First of all they represented a pair of pants as cotton and they were slimy polyester. 2. they don't offer returns ONLY STORE CREDIT! And this is after they withhold $ for a RESTOCKING FEE! With all the ease of shopping on commerce out there, I recommend shopping elsewhere!

I had to place an order twice for the same item. The last time they told me that I should receive it by Christmas, well just got an email saying my order was cancelled. Please DONT ORDER FROM THAT SITE.

I cannot believe the steal of a deal i got on the "Doodles Ashewick Gliding Recliner" I purchased this recliner for my nursery at the price of $389.00 on Zulily. I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews of shipping taking forever. To my SURPRISE- I received my item just 4 days after purchase(which i might add I only did standard delivery, so I was expecting up to two weeks) I am PLEASANTLY surprised and will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

It sounds good but when you want to return an un open item you have to wait for their supplier to say they will except the return, I still waiting after two weeks they say 7 days in what year?

I am a Zulily shop-a-holic! I have spent well over thousands of dollars with them, and continue because I receive great products at great prices. Of course with anything too good, there's usually a catch. The catch is, you never know when you will actually receive your product. I am used to the "buy now and wait a month" concept with them. Here are a few suggestions for new users that are not grasping it.
* If you are buying for an ANYTHING that has a deadline, purchase 30 days in advance!
* When Zulily states there is No Return Policy, there really is no return policy. It's not a joke. However, if you notify them of anything that does not fit, is torn, broken, etc- they will ask you not to return it, but will credit your account partial or full payment.
* The unique part about Zulily is that they partner with a lot of wholesalers. I have done research where I really like a particular brand-designer and I want more. I end up coming across their personal site online, and find out they only sell to businesses willing to buy in bulk. Zulily gives me and others the opportunity to purchase products from these wholesalers, whom we may never could otherwise unless we found the boutiques they sell to- or are an approved vendor.

I will admit... I ordered the wrong item, I caught mistake the same night that I placed the order. I emailed and tried to call to cancel order or to change order. They claimed they could not cancel or change the order. They said it was already processing. I am so done with this company. The order wasn't even picked up for delivery for 3 more days. Now I have two bedspreads that are the wrong size... I will have to keep them or return them. If I return them they will issue a credit(which I will not use because I AM DONE WITH ZULILY) On top of that they will deduct 8.00 and something for return shipping and their cost of restocking. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY... BUYERS BE WARE!

Don't plan on changing or canceling an order. Plan on keeping whatever you get!

I used to love Zulily. For 6 years I purchased items from them at least every week, sometimes more than that. And they were wonderful, well made, true to the size guide and true to the description. But a little over a year ago that all changed. Nothing is well made or true to the size guides anymore. When it started getting to the point that i was having to send so many things back that were incorrectly made and being charged for restocking and shipping to point it was breaking me and I wasn only getting back a very small fraction of what of paid, I quit "cold turkey". I'm still sad, but at least now I have more time for finding quality merchandise. The only thing this company has going for them is their Customer Service reps and they are the best of the best. Hands down, without a doubt, the BEST!
Just take a word from the wise though, if you want junk and don't expect to get your money back if you return your purchase, by all means, go to Zulily. As for me? I'm going to Poshmark, EBay, Etsy... and the list goes on!

Well, here it is a couple of days before Christmas and just found out ALL the toys I'd ordered with "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" are scheduled to arrive December 27th... guess ZULILY uses their own special calendar where Christmas is two days later than the rest of the ENTIRE world! Now those gifts are useless and I get to go out amongst the last minute madness to hunt alternatives. Thanks, a lot ZULILY!

