On 2/6 I purchased the Rebel T5i 18.0 MP SLR Camera & 18-135mm Lens. I have been in communication with you frequently over the last month regarding the status of my order. The last time I spoke with you, a couple days ago, I was told that you were attempting to overnight my camera to me. Fast forward to today My husband just got off of the phone with one of your representatives and was told that when the overnight request failed that you just cancelled my order. I'm really confused as with all the communication I have had with you guys I have not been under the impression that I would not receive my camera. I see that there is another Canon camera on the site currently so I'm not sure why it's impossible to send me the one I ordered. I have bought 2 lenses and $200.00+ in other accessories contoured for this particular camera. I also have a friends wedding I have promised to shoot this Saturday. I have not let her know about this situation because I have been assured it would be taken care of. I have always linked friends and family to your site as you have always had such high quality customer support and resolution. I hope to continue to do so...

I have ordered 5 pairs of shoes from them and 3 pairs had defaults. One pair of Bearpaws was ripped and inside one of the shoe the sole had a lump... We get what we pay for basically.

I have been ordering from zulily for over a year now, and I have been very excited each time. They kids clothes are super cute and for a great price! I've read some of the other reviews on this site which talk about clothing not fitting correctly or not making the person look flattering when they wore it. Of course youre not going to think it looks right on you, when the model wearing it is 5'9 and 120 lbs! That's a selling tactic! All stores do it. So when you shop zulily really look at the item and think of whether or not it will actually look good on you, and not if it looks good on the model, because clothes will not make you look like the model. Be realistic about what you are purchasing and you will be happy with your purchase. Again, I've order a few things for myself, tons for my kids (including shoes which I was really really happy about), and even gagdets for the kitchen and they have all been amazing! They sell real brands (like Carter's, little tykes, fisher price, etc). They do sell some cheaper made brands too so you do really have to look at what you are buying. But if you are realistic in your expectations and what you are buying then you will be excited at your purchase, as I have always been.

I have wasted around $1K on this website (I am a shopaholic). And CANT EVEN RETURN ANY OF THIS TRASH I HAVE BOUGHT. Their pictures looks good, but when you actually receive it :)) )) I cant even express my words. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. I love all the unusual items you find, I love all the beautiful rugs they have on Zulily for a fraction of what they cost in the store, and most of all I love the CUSTOMER SERVICE ZULILLY gives! They are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond for the company you should do they are right up there with all the higher up mail order online outlets.

I ordered two dresses for my daughter from this site and as of today, exactly ONE MONTH later, I still haven't received them. Not to mention the fact that they charged me $7 for shipping, which seems like a lot for two small children's dresses but I guess since they apparently are shipping them BY FOOT, I shouldn't be surprised at the cost. I sent an email to their customer service dept. about a week ago and they responded by telling me that it takes 10-14 business days for them to ship items (a little fact they neglect to mention anywhere on their site), and then gave me a very helpful definition of "business days". Thanks a lot, but I know what a business day is, and it had already been 15 business days since I placed my order when I contacted them! These folks are slow and stupid, and once you factor in the shipping costs plus the fact that your child may very well have outgrown anything you order off the site by the time it arrives, there are definitely NO bargains to be found on zulily.

If your ordering jewelry this site is great. But if your ordering clothes or shoes - DON'T DO IT! They have a store credit ONLY return policy. Stuck with alot of product that don't fit.

I ordered a King comforter. I received a package that was labeled King but the comforter was a Queen and was indicated a Queen on its label. I requested a refund. I'm being charged a restocking fee along with being charged return postage... THE ERROR WAS YOUR'S, NOT MINE! I will NEVER order from Zulily again and you shouldn't either.

Placed order #1 Nov 12 & #2 Nov 14. On Nov 17 order #1 canceled and order #2 not shipping till Dec 8! Items were ordered in anticipation of using items for Thanksgiving. Now it defeats the purpose.

The best luck that I have had is on products that I am already familiar with. Sometimes the clothes aren't sized accurately. But, I watch for the brands that I love and have found amazing deals!

HATE IT! This is the 2nd order and the 2nd time the clothes are RIDICULOUSLY too small! I KNOW what size i wear! This time, i saw this beautiful dress. So I went UP a size. NOPE! It came today after over a week of waiting. And shock. ITS TOO SMALL. WHAT THE F*CK is up with this? The first order, was a pair of jeggings. They were SO SMALL. At least by 4 sizes. There is NO way. NO EFFIN WAY they were the size i ordered. But the label said they were. I was totally disappointed..

