Beware of Zulily! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a large canvas wrapped print that was suppose to be 36inches x 60inches to go on a bare living room wall. I was excited because it was going to be big! Just what I needed! I ordered it on March 19th, and finally received my order on April 21st. BUT to my dismay, my canvas print states "one size" on a sticker attached to it and I ended up receiving a 15in x 23.5in! Much smaller than what I ordered! And the picture quality is not good, very cheap looking. False advertising, not cool at all! And returns aren't allowed. Well Zulily you ripped me off, your karma and you'll never receive another order from me!

It quality is bad... and no return policy... tells u a lot about satisfaction... u get stuck with bad quality stuff (even dyson they sell are fixed NOT NEW) and they get paid full amount! SCAM!

Buyer BEWARE!
I placed an order on May 12th. It is now June 18th, and I still have not received my entire order! About three weeks after placing this--my first (and last, I promise!) order--I was informed via email that one of the items was no longer available and I was supposedly given a credit with Zulily. This is a credit I have no idea how to access, but this fact does not matter, as I will never use! Now, Rather than accepting this useless, to me, credit, I'm left with attempting to get my charge card credited for this unavailable item. The four remaining items in my order have been delivered in two shipments, so far, and I'm still waiting for the last item to arrive. This is VERY poor shipment service.
A six-pack of liquid hand soap was a good buy and worth it's price. However, the other two items in my order (a dress and a cardigan, with the second cardigan not yet received) are definitely NOT good quality. They looked great in the photo and seemed good in the description, but, In reality, they are junk... made in India of cheap fabric and shoddy workmanship. Had I seen them in a store, I would have walked right on by. I can buy much better junk at a K-Mart or Walmart!
My entire experience with Zulily has been a huge disappointment! I will not be a repeat customer!

I ordered on Nov6/14 and have got 90% today on Dec8th, they suck! I bought 6 pieces of cloths, still haven't got all. The one shirt that was reg. $189 fro $39ish is so thin I have see 10yr old washed Tshirts a 100X thicker. The sizes aren't right the customer service has more stories then a pregnant Nun! Then they give me a $30 credit to my acct. I DON"T want an acct. With them. If you want something quick go the Goodwill the quality is better and so is the service.

I am a 71 yoa female, 5', 138 lb., have a belly and fanny, I don't go out much. I'm on a tight budget so I am happy for this site. I am in bad need of an updated wardrobe, I have severe eczema over most of my body, my best treatment med is a tar/triamcinolone compound that stains everything, my skin itches horribly, tight clothing is a definite no and I wear the 3 same fat dresses over and over, launder the same sheets so as not to ruin too many. This site allows me to shop from home, has great prices and a decent credit program when things don't work out. I get myself into jams and customer service is very patient with me, I really have no complaints - well, maybe, as I am anxious to receive the new clothes, if I have a plan to wear I don't use the tar mix prior, it would be faster service but normally they are worth the wait. Returns are pretty cut a dry, of course time is a factor there as well but Zulily is teaching me patience, money back would be better but I at least have avenue for returns, credits work too! I have been mainly ordering tunics, leggings, tunic type dresses, most have worked for my build. I can't stress enough the good service I have gotten from customer service with any issues, if I can break it I do and they have been my survival team. I don't know how to ad photos so, at this time I am very happy and appreciative of the Zulily company!

I have bought many items off of Zulily over the past six years. I have found that I have been happy with 85% of the items that I have received. The other 15% that I was disappointed with was due to color issues (actual color different from photo), durability or breakage due to poor packaging. And the breakage percentage compared to my disappointments was 32%! I am now very hesitant to order a fragile item due to the high percentage of breakage resulting in my having to take the time to contact Zulily and work out refund issues. Overall, I like Zulily because they have a huge variety of items and do offer free shipping if you decide to buy another product in the same day after paying shipping for the first daily item. This also works for shipping on a Friday - after the first shipping payment on one item, you can get free shipping on any other items ordered through 11:59 pm Sunday. The one factor customers should be aware of is that most items will only be available for 3 days. After that you can add the item to your waitlist and if it comes back in stock at another time, you can order it.

