Please do not order from this company I order 4 top receive only 3 the other one will come later, Charge my credit card the day after I order, Receive the tops 4 week later bad quality, Never will order again.

I had $100 gift card and after 5 years they said they sent it to state funds but it is not there... they will not honor it and this is illegal. Gift cards are NEVER to expire and are like cash... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was about to pull the trigger on a bunch of makeup and other things. I found all for MUCH CHEAPER on other websites. For example the makeup was listed as normally $48, but on sale for $29. I had never heard of this contour kit so I searched it and found the EXACT same one ON WISH of all place for $6, and I don't normally shop at Wish. I found the other stuff on sale at the actual retail stores or overstock for the same or cheaper.

Iv'e read the reviews and needless to say there are many not so good ones. What I have ordered from Zulily has been ok but it's just ridiculous that we have to wait so long for the items. There are lots of retail sites out there and MOST of them state right on the page when the item will ship and when it will be available if sold out. The next couple of purchases for example I was having a 4th of July party so on June 18 I ordered an inflatable pool for the toddlers. I figured PLENTY of time to get it here by the 4th. As I checked along the way I never got any information regarding where my shipment was or when I would be receiving it. FInally I contacted Z on June 30 asking where my item was and they showed that the item was on it's way to Zulily REALLY! Don't you have your items available at your wearhouse?
I now have an order for three items and I just looked up my order # to find that it's again on it's way to Zulily and won't even be confirmed that it is coming to me until July 20. You guys gotta figure out a better way. The shipping is horrendous. If people cannot receive their items in a reasonable amount of time they will go elsewhere and people WILL figure this out the first time they order then they won't be back. I know your not as big as amazon but most people would rather pay a dollar or two more (free shipping with Prime) to get it within a reasonable amount of time. SOrry but your shipping SUCKS!

I have ordered a considerable amount of things from Zulily and I like that I can send things to a different address then my own BUT I wish at checkout it would go back to your default address or ask you what address you want to use, and I have ordered two different things and one came to me and the second one went to my granddaughter but I thought it was coming to me! If I ordered something at the same time I would expect it to come to the same address.

All the items I have ever purchased have been great! Great quality and great price! Sometimes, delivery can take up to a month. You need to consider the slow delivery when you purchase something.

The sizing is so far off. I ordered a tunic and pair of pants both in large. The pants are way to small ad the tunic is way to big. Will not order again.

So my order was delayed and i started to read other reviews and got worried. But one email to Zulilly and i got ful refund plus $10 credit. They responded in 10 minutes. Pretty excellent

I ordered shoes, tops and a "throw" that would not cover a child's doll. All of the merchandise was bad and I have to pay to return and a store credit for more poor quality to bad merchandise!
Tip for consumers:
I feel taken advantage of. Capris smelled bad like they were stored in an auto grease shop and I have to pay to return with no money back plus shoes that buckles poked me in the feet, a throw that was too small to cover a childs dolly. Please Beware when you shop here!

I have grown to love Zulily over the years. The first time I made a purchase, I was disappointed with the length of time it took to receive the item. However, Zulily does explain why their items take longer to ship and now I order with this understanding in mind, knowing it will take some time to receive an item. I have made hundreds of purchases through the site and I am satisfied with my purchases about 90% of the time. There have been items that I have received that seem to have defects from the manufacturer... material sewn crooked, mislabel of the size, etc. Every time I have felt I like I did not receive what I paid for, I email Zulily and their customer service is exceptional. They do not accept returns, but I feel they are very fair in how they deal with a situation like this. I have either a received a full refund or a store credit or even both for items that were not up to par. Because I know this and thus far have had good experience with how they handle these situations, I continue to shop with them. As long as I feel like I am getting what I pay for and that Zulily will back this up, I will be a loyal customer :)

Ordered 3 pairs of sweater leggings. ALL THREE PAIRS HAD TEARS IN THE CROTCH! No returns/refunds with this company. I'm stuck with three pairs of worthless leggings and paid a total of $48 with shipping. STAY AWAY! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!

Why are you people not using a guaranteed credit card to place orders. Let the credit card company get your refunds. If your not getting the product you order, let them handle it.
