Beware! I ordered shoes but they did not fit. Even though their website says they accept returns when I went to return them they say returns are at their discretion and for store credit only.

If there was only one thing I could change it's the amount of time it takes to get the items. Sometimes I forget what I ordered it's so far out. Other items come very quickly.

I find wonderful items at fantastic prices! I shop Zulily all year round and find so many great ideas and deals. I have done a lot of Christmas shopping on here and also for birthdays!

I've ordered from them twice, both times it took MONTHS to get my order, and it's a no return policy. Too many other options than to go through the hassle of ordering through this company.

They do not tell you that their normal shipping time frame is 12-17 business days form the order date to ship from their fulfillment center... and there are no returns!

So, there is like this learning curve before you buy anywhere, and I like that Zulily actually lets you know if sizes are running small or large. For their comparable pricing, I can't complain about the quality. Yes, the majority of their clothing comes out of Asia but if you read everything about that item you will often find either ratings that will tell you about the item, or Zulily will have done so for you. The only real complaint that I have is that I have received 2 items that were the wrong size (their fault, not mine) and they have been more than wonderful in dealing with the mistakes, but they have not been able to replace it with the correct size and that's been a bit of a bummer. If they want it back, they pay for the shipping. If you buy a $15 item then yes, it's only fair that you pay return shipping if you don't like it. Easier to sell on eBay or Facebook Marketplace than to return it in my opinion. I have gotten a few really good things from this site and have been more than pleased with the service and the selection for a larger woman. I will continue to buy from them as there isn't a whole lot of selection in my town AND they gave me a credit card which I plan to take care of. My credit was less than stellar and I was so glad someone took a chance on me again.

Poor quality. MADE IN CHiNA. Ordered L/XL in women's. Got items my little girl couldn't wear. Put a stop to scam companies that take our monies based on pictures.

The products are inferior. I would love to return all of them but they make their return policy impossible. They deliberately sent the wrong size and now its impossible to return.

Tip for consumers:
You get what you pay for- in this case junk!

Products used:
I want to return shoes they were sent in the wrong size and a top of flimsy material and a dress that is too big.

Absolutely terrible customer service. First off they couldn't even find my account. I signed in with Facebook and they sent me emails. Surprisingly the accounts are not connected if you later sign in with the same email that they send you spam to. After being told that they could not find my account I had to dig it up myself. Later I noticed one of the items I had ordered had been "cancelled" after it never showed up. I did not cancel the item nor was I ever told my email or anything else that the order would not arrive. Also I was not refunded. I emailed them again and even told the guy that last time they couldn't find my account, so I took a screen shot and sent them my order #. If the guy emails me back saying they will refund me with store credit I am going to blow my lid. I want my money back and furthermore I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money at this worthless shop. They can't even tell you when your items will arrive, actually they pretend you don't exist as a customer. As a web designer, I can see that whoever is handling the customer accounts is a total baboon. If they cannot connect an email to a Facebook account they have no business telling people they can sign in with Facebook.

I agree. They are the pits. I don't do much shopping online anymore except with reputable stores that also have online. It's just not worth the trouble.

Be sure to check out their return policy (which is virtually nonexistent) before you order. They also send the wrong size on an order which is non-returnable.

I placed an order on March 6th- today is April 6th- 9 days later, as I continued to check my order status online- "status read STILL IN PROCESSING" so I called their store & a man (I think it was a man) told me that it generally takes 10 days to process- I informed him NO OTHER online store takes that long to process an order w/ out shipment.
I ALSO INFORMED THEM VIA EMAIL I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS AGAIN AND WILL INFORM EVERYONE ON FACE BOOK NEVER ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A MONTH TO WAIT ON THE GOODS!

Quality was excellent years ago
Today the brands seem to use cheap materials
Susan betro is still a good quality of clothing
Reborn has also been good quality
I do not order any other brand as I've had to return several other brands

I have been ordering various items from them for over a year and I have yet to get a handle on quality control. I just ordered table cloths that were 2 inches shorter than labeled and I received a pair of earrings that the backs were flimsy and they broke after the first time I wore them. So if I am lucky I may get the items credited but I will always be out the shipping fee. Yet I also ordered some sheets and they were great. It is interesting that zulily does not allow customers to leave reviews. I think if the did-maybe zulily would be better about quality control. What I have learned is do NOT order jewelry. Most of it is cheap-regardless of what the suggested retail value is. A lot of their highend designer stuff is from the designers "outlet" brand and you will get a better deal if you go to the outlet. I have gotten some great deals on unique home decor pieces and shoes. Clothing is hit or miss. I hope at some point the will allow customer reviews. It will help the quality and some of the frustration people feel when they receive a poor quality product. One of the owners came from Amazon so I am hopeful that at some point the quality control issues will be addressed

I am plus size and was overwhelmed by what i could purchase especially since i am in Australia and our stores for Plus size is overpriced here.My parcel was ordered 27 Dec 2014 and received it today 14/01/2015 i ordered a 3xl only to be about a size 18-20 when i am 24-26 AUST sizing the quality of the garment is awful first time i tried it on the stud button fell off and the zipper broke though i could get into it now i will have to replace the zipper and button plus alter it to fit me. PLEASE LADIES OF THE FULLER FIGURE TYPE IF YOU INTEND USING THIS SITE FOR FUTURE PURCHASE ORDER UP YOUR ORIGINAL SIZE BECAUSE THE SIZING IS WAY OFF

Lots of unique items, good prices and like the credit card defer payments. They offer a few days to look over items and of course you have to wait for most items to ship but it's worth it.

I've ordered from zulily for the past three years. In the past I bought one thing here and there. Never really happy but the items were okay. Recently I have been ordering clothes. They have a size chart with every item. The chart is usually, in my experience, totally off. Everything I have purchased for myself has been either too small or too big. I also decided, recently, to purchase clothes for my girls. While I have had very little luck with shoes for the girls, I've had about 50% good luck with clothes for them. I'd say many of the outfits that are inexpensive (like the little sets that are only 9.99 or so) are dollar store quality... maybe even what the dollar store sells... I've ordered a few more expensive, like $20+, outfits and the sizing was off.
I also purchased a bag/purse and it came with a price tag on it. I paid a dollar less than the tag. Which, the site clearly states that the "strike through" price is not any actual reflection of the actual cost (basically).
I've had okay customer service, two times when I've called the girls were helpful and nice. They refunded my account for the items that were either defective or completely sized wrong. I placed about 8 orders over a period of two weeks. I wouldn't recommend buying clothing... and also, Google the item before purchasing it from zulily. I've found many times... that zulily is not a bargain.
Oh, the two girls that refunded me for my items said to just donate them to someone in need. They were great. I called yesterday and complained again and the lady was short and I have yet to see a reflection of any return for the items.
