I only order the name brands( sperry, Tommy Hilfiger, izod, nautica) and I'm aware of shipping times, my only complaint is that when you order sometimes if you check back within a week or so you find the item cheaper and I've emailed them and I've gotten no clear answer as of why something I ordered a week ago is now $10-$15 bucks cheaper

I placed an order on 12/11/13 for four Joybay Swing Car Ride-On's "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery". I received three of the four on 12/19/13. I contacted Zulily on 12/22/13 to get a status on the fourth. The rep let me know that the item had a tracking number, but no information. He assured me that he would place a new order and again "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery"... super! Well on 12/23/13 I contacted them again to confirm the order had been placed and that I would receive by 12/24/13. The rep said the order had not been placed and she'd be upfront with me, "You missed the 10am cut-off for next day delivery so your item will not arrive until after Christmas"... wonderful! These are "Santa Gifts" for four of my children. How do I give to three and leave one out!? Had to go out and get another Santa gift. I contacted Zulily again today and demanded a refund! The rep said I was refunded on 12/23/13 for the amount, but not shipping and handling, I have yet to see it hit my bank account so we'll see. I also let him know that I have not yet received the car and wanted to see if I could get a status. Guess what, a tracking number with no info. How hard is it!? I told him I no longer want the car. How would I explain a gift dropped off by Santa after Christmas. I will have to reject the package on delivery... this is assuming it arrives. Oh and I sent a "feedback" email on 12/23/13 and they have yet to respond. This was my first and last shopping experience with Zulily! Goes to show you... Don't believe everything you find on Facebook.

This was my first time shopping on Zulily. However, I was really looking forward to it because it seemed like a reputable shopping site. I purchased a bunch of shorts for my twin daughters, one shirt for myself, two bras and two pair of sandals. I received most of what I ordered within a week or so, but it took my shirt about a month to arrive (I almost forgot I ordered it) and one pair of shorts. The shorts were cute but had a lot of loose threads. They were still very cute though for my girls. The bras were a reputable brand with good reviews, and I love the bras. The shoes were ordered in size 9 and they arrived a size 8. I noticed this immediately when I tried them on. I sent them back brand new in same packaging asking for refund. My refund would be like $32 minus nearly $9 in shipping, so maybe $21 (rough numbers here).
They were charging ME nearly $10 in shipping to refund my money back for their mistake! I couldn't believe it. I had my receipt from UPS to prove I sent them back and have been waiting on my refund. I just realized today that they issued my little refund in "in store credit." I plan on telling them to take that store credit and donate it because I'm never shopping with them again. Disgusting.

Sounds like my review will echo many others. I placed my order on December 11th 2014 and, like others, mine was "guaranteed by Christmas." It was a great deal, and I wouldn't care about long shipping times generally if it hadn't read GUARANTEED BY CHRISTMAS! It's now the 23rd and I can't get this item elsewhere at this point. I'm lucky because my son is only 16 months old and doesn't know the difference, but many other people won't be so lucky. On December 15th, my tracking info updated to "shipping label created: ready to ship by UPS," and that's where it stayed until today. Now it reads "shipping label cancelled." At this point, I don't know if I'm getting this item AT ALL. Emailed Zulily 10 hrs ago, no response. All done with this company.

I ordered during the labor day weekend (Aug. 30-Sept. 2). With paying shipping for one order, I got free shipping for the rest of the weekend which was great! I know that it does take some time for them to ship so I kep close tabs on the shipping date that they publish after I submitted my order. Since some of the items I ordered I need to receive prior to 9/20, I cancelled those that were published with Sept 17 shipping date. Costumer service was great! They cancelled those items I requested right away.
For those items that were published as shipped, I received them in 2 different packaging on 9/10 which was awesome! The items were good quality (1 swimming inflatable toy, 2 shirts, a cheerleader Adidas costume and Hello Kitty Crocs for my toddler and 1 pair of shoes for me). The only ones I'm waiting for are the Birks sandals for me and my husband which was not time sensitive for me so I was ok with not receiving those right away.
I would definitely buy again in Zulily. Just take note that if you have time sensitive items, keep track and cancel if you think those items won't arrive on time. Customer service was pretty honest when I asked them on the items I wanted to cancel since I wasn't sure if I'll get it prior to 9/20.

