Dont order from zulily, they dont accept returns and what you get is not what you ordered and they take forever to deliver, they have excellent customer service though.

They have cancelled two of my orders that I had wanted to give as birthday presents. I am really disappointed and wish I had learned earlier that my orders were cancelled.

I've ordered a few items from zulily, most were ok, one toy came broken and we did receive our money back. The last item I ordered was a ride on motorcycle for kids. The item came with directions in Chinese and assembly was pretty tricky. 8 months later, battery died. I called zulily customer service and the girl just basically said you can get a battery anywhere online. This was not the case as it was not a powerwheels battery. Finally found one on eBay. After receiving it, we realized that the motorcycle wires were attached to the battery permanently. My hubby had to cut wires and attach to the new battery. I called the customer service to let them know of the battery issue for future ride on vehicles they sell just as an fyi. They told me to contact the manufacturer ( not possible since the item was from China with no contact numbers in english) when I told her they just were not interested. Does not seem like a safe product to sell and the company does not seem to care. Will not purchase anything else from them!

I enjoy online shopping and Zulily makes it so easy. They have things I never knew I needed and things you can use around the house, the office, and the car.

Any website with a bar that forces you to give over personal information before you can shop or navigate it is a marketing scamming bot propping scumbucket of a scheme.

I wasnt informed of the cost of postage for my item. When I received it they had also charged me for postage which was as much as the item. Very disappointed.

I bought a dress for my daughter. It was suppose to be size 12 but it turned out smaller. When i opened the package for her dress the dress was so small it was 2 times smaller

I love shopping Zulily because I never know what I will find. I get a lot of compliments on the clothes and shoes I purchase there. I did a lot of last year's Christmas shopping from Zulily.

SIZNG IS INCORRECT (MUST FIT SOMEONE OTHER THAN NORMAL PEOPLE). READ BEFORE ORDERING B/C THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS AND IF THEY DO IT IS ONLY GOOD IN THEIR STORE AND THEN THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE FULL VALUE OF THE ITEM YOU RETURNED. WHOO HOO, THEY DID SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK BUT THEN TAKE HALF OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR AN ITEM AND GIVE CREDIT. I AM TOTALY RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT READING THE FINE PRINT AND HAVE BEEN TAUGHT A LESSON. I JUST DID NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET RIPPED OFF.

Run, run, run away. Sweatshop. Terrible materials. Nothing it to size. Poor workmanship. The difference between the photos and the clothes is laughable.

No communication and horrible customer service. Still waiting on my order... waiting, waiting, waiting. Called their customer service and was greeted by a unpleasant agent. Will NEVER use them again!

I was aware when I ordered that I could not return the merchandise, so I have no recourse with Zully, although I am considering American Express's support policies.
First, the dresses, etc should not be advertised as having smocking. What was on these dresses was not smocking, but a kind of fake smocking.
In addition, the material used in all of these except one was an inferior material that after a light rinse just looked awful.
The cut of the dresses was all wrong. Yes, they were the right size, but something had gone wrong between the design and the execution of the finished product.
The price was excellent because the photos showed such cute outfits. Cute dresses just do not come at that price. I should have known there was a catch. American consumers have a lot of choices on inexpensive clothing so there is no need to buy junk. Next time for the same amount of money, I'll go to the Gap.
Other products I have bought such as toys are fine, and I have no complaints, but on zulily clothing I have learned my lesson.
Tip for consumers:
I have ordered brand name toys, and they were fine.
But, not the girl's clothing - what junk.
The shipping is slow - yes, but that is the business model. The order is placed with the manufacturer after Zulily receives enough orders.

I would rather shop from home. I live approximately 40 minutes from the mall and shopping. Shopping on Zulily makes shopping very convenient. I am very satisfied with the products and prices.

I keep discovering web sites owned my any "Z" for the first letter or any "lili or liligal" perhaps even "luli" or lIgal sites VERY CORRUPT. They are in China, and have several sites with the same clothing, and totally CORRUPT! They will not cooperate with USA standards, and will try to outwit you and cause you total dismay.
PASS THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS ON TO ANY SITES ANYTHING "SOUNDING LIKE" THE WORDS LISTED ABOVE. AND LIKELY... MORE...

I ordered a pair of pants in a 3x. According to their size chart, it should have been a perfect fit. When I received it, was the cheapest quality, as thin as gauze, and no more than a size 16. Should have read reviews before wasting my money. Now I have a new dust cloth. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ZULLILY AGAIN.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM WITHOUT CHECKING THE REGULAR PRICES ON THE STORE WEBSITE! Today they have a sale on radio flyer items. I was excited because I wished to purchase a scooter for my daughter. I checked the radio flyer website and the scooter was priced at $39.99. I checked on zulily, and they have the SAME scooter listed at regular price $50 and sale price $36.99. I't sorry but $3 is not much a of sale to have to pay $8 shipping and still wait weeks for the product. I enjoby shopping from them, but I will definitely be on the lookout for deals in other places.

In your pop-up ads, I see beautiful dresses and blouses that I would love to purchase. When I go to the web site store, those items are NEVER there. I could just cry I am so disappointed.

I love that you can shop on one site and find just about everything you need. Zulily brings the best brands from all over the world. The more you check the site the more unique products you can find.
Tip for consumers:
Check the shipping times. If the item comes directly from Zulily it will ship out faster. If the item come from outside the company then you will have to wait for it to be shipped to Zulily first. Always check for information regarding sizes and returns. Some items can’t be returned. If an item runs small or large there will be information in the description area informing you about what size to order.

I never had to return an item. Shipping time varies depending on where the item is supplied from.
