Odered Halloween costumes from them on September 30th, after I ordered, I was given a ship date of Oct 16th. Would not have ordered from them in the first place if they made it clear before ordering that they take so long to ship - but, I figured, even with that ship date should still get here on time. It is now Oct 21st and the items have still not shipped. Have Halloween party on 24th, so emailed customer service - and have not received a reply. One would think that if a site like this were going to sell SEASONAL items, that they would understand the need to get those items to customers in a timely manner. At this rate, not only will we not have the costumes in time for the Oct 24th Halloween party, but we won't even have them in time for Halloween.

I contacted zoolilly several days ago and they stated that they would respond in 24 hours, not so. I have had no response. I like the clothes, but I hate spending money on items that do not fit.

Terrible quality and not cheap. Sizes are all over the place. Quick delivery though. Bought a car coat at £105 and it was cheap looking, ill fitting and a total ripoff.

I made an order on Zulily, in February, I have always seen the adds and even made an account and promised myself that i would buy something from them one day. So after making my order I checked after a couple days to see the status and it said the order is confirmed which i said for a few more days, so I went online and came up on all the bad reviews Zulily had and very few not so bad ones, I also learned that it took a month or more to receive your order and being a avid online shopper this was a new territory. I immediately called customer service to cancel my order, the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to me their selling and shipping policies which I overlooked. I decided to see how this goes. I received my order in a month within the time frame I was told as a matter of fact on the same date they told me it would arrive. The Items were AWESOME! I ordered shoes and kids clothes the quality was excellent and they fit comfortably and perfectly. I am very pleased with my first time ordering from Zulily and will be ordering from them in the future, I am happy did not listen to the reviews but I am actually glad I read them so I know what to look out for in case i ever had a bad experience but for now Im very very pleased with my order. Thanks Zulily.

For first time buyers, Don't listen to the reviews.Try it for yourself and see what happens. Not everyone will have the same experience.

I have to make myself not look at the site. Because I love so much of their merchandise! Yes. I know it can seem like forever to get your orders. But just be patient. They will arrive. And if Zulily can't get an item delivered because they can't get it from the seller, they will give you the choice of cancelling the order. And if Zulily cancels the order, they refund your money and give you credit. And yes, I believe the clothing runs small, just remember to order a larger size next time. Sometimes they will post that an item runs small and to order a size up. So far I think their clothes are beautiful. More so than in the pictures. And so far I haven't called to report an item I wasn't satisfied with, I understand they will refund your money and you can keep the item. What more could you ask for? You can give that new item away as a gift to someone! As for the long wait for your items. I am old enough to remember it always took a few weeks to get an item you ordered. It never came in a day or two! It's just that we want something "right this minute" in this day and age. So that's my finding and opinion. For what it's worth. Happy shopping!

I bought a quilt set and I don't know what I was expecting for the low price that I paid for it but I got exactly what I paid for low quality if I had paid full price for this quilt it would have went back in a heartbeat

I realize that they are a middleman but the shipping times are ridiculous. I would probably never order again simply for that reason. The bargains are good but not worth the wait.

You feel trapped once you long into the website. I finally placed an order and it took 3 WEEKS TO SHIP AND TODAY IS DEC 23RD and I still do not actually have the package, I just have a email saying I would recieve it today. Seeing will be BELIEVING. No more orders from ME.

Some of the products are of poor quality. Delivery time is too much. Some products measures are wrong and it is a problem to return them, however an other products are so good quality and price.

Let's see I placed my order and a month later it finally shipped. When I got my order it was missing two items. Those two items were never found. I will NEVER order from them again.

I am responding to a review that i thought was a bit unfair. How can you make comments about a company based on hear say? Before you make sweeping accusations, and completely bash a company don't you think you should be a customer first? FYI there are positive feedback, mine is and there are others, keep reading. Zulily is very clear about the shipping time and how it all works. If you do not want to wait then don't order from them, and then bash them for it. I have had issues with shipping and items but they always take care of the issues as best as they can. For the times i have had issues, the good out weighs the bad 100%. Anything i have bought in the children / baby departments is some of the cutest items ever, the price is always unbeatable! Toys 100% children's clothing 100%, books all ages 100%. I love the Z! Give them a chance realize shipping takes longer most of the time and just wait for the mailman and see for yourself, them leave your comments good or bad, at least they will based on your personal experience not on hear say!
Tip for consumers:
No one person or company can be perfect 100% of the time so be open minded , pay attention to details about items and sizing. realize that shipping takes longer and i promise you will be happy in long run. I ve been with them for 4 years at least, that has to say something positive.
