I was just putting together an order of several linen dresses (made in Italy, according to the site). Then I decided to check out the reviews. Now, I will be reconsidering this order. The worse customer service ever!
Then, you pay for products in advance, and after a month of waiting they send you an email saying this product is no longer available!? What the heck does that mean? What are you, an airline company? We pay for something, we expect it to be delivered within a reasonable time! So frustrating to see companies like this ripping off customers!

Yes, I understand we are waiting a long time for some garments because of the 'events' or bulk buying... maybe that would be understandable IF we were waiting for quality garments to arrive. I ordered 4 dresses about a month ago and two have arrived... both are junk, much cheaper than what is shown in the photos. The sewing is so bad on the second garment that it is inexcusable business practice. I almost never write a review, but feel the need to warn others to avoid falling into the Zulily trap... big-time marketers who don't come through with the product. It is so not fun to be excited about receiving an item and to wait and wait for it to arrive and then be so disappointed. What a shame. Avoid Zulily!

After calling and cancelling a online order, I get a phone call from my credit card company saying that someone has gotten my numbers and has used it to make several online purchases 3 day's later! Nothing like be obvious and stupid. When I called zulily all I got was an apology, and an "I'll submit your suspicions over to the correct department". I guess I just started saving money instead on spending it. Goodbye zulily account.

Came across a wonderful place to buy for every member of your family. Clothing, footwear and kitchen products; bedding; novelty items you can't get anywhere else. Lots of deals and good quality on the clothes. Have been very happy with everything. Receive my items in a timely manner. I have never had a problem with Zulily.

I've ordered several toys and 3 dolls from Zulily. The quality is not great, and you have no way of knowing this before you order, and no way to remedy the problem as you can't return products. Shipping takes a minimum over two weeks on anything I've ordered. I ordered a remote control truck for my grandson, and if it's not broken yet, I'll be amazed, as it was very flimsy. I ordered 3 of the cutest plush dolls, didn't check the size of them, and when they arrived, they are only about 6 inches big and not that plush at all, but again, I can't return them. I'm done with Zulily.

I ordered a top. Never saw any obvious notice during the ordering process about NO RETURNS. The top was too large, fabric was cheap and the overall item not as described. If you haven't tried it on, haven't seen the fabric in person or have any doubt, do not order. This is a scam to keep your money instead of a reputable company trying to make long term customers.

I ordered shoes that have obviously been worn before. Quite dirty on the bottom-large ick factor.
I've sent a complaint and not heard back.
Ordered a darling play set from company I like - it was supposed to be quick shipping, that was 3 weeks ago and has not shipped out yet. And the "great" price was cheaper with free shipping on the vendors site. My fault for not double checking but disappointing. Was a birthday gift for granddaughter ‘s party this weekend.

I very careful about what I purchase from your site. I've been burned by items that were poor quality. I buy a lot of clothing for my granddaughter, home stuff and shoes. I always make sure it's a brand that I am familiar with. I also feel that when an item is returned your customers deserve a credit on whatever card they used.

Been ordering for years but, never again. I am tired of the wait time, quality of clothes, being charged immediately and told A false shipping date, ie will ship in 10-15 days, etc. When they know it is coming from China ( I didn't know this) and it will be over 30 days. Clothes not the same quality as 2 or 3 yrs ago.

Dont bother with this company. Ordered on Nov 17. Tracking said OnTrac ( who the hell are they?) Delivered to my house on Dec 7. Nope! If they did it wasnt MY house. Was on hold for 2 hours with that company to find out about my order and finally gave up with out speaking to a person. Sent an email 0 response. Emailed zulily and got a response that they refunded my money minus the shipping. What the F***. So I got to pay shipping for something I never got. What a joke. DO NOT shop on this site. U will be very disappointed. This was my first and last time. No repeat business from me!

Extremely poor quality of item. Ordered an XL. Which I assumed would be a smaller size but I didn't think it would be extremely small... so small in fact that the sleeves are so little that even a size 8 girl would have trouble fitting in this. Won't bother returning, paying the postage AND the custom charges. Funny thing is, they do not mention anywhere (that I could find) that the products come from China! I'm not sure why I thought it was an American company. DO NOT purchase here... buy locally. Good lesson learned.

