I love the verity and many shops have low prices. Usually once you buy something until midnight you get free shipping, so buy your smallest item 1st pay for it and then shop all you want.

Waited 7 weeks to get a clothing order. Sizes are WAY off, approximately 3 sizes off. Very poorly made from cheap material. The old saying, you get what you pay for. Done with Zulily. Never again!

Great buys on excellent products and I appreciate the option to return in some cases. It would be nice to get a credit card refund but I shop regularly so it is not a big deal.

Zulily is an excellent place to find useful, lovely and irresistible items I really want. However, I HATE having to wade through endlessly repeated items to find the "gems". Would like a filter option to look at newest items first so I don't have to look at things I've already said "no" to. Sometimes I get so bored with the repeats that I give up and possibly miss items I would buy. Also, please make shipping free for people like me who regularly spend a lot of money on the site. Maybe an insider's club that requires a minimum amount of purchases to qualify? Or like Amazon, an annual fee to get free shipping. Free shipping is a very compelling and motivating option which gives me "permission" to spend, spend, spend. I almost always wait until Friday so I can have free shipping all weekend. I usually put items I am interested in into the cart then "save them for later" and hope they are still available on Friday. However, I miss a lot of opportunities due to using this tactic.

I am sooo disappointed! I know it takes forever to get your stuff but my problem is... I order a pair of boots I waited 3 weeks to get them they finally come and I try them on and I couldn't even zip them up. I look at the box and it says size 8.5 and that's the size I ordered I look at the bottom of the boot and it says size 7. I called customer service and he was very nice which made it a little better. Today I got my 2nd pair of boots and I ordered wide calf size 8. I tried the first one on and I love it fits perfect, tried the other one on and it doesn't even zip in the back they sent me one wide calf and one regular fit. Wide calf is 17 inches regular fit is 15. I'm so disgusted. The worse part is I have one more pair of boots coming and if they don't fit I'm just gonna break down and cry!

Although I cannot speak to the quality of the merchandise, BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT STILL, I can tell you NOT to order anything that is time sensitive. I placed an order on 7/9/13 and still have not received it. It appears that the items were sent for shipping on 7/19/13; 10 days after paid order. The website explains the shipping process so it is partially my fault. I just wanted to give other consumers like me, who do not read every aspect of the websites they order from, the "heads up" so they know what they can expect as far as shipping time. As soon as I receive the merchandise, I can review the quality. Hopefully I'll receive my summer dresses before winter! :)

While shipping may take a while, which is true, I had a great experience when a product was faulty. They respond to emails instantaneously, and resolved the issue asap. Very impressed.

I ordered 4 tops and was quite happy with the results. One top came immediately, the other three came later but not as late as most people say in their review.
Tip for consumers:
The sizes are not correct on the chart. I ordered my regular sizing and the tops fit perfect. If I were to order from the sizing chart, the items would have been too big.

It's true that some items take a while to receive. It's also true that some of the sizes are off. That being said, I have bought many beautiful clothes, jackets, and shoes which you could never find in a regular store for excellent prices. Many of these designers or their plants are located in other countries, which is why the sizes can be off and the delivery long. I've encountered both problems. When my daughter's Christmas dress was lost in the mail, zulily actually sent me another one and told me that if the first one arrived I could keep it. I had both dresses in time for Christmas. When my favorite brand in India had sizing issues they offered to credit my account for the clothes if I returned them. I loved the clothes, so I decided to contact the brand directly and they offered to send me all new clothes in larger sizes at no cost PLUS I could keep the small ones. Zulily may have some drawbacks, but their selection can't be beat and they have always treated me like a valued customer, as have the brands they work with. In my opinion, worth the wait.

I've ordered from Zulily on more then one occasion, mostly for my granddaughter and her expensive Dollie. I've never had issues with the products other then a pair of boots and I've ORDER a lot. PRODUCTS have been what I expected, and in some cases better then I anticipated. The Dollie and me clothing that match outfits have been good quality, and a really fantastic price. So I think it depends on who they represent as far as PRODUCTS go.