It's a good site with a lot of excellent deals... but I suggest you think long and hard before hitting that purchase button.
I have bought far too many things from this site, and have several issues with it.
1. almost all - if not all - of the items are non-returnable/non-exchangable
2. Don't buy it if you need it in a hurry, because I just received an item I'd purchased well over a month ago. This has happened before.
3. sometimes, the items are a tad... off? I bought a shirt for my son and a spring windbreaker for my daughter, and both were flawed. The applique on my son's shirt was not positioned correctly, as the embroidery over top of it was off and the writing on the shirt was partially covered, and my daughter's jacket wasn't sewn correctly over the velcro tabs. As a result...
4. I'm thinking sometimes companies sell their slightly flawed items through Zulily, hoping people won't notice or care because the discount is so high.
Out of every ten items I've purchased (told you I bought a lot), one is a stinker and waste of money. Yes, I could contact them and complain, but if it's non-refundable and you know it up front, I'm not expecting much love in return. Literally and figuratively!
I did contact customer service once regarding an item I'd purchased and they were prompt in response. So, I can't complain about that.

NEVER AGAIN. Zulily is a site where you order merchandise and they place the order for that merchandise after their little sale is over. You sit and wait and wait and wait - to save a couple of dollars and Zulily gets to have no left over stock. Great for them - bad for me the customer.
On November 29th, I ordered some gift items. I received an email stating I could order for the next 24 hours and get free shipping. I ordered 3 more gift items. The next day I got an email congratulating me that my order was complete and I did a good job picking stuff to order. Then I got an email telling me how Zulily works. Had I known this up front - I would never have ordered and I will never order again.
It is now 2 weeks and my stuff is not even at Zulily yet. I ordered these items for Chanukah, which starts day after tomorrow. I have no idea if my stuff will reach me by the end of Chanukah or not, because all they care about on the site is Christmas. It will definitely not be here for my party in 2 days.
Tip for consumers:
Beware - you wait a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks to get the items you ordered.

Registered and ordered three items, via PayPal, for daughter on the 4th of March, 2012, for the first time, checked Paypal and transaction was completed. Checked Zulily account on the 8th, stated "Items are in transit to Zulily" (Ok), checked account again the 16th, stated "Items are in transit to Zulily" (Huh?), checked on the 20th, stated "Your order is confirmed." (WTF), the order status went backwards. Sent two e-mails making a simple request - Cancel order and refund payment. Received two automated e-mails stating will get back to me as soon as possible. On the 24th opened a dispute claim against Zulily through PayPal's resolution center and escalated it. On the 27th, they've cancelled the order, but have not issued a refund. Will keep Paypal (PP Buyer Protection is awesome by the way!) updated, and Site Jabbers.

I have ordered from Zulily for a couple of years. In fairness many of the items have been what they advertised. Shipping is a shot in the dark - never know when an order will arrive.
I recently order a digital therapy machine for my husband who has had a lot of pain from a bad fall. It did arrive quickly. The problem is that the first thing I read in the instruction book "Danger! Do not use this unit if you are using an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker or other life-maintaining device." THIS INFO WAS NOT LISTED ON THE PAGE DESCRIPTION! My husband has a pacemaker and several other medical issues. His doctor said it could kill him because it works on RF (radio frequency) and it could interrupt the pacemaker.
Zulily was not nice about the return nor did they seem a to care. I was being charged 8.95 return shipping. I tried contacting beautyko the manufacturer listed in the operating and the phone was discontinued. I did find where Amazon won a 3.6 million dollar lawsuit in Dec 3017. Law firm Stoel Rives in Seattle represented Amazon. I believe QVC owns Zulily and they are all based in Seattle.
Tip for consumers:
Be cautious and make sure you love something enough to risk ordering it. Sometimes they will just credit the price of the item. Be willing to pursue any issues - it can pay off.

Yes, I have to wait for most items I buy, but I am a bargain buyer and I have not found anytthing that can beat theri prices, unless it is used in ebay. And yes they charge $9 to send things back but I buy so much from them the $9 you can send back 5 items at a time. I have bought linen dresses from them made in Italy and they take a while to get to me, but I could not afford them in even a discount store. Soooooo I LOVE ZULILY! And I heve never had a problem with customer service.