You place an order, then they order your item from other places, other COUNTRIES! Sizes are always off even with their "size charts". They also don't give refunds most of the time. They will if item is defective. Going by the size charts, your clothes will usually be too big! I usually order my regular size but it depends on the country. Their charts don't help. They will say a size 10, for instance, is a 42 inch bust. NO WAY! Be very careful. They do have nice sales on jewelry sometimes and that merchandise is nice! Buyer beware!

I ordered a handful of cute things for my son and a friends daughter. I am glad that I didn't need these things by a set time! It has been over a month and they are still not here! I get that I got free shipping, thank God, but this is ridiculous! I keep checking the site to see when they are supposed to arrive and the date is constantly changing! Beware! Zulily sells the cutest things at unbelievable prices, but when 2 chairs arrived over one month after I ordered them and were not the expected color from online, they would not take them back or give any sort of credit! They claimed the vendor said it was a final purchase. Better be VERY sure that any purchase is what you want it to be without seeing it or speaking to anyone before you buy it. Not worth the chance or the lost money in time and shipping and unusable chairs!

Based on the reviews, I was hesitant at first and I did get a bad order the first time I ordered. But customer service was kind enough to refund. From then on I'm careful when ordering and look through all the details mentioned in the description. The kitchen and other items are unique and good pricing too. Waiting for the shipment is no big deal for me... so I am very happy and satisfied with my purchases. I've ordered 12 times so far. Thanks.

The reviews I read that the product received was great was my first experience. Nice tops, good quality. So, sucked in, I ordered again. This time, the skirt was substandard fabric--very thin and sleazy, raw hem, inconsistent size. But, guess what--NO RETURN. No return even when product is not as pictured. So, avoid. You may get some quality items, but when you don't, you get to eat it. Zero star would be more appropriate.

I have not experienced the same quality issues that others have mentioned. The product I have received has always been of a high quality and standard. My biggest gripe with the site is the length of time they take to take my payment. I placed an order on 10/12 and only today, 10/29, has the amount been taken from my account. It's just really annoying. Because of this, I'll probably not used he site anymore. The site dies clearly state the delivery times, so although it's frustrating having to wait so long for the items you ordered, it should be expected.

In the last year I have ordered a hand bag, educational things for kids and several home decor items. Everything was as described and quality was better then what I expected. The handbag was nice heavy canvas with a good durable zipper, color was perfect. The only down side is it does take a while to get the order. Maybe that is because I am in Canada. Ordering tip... If I want several items I order just one (the smallest item) then put the rest on a second order so those will be shipped free. I will definitely continue to order from Zulily.

This company is like no other... I have received incorrect sizes which is the Company's fault and they refuse to give refunds. Not only do you incur the cost of return postage, you lose your money. They will only give you a credit which means you are forced to purchase from them. They also get your money the minute you place your order even though it may take 3 weeks or longer for you to receive your order. In my opinion, these policies should be illegal... Buy from someone who appreciates your business!

I ordered what looked like a really nice 5 piece picture, when I finally received it I could not believe it is basically 5 pieces of cardboard. They send you stickers to hang it on the wall. Are you serious, I will have to put another backing on them just so I can hang them properly without totally destroying my walls. This was my first and probably last time buying on line from zulily.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing on Zulily. Usually, small(ish) sites have higher prices than bulk retailers, but when I compared them they were as good as or better than at the larger stores. On the minus side, shipping speed is very slow, and the lack of a free shipping option (unless you've already purchased something that day) is definitely not competitive with the larger retailers. It's a good site provided you are not in a hurry for your items and you combine purchases to offset the cost of shipping.

Zulily has so many categories -from home storage to clothing for the whole family. Lots of name brands are offered at great prices. Needs to improve on shipping charges for every order, competitors offer free shipping for $$ amounts. A must to read review when they are included, especially on clothing-sizing is all over the place.

Everything I buy from Zulily is top quality. Whether it is an established name brand, or an up and coming style. It is always spot on. The collections that are offered together usually are shown with complimenting accessories. It's like having a secret stylist. Only, on my schedule. Some days, I don't get a chance to enjoy the Zulily sight until 10:30 at night. That's my me and my Zulily time. Talk about convenience.
