This is the worst experience ever. I'm so disappointed. All the cloths are way too small. Shipped me stuff I never ordered and it all awful. Should of read these reviews first then I ever would of wasted my money. Return, yagi right to china.DON'T ORDER FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY.

Today we received an order from Zuliliy... I was absolutely shocked to find one of the sweatshirts I ordered from my daughter STILL HAD THE STITCHING NEEDLES IN IT. Are you kidding me! Talk about terrible! I haven't been happy with there services and after this I will never order from them again! Time after time the order arrives and I am so excited for the items but find them to be reminiscent of something you would buy off of a street vendor in a third world country. The prices are very high and the quality is extremely low. NOT OKAY!

I have been ordering from Zulily for last several years... very satisfied 90% of the time. On two occasions have had to contact costumer service and both times been impressed by the helpful and professional attitude of staff. My first call about three years ago was to return an item since I received the wrong size... easy process since it as definitely their error... sent item back and got reimbursed, no problem. Most recently this week, I received a jacket I had order for my son... to my surprise, the box had three jackets even though I paid for only one... I contacted costumer service to inform them of the error and make arrangements to either return or pay for the extra items. The answer-keep the extra jackets donate them or given them as gift, they would not accept payment since it was their error... what a concept, in a world so focused on money, profit, etc., it was refreshing to have such response. Kudos and many compliments to your Management Zulily!

I would like to interject something to those name calling others who feel ripped off, disappointed or even bamboozle. I have learned in life that everyone isn't lying therefore if you have multiple there has to be some truth in what they are saying. I have never shopped from zulily but have considered doing so on several occassions and even today but one thing popped up in my search for the company and it was their reviews. After reading these first and foremost I want to thank those who were disappointed and yet took the time to write to warn others. We do not know how priceless reviews can be until we really wish we would have had one or several before taking a dive into what appears to be a "bargain". Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this store at all. When people fail to do right by their customers as many are no longer concerned knowing their will be other people they can take advantage of in the future; it shows their lack of respect and appreciation for their business as well as people who forget it is because of consumers yes. Customers that they even have a business in the first place. Without customers they have nothing but a DREAM..

I have purchased several rimes from Zulily but every time i have the same disappointment, the items arw very low quality and you can't return rhwm, which males even harder to purchase from them. I don't think i will ever purchase drom thwm again.

While I have gotten items of decent quality through the site, the wait is excruciatingly long and items promised on their site for Christmas showed up the first week I of February. Also, if ordering, use Paypal. My bank will no longer accept Zulilly charges as they assume this company is a scam - they debited and credited my account 16 times in one day for a $23 item. Then they sent me an email that I had given them bad bank info & they needed a new card after tying up the $23 in my account for weeks. I'm not sure how they do their banking - they ping your account to see if you have the money, put a hold on it for a certain length of time which then expires (so you think it's been deducted from your account already) and then weeks later when they finally send your item they debit your account and take your money. A few times I had marked that this was paid in my account only to be hit with the charge later and it caused a bit of confusion. Zulily seems to be a drop shipper with many brands coming from overseas. The shipping cost is outrageous for the delays you get from them. The prices are good if you know the brand & quality. I've found better quality & prices on several of Zulily's featured brands at Ross Dress for Less. The lesson here is if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I've order a couple of time from Zulily because they do have a lot of nice clothes for a good price but I would not order again from here for the price they charge for shipping you would think its fast I am so disappointed. I order two pairs of shoes for my daughter and I'm still waiting she's now a half a size bigger its taking them so long that by the time I get them she won't be able to use them because they're going to be to small and I cant do nothing about it since I cant return them I'm currently waiting on two more $100 orders that who know when I would get them