I've used Zulily for a number of years now. I have had some big wins but also some big losses. I find incredible deals on some of my long-trusted and much-needed brands like Vionic and Dansko. However, the majority of the items I've purchased from lesser-known brands have been inconsistent and poor quality. In the past month or so, there have also been issues with filling my orders. Two weeks ago, they sent the wrong combo set. I had ordered a Tervis cup with the handle. I was charged the full price and was sent the proper cup but without the handle. Customer service was quick to refund the whole cost & I was able to keep the cup they had sent. Then on the 25th, I emailed about an order that my account says was delivered on the 17th but has not arrived. The response was to wait longer because it may still be on the way to me?! This is not the case. The status says "delivered" not "shipped." Upon further investigation, I find that one of the two boxes did arrive on the 17th but even that did not contain all the items my account says that it did?! I've contacted customer service several times over the years, but this is the first time they didn't take remedy the issue right away. I'm to the point now where I will continue to buy my few trusted brands from Zulily, but no more browsing for me. My budget is much too tight these days to take these kinds of risks.

Why but why are we complaining? We need to read carefully the online (not so small print). It is mentioned delivery time not 100% guaranteed. As for cheap clothing items, you get what you pay for. Therefore, read carefully the material it is made of. Most of the time, dresses are made with cheaper material and a trained eye can notice the quality of the item! I would not buy online for, let s say, an event, like, a wedding, etc. a gala, etc... no, I would get a dress I am comfy in and comfy about the fit and material. Now, as for plus sizes, I seem to find stuff but, OMG items are mostly UGLY, like, we don t have taste here? Especially the dresses. Plus size women don t like to dress nicely? Wow? As for customer service: I have had an excellent experience. The reason RATE 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 5 STARS IS BECAUSE, MISTAKES WERE DONE AT 3 OR 4 TIMES. I was refunded no questions asked (like wrong size measurement advertized, missing items, etc.). Otherwise, happy with it. Just use judgement on item pricing. I won t buy it I save 10 or 20% and even 30%. Not worth it as shipping costs and money exchange rate would be too much. I am in Canada. So, play it by "eye"! (and head)...

Just read carefully & train your eye to detect quality ,, even when models are shown with a garment I want, I won t get it IF the item she is weRING IS NOT IRONED, HEMMING IS OFF, AND OR THREADS SHOWING OFF HEM. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VISCOSE, RAYON, POLYESTER , COTTON, SPANDEX AND LINEN. Oh, BTW, never will I buy that cheap leather like material,, on garments. I ordered a outfit for my baby girl on june 20th and it is now july 15 and still no outfit. It took forever just to get shipped out and then it said i was suppose to get on july 15th and never did. I went to see were it was and now it said that zulily changed from ups and is now sending usps and now i don't know when im going to get it. Im very unhappy and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM again!

I did a lot of Christmas shopping on this website this year. I bought the same item for 9 friends/family. I placed this order on November 27th with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I just received an email stating that many of the items I ordered for guaranteed Christmas delivery will now be delivered after Christmas and how "unfortunate" this is. There was absolutely no mention of any compensation for the wait or the fact that I will have nothing for my nieces and nephews to open for Christmas. Of course they did mention I could return the items once I receive them for a refund, I'm sure that will lessen the blow for my family. Now I will have to pay God knows how much for shipping to 5 different addresses so that they will get the present after Christmas once I receive the item, whenever that may be. I am extremely disapointed with my whole zulily experience. I would have never purchased these items if they did not have the clearly stated guaranteed Christmas delivery banner. I would have at least expected some form of compensation for this other than an offer to return the item. Who the hell is in charge of this company? I will definitely not purchase from this website again. Buyer beware, a guarantee on a shipping date from zulily is absolutely worthless.

I have never gotten clothes from them because I am alway worried about online clothes shopping but I have gotten many pairs of shoes from them and they are PERFECT! Both sizes fit great and one was for a fancy evening and another pair were cute sandals I absolutely love them both!
