I ordered gifts BEFORE THANKSGIVING and only JUST received and email that not only would they not be arriving - as promised - by Christmas, they couldn't tell me when they would be arriving at all. If ever.
I find this out 3 days before Christmas!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them. And that's where the problems began.
First, there were no email alerts with tracking info. Instead, they took the liberty of sending messages via Facebook with shipping status updates. Next, shipping took forever. Considering even that wasn't free... but slow too? When the shoes finally arrived, they were in less than extraordinary condition.
So off goes the email alerting them to send me a shipping label for the defective merchandise. They respond with another email asking for photos... I comply. In the next email, they apologize and tell me where to send these two huge shoe boxes. On my own dime! At the bottom of the email, it indicates that once received, I will have a store credit applied to my account? Uhmmmm... WTF?
I love how in their emails, there is never a number to contact them at. So after some digging around, I found it and called them. Does this sound like a lot of work for a customer to be doing? Yeah. I thought so. So I call them, tell the guy what's going on- I need two return labels and oh, that store credit? It isn't gonna work. I want a refund back to my card.
He hems and haws... issues the return labels and says he can't change the way their refund system works. It automatically defaults everything to a store credit- that in my case, I'd have to call them once I see the merchandise has been received, call again and have it routed back to my credit card.
I'll never purchase from this company again. Nothing about their returns process is easy or remotely hassle free.

I have been ordering from Zulilly since beginning of this year and I got every item I ordered and was somewhat satisfied with the exception that it takes too long to get the items and a flip flop broke the second day I bought it and the thread of a dress came undone while I was wearing it, but basically satisfied with the 25+ items bought so far.

Well... I don't know why I didn't look up reviews for Zulily before I started ordering. But I didn't and I have ordered several times and overall have been very pleased with my purchases. I decided to look up the reviews after a pair of leggings which appeared to be black and shiny on the site, were in fact black and matte. I was disappointed. But to the company's credit, they agreed to exchange them as they were not what they appeared as. In addition, I mistakenly ordered a L instead of an XL on a pair of tangerine space dye capri's and I asked if I could also return them for a refund at the same time. They were gracious and said yes, and will refund my money. Thank you Zulily. I will continue to be a customer. I received the order in 3 parts, so ok. I like the anticipation. But the black diamond leggings I received today were not mid calf capris, they barely made it past my knees, but the XL size fit nicely through the waist and hips, and I worry that an exchange would be a dissapointment as I love the material and the fit. The first time I ordered I was nervous about ordering something I could not return. The items arrived in 3 weeks, and I loved them. Mostly, I have been pleased, and I give them a 4.5 star review. And hey, no, they are not perfect, but they're legitimate and nice.

I have been ordering from Zulily for years, and was delighted at first, but over the last several months have been completely disappointed. The insane length of shipping, I have always just taken in stride because they state it will take 10-14 business days to ship. Bummer, but, ok, fine, at least I'm aware.
The biggest issues I have are the QUALITY and FIT of items I've received. And the fact that much of what is listed, can be found with a quick search on Amazon (for the same or less money), which believes in it's products enough to allow reviews on the site.
The last dress I purchased from Zulily claimed the retail price was $120, while their price was $39. Once received, I can gaurantee that this garment was NEVER $120 anywhere, and by the way, it fit my size 8 mannequin perfectly (it's a knit, so should have stretch, but I ordered a size 2x/16... Soooo... Not helpful). The quality is just bottom of the barrel. It's so disappointing.
After this last order, I will be cancelling my account and never ordering from them again.

Shame on me for not reading their NO REFUND policy on clothes-even if you return them. Luckily since they have the LONGEST shipping time ever heard of in online sales of 14-24 days, I was able to cancel and get a full refund on several items that had not shipped. First of all the clothes are from China or some other country because size Large appeared to be more like a small here in our US sizes. Had I noticed the 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, I would have just skipped placing an order. My order pended for 12 days before it shipped with several items that obviously were being shipped in from outside the USA and were even more delayed for several weeks more. They send the wrong size and I was able to get a refund on one item due to their mistake then I received items that were two sizes in fit smaller than what normal USA sizes are and was unable to get a refund after returning. They gave me a credit only which I ended up spending on home decor instead- that I did NOT want or need. Who gives a credit for a return in 2023 and when competing with other online retail companies. I will NEVER purchase from this joke of a company again. Worst customer service and terrible shopping experience.