I started ordering from Zulily well over a year ago. For kids clothes & toys--especially brands you know--they are a reasonable website... or, they were! The only clothing items I have ever ordered for myself have been pure crap. Bad quality, weird sizing, I just stopped wasting the $$--you can get the same stuff at TJ Maxx or Marshall's! But I was still ordering for my kids & in early Nov I ordered several tshirt so as Xmas presents. This was before the "guaranteed Christmas delivery" that so many reviewers have been screwed by! But even Zulily seldom took more than a month to send a few shirts... according to the shipping page, my shirts are packaged & waiting for pick-up by UPS, and that is where they have been since Dec 5th! If I can even believe their site, who the heck doesn't toss that package on a truck? Higher probability is that the order is lost or on back order & they don't want to inform me of that... I'm done. Even the stuff they get that you can trust for quality can be found on a Amazon & if you have Prime & don't have to pay S&H it ends up being a competitive price.
I just looked back over my order history & I had over 20 orders with them last year. Idiots just lost a good customer over $25 worth of kids shirts.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEIR RETURN POLICY IS SO DIFFICULT I CHOSE TO JUST THROW THE GARMENTS INTO THE TRASH IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS SCORE I WOULD

I bought online a dress for my 8 years old daughter.
We had a special celebration on February 2016, my grandmother's 90 years old celebration at Miami, FL., Everyone should wear white for that day.
I ordered this white dress weeks before the special occasion.
We received the dress a week and a half later of the celebration date. (more than 3 weeks waiting time).
I had to buy another one at the last minute.
I returned the dress to Zulily immediately, even without open the package, waiting for a fast refund of this purchase, they never performed as promised me when I called and report them my dissatisfaction.
Their response after weeks of getting the dress, was Sir. We did not refund the money to your credit card because we assigned you a store credit, I said I do not want any store credit, after that their response was, we will process your request and 5-7 business days days depend of the credit card company you will see reflected your refund on your statement.
My experience was very bad, I would like to advise everyone to don't trust on this company or their services.

I accidentally got sucked in by sales on the site. The prices are cheap but there are numerous quality issues, items are shipped one (1) month later and when you ask 'customer service' for an update you get an automated, unhelpful reply. On my first purchase they sent me the wrong item, a month late. I waited a year before giving it a second try, in the hopes that they have improved quality issues. Again, I have waited over a month with not one update. I again contacted their automated response on FB and again a pointless robot response. This vendor is not worth it. It is evidently a Chinese-based or affiliated site. I think they are trying to be a sort of Alibaba for Etsy-type customers. However, after two severely delayed orders, with one which was wrong and with such poor customer service (really nonexistent), why would one choose to save a few bucks here over another vendor? The prices do not merit the severe tradeoffs in quality, shipping delays, and terrible service. I personally would avoid this vendor.

Don'; t ever buy here, if you do you have to wait almost two months to get your stuff.
Plus item are of a poor quality and sizes are too small. Don't waste your time and money.

I have been buying from Zulily for 2 years and am very satisfied. The thing dislike is the sizing that is not uniform. But when I call customer service, I have no problems about returns or credits.

I love the variety. I get addicted to it & have to avoid going.in every day. I can spend hours looking at everything. However, when i first ordered a few years ago, the prices were more reasonable.

I love Zulily because of all the great gifts and fun ideas. They have good deals on crafts too. I've found lots of great specials on many craft items. They also have a wonderful staff for questions.

I guess my situation is a little special as I live in Denmark. That is over seas. Europe. Some times it feels as Zulily, or maybe rather USPS are not aware of this fact. Actually I love finding stuff/clothes that are different and kinda exotic to me, and mostly I have been very pleased with my busy, fore instance there is so much more plus size clothes available than here. But the shipping part. Oh my. Not so good. From all the items that I have bought. Circa 50 percent of them actually arrive here, and it can take months to come, which is very sad as I really do love the things I find. In all fairness I have to add that the few times they used Dhl global forwarding the goods arrived very fast, and if I was not at home a note was left with information on in which postshop I could pick my parcel up, great service! I wish they would ship with Dhl every time. The problem with USPS is that if I am not at home. They leave no message. They just return the parcel to Zulily, and I will never know that they were actually here. Which I sometimes seriously doubt. I never have had any problems with having my money refunded and I have also worked things out by calling Zulily and had a good talk with a very polite and friendly person. So really I would love to give a much better rating. But alas. The success rate of me getting the stuff I have ordered, is too low

I now do almost all shopping online and 80% is with Zulily. They have very affordable prices and unique items. I can shop for home decorations and clothes all at the same time for one price shipping.

