Zulily has a little bit of everyone that will always keep you shopping. Some of the items take a while to ship, so make sure you read in the description when they should ship.

I love the variety offered. It is nice to get early alerts and beneficial to have the best price guarantee. The customer service reps are great to work with and settle any issues promptly.

I ordered 3 Tunic dresses and when they finally arrived I just loved them but they were to large. I emailed Zulily and they responded quickly which was also great but they didnt read my email and answer my question. Finally one person did answer my question and even put 3 of the same dresses in my cart if I wanted them! I will be danged if after explaining the 2x dress were to large I needed to order a smaller size they put 3x dresses in my cart! So deleted and went to order the 1x and they are all out! They do not read email they scan over it and guess what you want. I emailed 6 times and they never got it right! If you can't get a small matter cleared up in 6 emails of needing a smaller size I am done!

I placed my order over a month ago, and a date was told me of when it was shipped out, now it is 3 weeks past that shipping date and they continue to tell me the order is delayed and they arent sure when it will be shipped. Each person I have contacted has had different say on it. It is ridiculous! Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE. Do not waste your time

Dont buy from this company. What a joke! I just ordered over $100 merchandise only to get a message from them saying my order has been cancelled. I called them to see what was going on and the only explanation zulily gave me was your billing and shipping address is different. NO $#*! SHERLOCK! UNBELIEVABLE! AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THIS. HELLO YOUR WEBSITE GAVE ME THE OPTION TO USE A SHIPPING ADDRESS AND A BILLING ADDRESS

I've read all of the negative comments, and I empathize. I've been shopping with Zulily for 3 years now, and have been through it ALL.
However, I am also an avid shopper with Hautelook, Ideeli, Rue La La and Gilt.
These boutiques can't match Zulilys great prices or unique styles. After scanning my 4 online boutique choices daily, I always end up back to Zulily. We DO ALL know that Zulily offers unique products that can't be found on ANY of those websites.
Patience is essential when shopping with Zulily. We all need to understand that. I'm still waiting a month for my order. It's not Zulilys fault, its their vendors faults with delayed shipping.
However, we need to be informed and updated throughout the shipping process.
Before negative comments are posted, think of what you'll be receiving and the deal you've been granted.

I wish, I would have read the reviews on Zulily before I placed my orders. No wondered why their website does not have option for customer reviews because their reviews here are sucked. Anyhow, I have been buying products from zulily for three years. Initially, their products quality was cheap but at least same color and size, but since last year, I have been worse experience with zulily with their products. I ordered two pairs of shoes size 8, which is my size. One pair was very big and the other pair was fit fine. When I wrote Zulily to replace the big size, they did not reply me. Usually they pop up on Facebook chatting window for advertising their products all the time, but when I left them message on Facebook chatting window, they did not respond me either. Then I placed order 2 pairs of shoes for 7 size, One was fit and another was too small. I wrote them again but no response. To call them, you have to take a day off from your work, because their phone waiting time is too long. Then I ordered quilt set and cover for love seat which was on sale, the color I had ordered, were not same for both set. It was completely different. I knew they are not going to respond me, therefore, I did not write them, but I stopped shopping from Zulily. I started shopping on Wish, they were worse than Zulily. These both chines companies are cheap and fraud. I stopped shopping online now, because you cannot get the item or size what you like and they charge shipping, if you add the shipping on product, you can find out better quality and cheaper in local market than these fraud companies.

Ordered my daughter some sandals and dresses not only did it take 4 weeks to ship out they sent it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! They basically told me the shoes were out of stock and I would have to wait another 3 weeks to get my total refund. Oh and I would have to call and remind them to give me my refund. I am so done with zulily!

I could not be more disappointed. I ordered a 3 piece quilt set for $69. The quality was so poor! It's quality was that of a $10 K-Mart quilt. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Feel like throwing money out the window and getting ripped off? Then you should absolutely order from Zulily. I've ordered from them several times in the hopes that the first few bad experiences I had were a fluke but no... they are just a terrible company. I ordered some dresses in a medium. I wear a medium in everything. I always have. The dresses came and were so tight I couldn't fit my arms in the sleeves. So really they were more like an XS. When I inquired about returning the product they told me I would have to send the merchandise back on my own dime and they don't offer refunds... only a store credit. After spending $60 on the dresses and another $10 to return the items I eventually received the store credit. Having no other choice I ordered more merchandise. I should have just left the money on the table and walked away. I ordered a body girdle in size 8-10. I couldn't even fit the girdle over my leg it was so small. You might be saying maybe I think I'm smaller than I am, which would be a valid assumption, except every item of clothing I own is size 8-10 so I didn't feel like I was ordering out of line. I also ordered a blue work blouse. The first time I put the shirt on I noticed 2 dark stains. Both were the size of a quarter and a deep red color. I pulled on the bottom quarter of the shirt to investigate the stain and the shirt began to pull apart and literally shred before my eyes. I started pulling on the opposite side quarter and the same thing happened. They can have my $60 this time. Good riddance Zulily. I hope this post deters others from buying your sub-par merchandise.