I have been a Zulily customer for years and always found it a great resource for trendy and thrifty shopping for both me and my daughter. YOU MUST KNOW THAT MOST ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THE ORDER IS PROCESSED WRONG OR GROSS ERROR ON THEIR PART! It states their return policy on each item so you must pay attention. I have only needed to return one item because they shipped a size different than what I ordered. Super easy and done to make me happy. They even refunded the shipping I paid for the entire order for my inconvenience! I continue to order from the site to this day. Yes, I know the items will take longer to get... again the shipping policy for each item is listed! I just received beautiful Bloch dance items for my daughter at 1/2 the retail price... I can wait an extra week or two for that!

I ordered two dresses, they came after 6 weeks. They smelled horrible, they were huge! I ordered M but they were like xxxl! They cheated and they attached a piece of paper on the dress sayin sizeM! Poor quality fabric, terrible look!

I ordered a few wks ago a large wall sconce for my sons place. Very masculin and I was very excited. It finally arrive and is great except there was no glass hurricane. I called and the rep was very nice and ordered another one. I actually recvd in a few days... no glass hurricane again. Now I have 2. I called again and another very nice rep and she refunded my money with an extra $10 for my trouble. I have searched many websites for a 7 3/4" hurricane and cannot fine one. It's a very lage size. So here I sit with what I thought was a great gift. I will never use Zulily again. I should have read some of the reviews which is whatI usually do.

I have been shopping on Zulily for quite sometime. My satisfaction with the site has diminished significantly in the last few years. There are less bargains available than when I first started shopping on Zulily, less name brands, no loyalty program for frequent customers, clothes are often made to order from a China and take too long to receive. Also the clothing items I have purchased that are made in China, are often not sized correctly, the quality and the materials are substandard. Often the pictures of these no name brands don't actual resemble the item you ordered. Many of these unsatisfactory products cannot be returned. I have begun to be much more discerning about what I buy on this site anymore. Zulily used to be my go to shopping site, but not as much anymore. I can often buy the same or similar items on Amazon for the same price and far less waiting time to receive my order.
However, I have always found zulily's customer service excellent. I have always found the staff eager to address any problems and offer a credit for an item I wanted to return. I would like to see Zulily offer more consistent, quality. Merchandise from established vendors with much shorter delivery windows. I like the selection of toys, children's items and household items offered, but I would like to see an improvement in your women's clothing, especially plus sizes.

I can literally find ANYTHING on Zulily, ranging from decor for around the house (indoor or outdoor) to things that I use everyday (soap, cleaning supplies, snacks). Zulily has everything and I love the boxes even say Zulily on them so I know when they're my orders.

I'd say you have to take the good with the bad. They are up front with their return policy. On ever page for every item it says...
"Return Policy: This item not eligible for return. Why?
We offer such amazing discounts because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right." So, that being said, don't buy unless you're comfortable with it maybe not fitting, not being good quality (not always the best, which is why the prices are what they are)
I'll also tell you that the scarves I bought, made in China, smelled awful and even after washing smelled like chemicals.
I bought a silk jacket and ordered a large, it was a small. They did give me a credit for it rather than a return.
You really take a gamble buying something you can't return so, you really have to take the good with the bad.
Tip for consumers:
Be prepared to wait for the shipping, they wait till the items sell out to place their orders for volume discounts so you'll have to be comfortable with just waiting till it gets here. If you need it now, don't shop here.
And, no returns. Just live with it.

BEWARE: What a mess of a company from start to finish!
Took an outrageous amount of time to receive items.
Order was wrong. Ordered a set of 12 only to receive 1 item.
From start to finish has been a huge hassle.
Was told I would receive a refund as they have no way of getting items sent to me in time for Christmas party and I have yet to receive email of refund.
Sales lady that I complained to said "we are trying to get better"

The order is processed and paid for quickly enough. Then the emails keep coming weeks apart each noting that one of the things ordered has been cancelled. A credit is promised but does not show up on the visa card.