I ordered a comforter in Khaki that I received fairly quickly. I noticed it was the same comforter from another company I had ordered from about a year ago. When I opened it, there was NO brown or undertones of brown anywhere on this comforter. It was a peachy pink color. The other company may have been cheaper, but at least the color was correct. I tried it in other rooms and lighting just to prove the point to myself- it was definitely not Khaki. I also hate the store credit minus the shipping cost. I am with all those who ordered bedding and the anticipation builds only to be a sick feeling when the product is finally opened. I ordered two the same day. This one just got to me quicker. Fortunately, the other is from another company. Hoping and praying that I don't have to waste time giving another bad review. I will never shop here again if it is always going to be this bad. The sad part is that nobody who runs Zulily gives a crap about our reviews. Nothing changes if nothing changes!

AFTER ORDERING THE PRODUCTS, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH FOR THEM TO BE

DELIVERED TO ME.

THE PRODUCTS WERE INFERIOR TO THE POSTED INFORMATION ABOUT THEM

AND I LOST OVER $50.00 ON THE PURCHASES SINCE IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO

I was trying to buy something off of zulily that could be price matched to Walmart. Easy, customer service immediately changed the price in my cart for me. I try to check out and nothing. I kept receiving an error message. Go to customer service again, and I'm told to cut my phone off and on again, so I try that. Still nothing. Ok well tech is out for the day and it'll be up to 24 hours before it's resolved. Okay that's fine I understand that completely. I'm order to receive a tech ticket to help fix my problem I have to send in multiple things that I have no clue where to find on my phone like the IP Address etc and I openly stated that the SECOND time I had to reconnect because she ended the chat while I was looking. Simple mistake I'm sure she didn't mean to. I reconnected with her again a third time and I'm told her that info and come back with no help as to where to find these things. I cleared out my order and tried to order it again without the price match and it worked. So yet again I reconnected with the same lady to get another price match and try again. Then I'm told they can't price match because the item I'm price matching is out of stock on Walmart. AGAIN that is okay, the first agent never told me that. I apologize because I did not know and immediately she just closes the chat. No response whatsoever. The absolute worst customer service I think I've ever come across. As much as I want that item I will NOT be buying it from them.

Zulily supposedly changed their return policy. If something doesn't fit (a regular occurrence for most of us), they KEEP our money as a store credit. No choice. So, let's see - an item or two doesn't fit, we send it back, THEY keep our money, no refund, only a store credit MINUS the shipping/handling $8.95 which we have NOW paid twice for - and then each time we are forced to use the store credit we didn't want in the first place, and something doesn't fit? We get dinged again $8.95 and pretty soon, they have not only kept our money the first time but we will have in essence paid through the nose again for nothing. FIGHT BACK - CUSTOMERS - do NOT take this BS from Zulily.

Tip for consumers:
If you are a gambling person, you may enjoy it. My tip after years of trying to use this company? RUN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK. NordstromRack online is wonderful as they DO NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY. Belk, Von Maur, Dillard's, Jet.com, ANYONE but Zulily.

Products used:
a couple of thumbhold tees, blanket, a jacket - but out of the other NUMEROUS items I ordered over the last few years, it is a crapshoot. It never was a problem before, however, as if something did not fit, I would return the item(s) and Zulily would refund my money, NOT KEEP IT AS STORE CREDIT.

I shop Zulily a lot. Really too much. They make it hard not to purchase items from them with their good prices. Where else can you get a set of sheets for 12.99, or a Quilt set for 19.99. I can't say enough good things about their prices. However it's a little different when it comes to their shipping times. I've waited only 4 days for some, and others waited a month and finally they ( according to their policy) must cancel the order and refund my money back onto my card. Kind of disappointing, but they will give you a voucher for credit for your troubles. Returns are no hassle for them, and canceling an order is as easy as can be. I love shopping Zulily.com. I'd recommend shopping there if you like good prices, and a multitude of different items to choose from. They have almost anything you could think of there. Edited. I just read the other reviews of Zulily and had to write more. There are some things you buy there that are not returnable, therefore you need to read everything when shopping. If it's a non returnable item they will give you store credit instead of your money put back on your card. They don't have to, they choose to. They have always been very agreeable with me, and at times if they make a mistake on your order they usually send the correct item, and tell you can either donate or keep the item that isn't exactly as you had ordered. They don't want it back if it's under a certain price. It's too bad others haven't gotten the great customer service like I have received.
