I knew it was too good to be true, sadly I went for it anyway. The Fendi perfume I bought off of the site is fake and not cheap. (cheap compared to the real deal) Do not buy.

Company sent me the wrong items on multiple occasions and on top of that a lot of their clothing and items were extremely cheap looking ie from the dollar store.

As much as I love all the items available on Zulily, I hate how it takes FOREVER to have the products purchased, shipped to my home. I have to order items a month in advance, in order to make sure they arrive close to on time of when needed.

Love them, I am completely addicted. I love everything I have received and am constantly going back for more. I highly recommend to anyone who is patient - patience is a virtue that is rewarded with awesome, super discounted merchandise.
ABOUT THE LOW REVIEWS:
Yes, they tell you UPFRONT on EVERY SINGLE PAGE that delivery is 12-14 business days - business days are Monday - Friday; so this is approx. 3 weeks. The people who are complaining do not either know what a business days, are unable to do basic math or did not take the time to even notice this (don't see how the last is possible since every single page is kind of hard to miss).
The other complaint I am reading is that they do not take returns. No, they do not as they state on EVERY SINGLE PAGE. So take the 3 minutes to measure yourself before ordering. Common sense people, you cannot try it on so take your measurements and compare to the size charts they offer – duh!

I have never had a pleasant shopping experience with Zulily. Customer service responds with same scripted answers.
They kept shipping orders to my old address even though I changed my address with them. Would e-mail them before anything ever shipped to tell them you have the wrong address. Customer service would respond ohh we will fix that right away. They of course never did some orders I never received others I paid a total of an extra $30 to get them from the post office making their crappy products not worth any discount they offer.
So I switch e-mail address to give them one more chance why I'm a sucker I guess?. Ordered a swing set for our daughter's second birthday, her grandparents wanted to get it for her:. I get an e-mail saying you may have received an e-mail saying your order was canceled don't worry it isn't once we receive it we will ship it right to you:. I e-mail them asking them why I got this e-mail and if everything was ok with my order and if we would be receiving the swing set!.
Got a response yes it is just fine it is in stock and available to ship on the 8th,. Today is the 8th just got an e-mail saying your order has been canceled we don't have it in stock sorry for the inconvenience". Seriously! So my daughters birthday is Monday I had to scramble to find the same swing set to get herald fast/.
Thank god for Amazon shipped for free in two days and about $60 cheaper:. Stay far far away from zulily you will be disappointed every single time.

The quality of the clothes is really poor. Tried a few times and most of the clothes are in the garbage. Delivery is hit and miss. Won't be ordering again. Not worth throwing money away.

I've ordered several things from Zulily and must say the shipping is extremely slow, you never know how long it will take, it usually takes at LEAST a month. NEVER order clothes, because they have a no return or exchange policy and their sizing charts are hardly ever accurate so you might as well be gambling. I ordered a Women size 8 top and the tag on the shirt they sent me said YS, which I assume is youth small. (After some research of the website the top came from I confirmed it was a youth small, also labeled on the other site as a childs 6/8.) So why are they labeling child sizes as womens?!?! I DID however get my money back for that one because I complained that they sent me the wrong size, it took a little arguing, but they did refund my money and a $10 credit. At first the lady said "I'm sorry the shirt doesn't fit", I said "It doesn't fit because you sent the wrong size!", when actually they technically sent the right size (an 8), but was STILL their fault for falsely labeling sizes. I would have only gave them a one star if they didn't refund my money.

I recently ordered over 150 items from zulily. The items are shipped when they are received from the source. Initially, I waited about 8 days for my first shipment. This shipment was a combination of available items from different orders. After that, a lot of my items have been shipped.
The only problem I have is with the bank balance. It would seem that I am billed from the time I place the order. Then my balance keeps fluctuating each time items are shipped to me.
I have not received all my items so I am not sure if my balance will be fixed after that. I have contacted zulily to ask whether I am being billed twice. I am awaiting a response.
The items I have received so far are exactly as they were presented on the site. I have no complaints and the quality is excellent.
Oh one more thing, I have been shopping around and found some of the same items, same colour, material, brand, from Zulily on other sites for half the price. So shop around before making a final purchase since they are not quite the cheapest for all items.
Overall, great site for online shopping. I hate that sooo many cute things have to be added each day. Happy shopping.

Don't order from this BS company! You place your order and a month later they notify you that one of your 10 items in cancelled... the one thing you really needed! They suck... and rip you off.

I love Zulily! They have fun, unique, items! Great place for grandma's to shop for the grands. Rarely do I have a problem but when I do Zulily happily makes it right.

Let me start off and say I understand it takes a while for the items to show up at my door and that does not bother me. I'm also understand their policy that you can't return items, but form time to time when an item was defective I got a refund. I understand what Zulily is, but the savings they are provided are not wroth the money to me.
Lets be honest how many of us who shop online regularly have to send items back? I end up sending items back because of bad sizing, bad color, or they just don't look good one me. I tend to shop at stores have that good return policies and Zulily use to be the exception, the problem is the savings they are providing are not really worth the long ship time and crappy return policy. In the past year about 50% of the items I purchased would have gone back to Zulily if they were a normal retailer, but didn't. I go refunds for 25% of those items because they were flat out defective and the 75% went in to a bin for Goodwill. When I add up all the money I spent on items that went to Goodwill with the items I kept those deals are not as great.
I still buy things from time to time at Zulily but I now stick with home goods and brands I already know. Honestly I am unsubscribing from their mailing list and not looking back.