Both my mom and I are avid Zulily shoppers and neither of us have ever had a terrible experience with them. I only give 4 stars because their shipping DOES take quite a while, but I know to expect that so I order things well in advance of needing them. With regards to the quality of the items, I only order clothing from companies with a name I recognize so that I can be sure of the sizing and quality. I've gotten a ton of brand name adult and children's clothing and never had a problem.
My mom has had a couple of instances where the item she ordered was no longer available, but customer service was available and gave her her money back as well as a credit.
If you do a bit of shopping around, sometimes the deals on Zulily are awesome, sometimes they are only so-so- especially if you factor in the cost of shipping etc.
In short, if you are thinking of ordering from Zulily, expect that it's going to take a while for your items to get to you. If you feel uncomfortable with the lack of a return policy, ensure that you are ordering a brand that you are familiar with in terms of sizing and quality and you won't be disappointed.

I was very leery about ordering from a site like this, but the stupid ads kept coming up with really cute looking clothes. I finally gave in and shopped on the site when I saw something that looked really awesome. I placed an order for enough items to get the free shipping (over $50). I did receive the items in about 3 weeks (longer than I'm used to, but not completely unreasonable). I had read the fine print and knew they probably wouldn't accept a return if something didn't fit. The boots I ordered fell into that category. I tried asking for a refund anyway, and they said they would "refund it" after I sent the boots back. So I sent them back (at my OWN expense) and instead of a refund, they gave me a store credit. They also didn't even NOTIFY me that I had a store credit. I only found out because I remembered to go back to the site and look through my account to find out if they had given a credit instead of refunding my card. So now if I wanted to use my "refund," I had to buy again and pay shipping. I managed to only be out $5 and some change for my second order by signing up for some service I'll never use to get the free shipping again. (Basically I gave them an email address which I will now delete so I stop receiving all this spam they're sending.) The second round of items worked well enough that I'm not completely unhappy, but I won't order again because all the items I received are made from super cheap materials and do not fit well. You get what you pay for. This is just cheap crap from China with really good photography on the web site.

I've ordered a few clothing for my little girls and 2 dresses for myself. The packages took forever to come and they came separately one a time. I didn't mind it at first considering that they don't have inventory at their location. Once I received the clothes, some colors were off from what the website describes but I didn't bother too much. My 2 dresses were super large considering that I ordered a small and the colors were WAY off. I immediately contact them regarding the fit and coloration and request to have my refund. The rep online immediately issued me a return label and told me that I would be refunded as soon as they receive their merchandise. Several weeks go by and I have not heard anything. I contacted them again and asked them to check on my return status. Zulily confirmed that the dresses were received today (such a coincidence) and they will issue me a store credit. I nearly choked when I said why a store credit. I want a refund. They refused saying this was their rules and regulations and part of their policy. I'm so baffled by this type of response and I can't believe that their customer service level was so poor. Not only did they not refund me back my money, they refused to even look into my account. I will going forward will not use their website and I will let all my friends know what a scam this website and folks are.

Zulily uses the delivery services of OnTrac which is notorious for missing packages... their drives STEAL your packages. I'm never ordering from Zulily again. Tired of buying pants for strangers...

I just placed my first order and was impressed with the styles, variety and prices. After I ordered I looked for reviews on the company, I realize that wasn't the brightest idea after the fact. Many reviews were not good and Sadly I had already ordered 7 items! I expected my order within 2 weeks as they stated which was fair as I live in Canada. All the items were loose fitting tunics as not trying items on I knew I had a better chance of an appropriate fit, I read and double checked the size chart and information on material and sat back and crossed my fingers. I received my items 11 days later and was exactly what I ordered and the fit was perfect. The materials were a nice weigh and I washed all in cold water and laid to dry which I always do immediately with new clothes. No shrinkage or wrinkling perfect. Most of the items were highly reduced so I didn't expect a lot as generally you get what you pay for However the value was very good. I am Thrilled! I will be ordering again soon and will stick with my formula of carefully reviewing all the information and staying away from fitted items. Love Zuilly!