I have bought over 25 items through Zulily in the past year or so, from children's clothing and toys to Crocs shoes. I am not always completely satisfied with my purchases, but neither am I always satisfied when I buy from other retailers. I always read everything carefully and often check prices on other online sites for the same or similar merchandise. It is clearly stated on Zulily's site that the items are not returnable. If a shopper takes the time to research the product they are considering and makes intelligent buying choices, the Zulily experience can be quite safe and financially sound. This is not an Amazon-type of store and does not claim to be. It is quite clear how and when items will be shipped and notifications and package tracking is very accessible. The items come from all sorts or retailers, from major brands to 'unheard-ofs'. So just be knowledgeable. My main praise goes to the customer service. I had 2 packages from Zulily "lost" by the USPS (and a very suspect story USPS gave me about the boxes... another story for another site). I notified Zulily, expecting nothing from them, and was pleasantly surprised when they credited my card for the 'lost' packages and gave me a small credit for future purchases. Just know what you are doing when you shop. I think many of the bad reviews are given as a result of shoppers not knowing exactly the sort of service Zulily offers.

It takes FOREVER to get you order, the kids stuff is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, terrible scratchy fabrics with chemicals and the sizes are so off, both Tshirts I ordered were a 4T, one was HUGE, the other SMALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I was offered a store credit which is a joke, who wants their stuff? I am going to fight the charges with my credit card company.
Update: They agreed to refund me my money without any problems so I guess one star is in order since the merchandise is so so so bad.

Zulily is running a scamp business to cheat moneys of buyers. Here is my case: I ordered 4 perfume bottles cost $188.7 from Zulily site on 10 April. Then I found out very bad reviews of Zulily online, feeling so horrible of what I found, I quickly contacted with Zulily to cancel my ORDER # ******* | April 10,2017. Zulily quickly replied back that they helped to cancelled my order on 11 April 2017, however, my $188.7 never returned back to my account. You know, at the time we clicked "confirm order", the amount of money for that order was immediately charged from our bank accounts. When I contacted them for refund money, you know what Zulily said? They said that they didn't capture my money, it is in pending status only and after 3-5 days it will be fallen off of authorization. From that day until now, it's already been nearly 30 days but I don't see my $188.7 back to my account, however, whenever I contacted them, they always confirm that they didn't capture my money. What am I supposed to do now? Zulily is a scamp business, but not a genuine business. Why don't the polices investigate this scamp business. This is not just "poor customer service", but this is a much more severe matter, Zulily is Scamp and cheat buyers' money from their credit cards. I already reported to my bank, I don't know whether my bank can help to get back my $188.7, but I hope the polices in USA should investigate and do something to Zulily.

I have been a Zulily customer for almost 4 years already and I can say, that they do not have reviews for their products on their website for a reason. Most of the time the size charts are absolutely misleading, and the combination with the "no returns" policy makes it a total lottery to buy clothes from them. The pictures are awesome (more photos would help for sure), but the colors are not always reflecting the actual colors of the product. I bought an orange shirt for my son, which turned out to be pink? The quality is not very good as well.
For all this time though I learned which are the brands worth buying - Fashion One, Aster, Vitamins Baby and a few more and I am buying only when these products are on sale. Most of the toys are pretty cheap, terrible quality, but if you stick to Alex, Step 2, Disney and other popular brands you will be fine. Look for prices elsewhere before you buy though, very often you can find the same products much cheaper in Kohl's, Walmart, Target or even ToysRUs.
So overall I like zulily, but I would recommend more pictures, more accurate sizing and probably product reviews by real customers.

Zulily 2601 Elliott Ave #200, Seattle, WA ******* 2 minutes ago Zulily's credit card and their billing practices are very shady. The charges do not match up with the purchases like other cards. When I called to get an explanation, they said they authorize a certain amount and it will go through as the correct amount later? That is a very shady practice, even if it is only an authorization. None of the charges match up with the purchases, and when I called in, they randomly assign any credits you have to a purchase instead of putting the credit back on the card. When you look at the order totals, they don't match the card. Then, when I asked for a payoff balance to close the account, they won't do it, because if you have items bought on their installment plan (3 payments, no interest), you cannot pay them in advance. These are very poor business practices. Beware. I am a financial executive and their practices are not straightforward and are on the border of being unethical. They set it up so it is not understandable, so most people just pay the bill and don't ask questions. In addition, many of their items they sell, especially the ones that are not returnable, are made of very cheap materials.
