sometimes the size you get doesn't fit and you need a size up or down, now you have to pay for returns and then pay to ship the replacement!
Unless it is a screaming deal I do not recommend shopping on Zulily.

My order was a Christmas gift guaranteed to arrive by December 24th. I Received an email today (December 23rd) that my item was cancelled. They gave my item to someone else the day before Christmas when there is no time to find a replacement. The gave me a 10 dollar credit which I will never use. I wish I would have read all the other reviews before ordering. This is a poorly run business. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY!

Absolute garbage clothing I bought! They seem to be a drop shipper, I expected my order to take at most a week to arrive, THREE WEEKS late I get a package and the return address is in CHINA. Opened the page and sleeves were torn on the shirt and VERY cheap product even though I paid $30 per shirt! DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE FROM THEM!