I was forced to purchase items I did not need because they only gave me a credit on my returns rather than a refund.

I was luckier than most, after waiting 7 weeks of waiting I rang to find out where my orders where. They couldn't be found. The company never rang back to let me know, but I was credited the money.

After reading a few reviews I feel I've been scammed by Zulily and that what I initially thought my mistake was theirs (but a mistake? Hmm)... and more common than I might think.
I've had 2 orders where there were duplicate items and they were some of the most recent. The first I thought my fault and let it go. The 2nd time there were not only duplicates but these were things in my basket that I had left there deciding not to order at the time. I DID NOT send the orders through and one of the items there was a duplicate. This order was about $100 worth and I didn't even know it was coming until they announced the delivery in an email. I checked their update emails when they came and also my orders on the site and both orders had been put in that way making it look like my mistake. I wrote them about it but all I received was a change-of-password email, nothing about what happened like someone must have hacked my account. If so, why would they have stuff I'd put in the basket sent to me? I was already receiving a few things in banged up boxes and a few scuffed that I kept anyway because they've stated no returns... so I wasn't ordering anything so easily anymore. Then this started happening.
I'm closing my account. After dozens of orders and now with this type of scam I'm through. I feel they should be investigated at this point.

Update- Oct 8th I recieved the rest of my order- 5 weeks and 1 day later... I only had to complain once;-)--- The worst quality yet... I wish I had the two or three week shipping they advertise, but it has been 4 weeks and my items still haven't even SHIPPED! I ordered some sweater dresses for my daughter which she will probably outgrow before they arrive. I also ordered a dress for myself, which arrived after 15 days but was 2 sizes smaller than the size chart which I carefully checked before ordering. I also received the shirt I ordered but it is cheap & small & SEE-THROUGH! It was not see through on the picture! These items are non-returnable for a reason... everyone would return them. The quality is poor when you actually receive them & the size is simply not correct, even though they list a size chart next to each item. I just received the brand name shirt I ordered for my son (I went to the local department store and tried on shirts with him to ensure the proper size first) and it was sooooo long it looked like a dress (my son is skinny and almost 6 feet tall so usually kids shirts are too short). He was laughing so hard he was crying 'cause it looked so WRONG. If you are looking for trinkets, this site might work but don't be in a hurry- 2 months is evidently a reasonable time frame for them.

LIES. The products that Zulily sells are factory seconds, defects, irregulars, mislabeled / inaccurate product descriptions, and dud and or flop products that do not sell in Department's store. Zulily does NOT disclose this information. Zulily is willing and knowingly sells the inferior products as top-quality products. Their goal is to offload all the inferior products they can on unsuspecting customers as close to full price as they can.
I bought a 2" mattress cover. Which shows up a thin not even 1/5 inch thick mattress cover that slides and does not stay on or stay put, I let it "fluff up" and air out due to the horrid smell of the product. At NO point on the entire mattress cover did it measure 2".
Zulily wanted to charge me an unreasonable return fee, almost what I paid for the product. This is how Zulily gets paid for their Crap products, it charges an outrageous return shipping and restocking fee to discourage any product return.
This company is criminal, unethical, LIERS and they sell CRAP products. Their return policy and fees are unreasonable.

Very poor quality cheap China products DON"T BUY the return policy is NONE and shipping is VERY long

ZULILLY IS GREAT QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE BUT NOT INSTANT GRATIFICATION! I have bought several items from Zuliliy and have been happy with every one. I understand that it takes awhile for my items to ship so I NEVER purchase anything I need quickly. I have been very pleased with the quality - my only complaint is that most of the items on the site are not my taste (too overloaded with embellishments) and it takes a while to go through the site to find items that I really love... but when I do - it is wonderful. I will continue to purchase from them.