I have gotten several items that were fantastic and some that were not. I have learned over the years of shopping here to make sure I know what I am getting myself into. I like to search items I like on Amazon, because I have Prime and shipping is free. This lets me know if I am really get a deal on an item or not. I try to stick with brands I know, because yes otherwise they seem to be items from China that don't fit or aren't made that well. Shipping has gotten slower and slower. Sometimes it is 4 to 6 weeks before I get the item and I forget that I order it. Does make for a nice surprise every once in awhile.
I dislike the return policy. I wish it was free to return (on all items would be nice) at least for the ones they take back. Or back in Zulily credit.
I put things in the basket and take my chances but wait a week before I order to just have the one shipping charge. Maybe one shipping charge of $9.99 per month would be an idea.
Buy the brands you know and the size you wear in them on clothing and shoes best way to avoid returns, Over all I enjoy shopping on Zulily, there are some great deals you just have to be choosy.

I ordered 2 tops from Zulily. I usually take a small or medium, so ordered size large to be on safe side. The first top came in about 2 weeks and might fit a young child. The second item, a tunic, would probably fit an extra small adult. It arrived about a month after the original order and I'm sure it literally came from China with Asian women sizing. I was able to get customer service to email a Fed Ex shipping label but then learned I would only get credit on my next order, not to my credit card, and only $11 credit on the original $29 charge! THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF AND ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! Please note they do NOT ship your items until after your credit card goes through, and only later let you know about their no return policy!

I am so disappointed with this company. I place 5 different orders around the 23rd of November. I have only received 4 of the 10 items so far. I got an email yesterday stating one of my orders had been canceled. Nothing like last minute, eh? I love that you can't return/exchange/refund ANYTHING, but zulily can charge you for an item and then cancel the order a month later. Shipping is a frigging joke. $7.95 per order and you wait, at a MINIMUM, a month for it to be shipped. The commercials you see on TV are falsely advertising that you can't find these deals anywhere else. I decided to test that statement. They were offering Zaggora work out gear a few weeks back so I went to to Zaggora's website directly and they were running the EXACT same sale on their website... same prices as zulily. They had more options and you were able to return and exchange. What a joke zulily is! Do yourself a favor... use zulily as a reference point and then find those items (for the same price, better shipping price/time and be able to return if needed) on a different, more reliable site.

I ordered a LARGE shirt and I usually wear a SMALL.
It arrived with its "made in Vietnam" label 2 weeks after I ordered it and it fits my 7 year old.
Well, it fits now, but I'm sure after it's washed it won't even fit my 7 year old.
Sent an email, got a cheesy "be sure to pick the larger of the 2 sizes you are considering email" DUH I ordered 2 WHOLE SIZES LARGER!
No thanks Zulily, you can keep your crap!

Zulily used to be good. They used to sell excess products from reputable department stores. So... i ordered two sweaters as Christmas gifts. Not cheap - totalling around 75.00. I ordered on Nov 28th. It is now Dec 31st and NOTHING. I now find out they're selling crap from China, and blaming the federal government shutdown for the delay. Their customer service response is some canned, say-nothing-in-100-words BS. They have become nothing but a go-between for crummy products from China. DO NOT BUY FROM ZULILY - OR SUZANNE BETRO PRODUCTS ( the Brand Name of the sweaters)

And OMFG it is soooo cheap. I called zulily told them I don't want it and was told they have to contact the vendor. WTF! The vendor? I told her I bought it from zulily and they are the vendor. And it will take a week to hear back whether I can return it or not!

Have gotten some really good things and some really lousy things from Zulily. The first items I ever ordered were two different tables which arrived in excellent condition and are good quality. Got a refurbished iPad that had clearly been used before but has turned out to be a terrific purchase.
The jewelry is impossible to give as the gifts intended, it is too junky. As so many others have mentioned, clothing sizing is WAY off, sometimes even with the same brand. Most of the clothing Is made of genuine polyester no matter what it is advertised as. All the shoes were spectacular fails, sizing is off and they are made of hard non-breathing plastic though often advertised as leather, and are ridiculously overpriced for plastic shoes; every single pair of shoes and boots have gone unworn in their boxes to charity. It was with the shoes that I began to suspect that Zulily traffics in factory rejects. Every "set" I received was incomplete: sheets, snacks, socks, seeds, kitchen towels...
Do your research, do your homework, do it carefully. Look for the item on Amazon or eBay or anywhere else online and read the description and the reviews. If it is a brand you are familiar with and you find something you truly like, go for it - but DO NOT BUY shoes. I stopped buying at Zulily after six months, and a year later I no longer have any of the clothing, shoes, or jewelry I purchased from them, the stuff is just unwearable.
Removed CC and deleted app. No more.