Placed two orders from Zulily about 20 minutes apart. These were my first orders ever from this website. I understand that they are merely drop-ship order-takers, and don't have the merchandise on-site, so it takes a while for them to ship anything. Okay... I get that. So I wait a MONTH for the shoes to ship, and finally get a notification that they'll arrive the next day. Except they don't. Because Zulily, like so many other idiots these days looking for the worst possible experience for their customers, is trying to save every stinking penny and they choose the cheapest, crappiest shipping method: FedEx to the Post Office. Now, we all know how great the post office is (HUGE EYE ROLL). These idiots try to deliver both of my packages to my BUSINESS ADDRESS after 7 p.m., when it's CLOSED. Delivery exception! Customer not available! Day two: Delivery exception! Customer not available! Day three: Same crap! The packages end up going back to Zulily, who claims they never received them. I have to get my bank involved for two separate chargebacks. So, no shoes, I'm out more than $100 for more than two months, and I'm seething frigging angry that I ever decided to $#*! with these people. NEVER AGAIN.

***BUYER BEWARE*** Ordered from the site what I thought was great looking material at discounted rates. I received my items after a bunch of mayhem with charging my credit card and then canceling the charge and sending me an email requiring me to call again and confirm payment info. The items were of very poor quality and the sizes were all completely off. The quality of one of the pairs of shoes looked like they couldve come from a beauty supply store. Embellishment fell apart after one wear! VERY VERY DISSAPPOINTING. Will not be ordering from here AGAIN.

I placed my first order with Zulily last month. Upon placing my order, I then realized that it would take 12-16 business days for my items to even ship from their warehouse. That's disappointing. I ordered 3 pairs of maternity capris and one pair of maternity jeans. I followed their size chart & when I finally received the first pair of capris, they were already too small. I'm was only 3 months pregnant at the time & they were already too tight. Their sizing charts are not accurate for me. Their maternity tops will fit me just fine. In the future, I will not purchase maternity bottoms from them. When I discovered that the other 3 maternity bottoms I ordered will not fit, I called Zulily and spoke with a rep, who advised me that I was able to cancel the remaining capris and jeans and not be charged for them. Later that night, I got an email from Zulily saying that my remaining items shipped including the pants I cancelled earlier. I sent an email regarding this to customer service & got a phone call the very next day from a helpful rep. Though he couldn't obviously stop the items from arriving to my home, he was kind enough to refund the charges for the capris and jeans and told me to keep them if they fit fine and call for a return label if they do not. Zulily was kind enough to help me with my order and though I don't like the long wait for my items, somewhat inaccurate sizing charts & receiving my order in multiple shipments, I will still shop with them again. They have great deals for sure.

There has never been an issue that Zulily customer service has not ultimately resolved. Sometimes I get less helpful Cust Service reps but I ask for one of the more helpful Cust Service reps I have had in the past by name. I love 90% of what I have purchased - things that were sized wrong they have credited my credit card - the few times I have been offered a Zulily credit I have responded that the mistake was not mine - their size chart was inaccurate - and ultimately my credit card has been refunded. The ONLY thing they have asked me to send back has been the Reborn Collection made for Zulily - and, ironically, they admit that Reborn runs big - I am not sure why they wouldn't create a more exact sizing chart since it is a product made solely for them. But I requested a prepaid return label, was told they don't do that, I re-emphasized that, as a customer, I did my due diligence and I found it very problematic that they felt it was ok to expect me to pay for return shipping. They sent me a prepaid return label. I have issues with returns a almost every local brick and mortar store - it is rarely a smooth process - especially at high end stores. So, I think Zulily is a great service, I don't buy expensive things from them - just fun, trendy stuff - and ultimately they have yet to disappoint me. For those crucifying Zulily, I would ask how much effort, if any, you invested into getting whatever issues resolved. They truly desire to provide good customer service, fun products.
