I'm in Canada and was Leary of this site but I've ordered more stuff off here than I will need for several summers!
The majority of clothes were very nice a few rotten ones as well, their an odd site as they allowed me to donate a dress and credit my credit card, another time they credited my zulily account and a third I had to return but had no problems getting my money back.
I try to buy americian made and stay away from rayon (skrinks, wrinkles, gets homes in it awful).
Not to say some of the dresses were not worth the money as they def were not, I complained right away and always got a resolvement.
Shipping time was expected to be long as they clearly state this, I like how they notify you with tracking when it was sent, I like that you can email, call or msgner them and they are very good at customer service without a doubt.
I like that shipping is flare rate of 9 bucks for as much as you can order in clothes lol.
This site is worth checking out for Canadians and Americans I have received some gorgeous dresses and very unique, it's a fun way too shop.

Zulliy for women's clothing and shoes wasn't a good experience for me. Spent alot of money on very poor quality clothing that I regretted as soon as I Finally received it. They sent me the wrong shoes. One blouse I received was laughable, it wasn't even a patteren stiched together to wear. It was a true rag. I called coustomer service to return all my items. They said I could, but I'd receive zulily credit. I could only imagine the exchange of crap for crap I would have recieved, so I decided to cut my losses and never to order from them again. We all have our own opinons. My is, this site has great pictures don't buy into the hype. Buyers BEWEAR with women's clothing and shoes.

On November 25th I ordered my little girl a strider bike for Christmas. It had been two weeks so I called to see where it was and when it will be here. They told me "it takes about 10-14 business days. Okayyyy so I should have it anyway. So Saturday (December 13th) I call to see what's going on and they tell me it says it's going to be shipped on Monday. Wth I was suppose to have it by then. So today (November 16th) I call again and they told me its been delayed and should be shipped this week. Now I'm furious because we are going out of town for Christmas leaving this Friday and my little girl isn't getting her bike that I ordered THREE weeks ago and still HAS NOT even been SHIPPED. So I canceled my order, went to Amazon and ordered the bike for cheaper and am getting it in two days. Why the heck didn't I do that in the first place. I would not recommend this sight to anyone. You can get the same stuff plus shipped faster and a lot better costumer service on Amazon

I've been shopping on zulily for over 8yrs. Almost each order has had a problem. Sometimes it's the wrong color, size, scent, and damaged. I Have to say that customer service is great and they do quickly remedy the issue. Whether they refund or credit, and sometimes resend if possible. My confidence in them is fading quickly as I have placed 9+ orders totaling over $700. Almost every package had an issue. This is not an exaggeration. Although Zulily has some great deals and items, as well as great customer service they need to get better management for their warehouses. Today I received a reorder of facial masks due to only receiving 1 out of 10 of my original order. Well I again only received 1 mask again! How does one not understand a set of 10? And to do it again. Really? Whoever packed it couldn't use common sense. Who would order 1 face mask in a single foil pack? Usually they come as a set in boxes. Although I enjoy buying on zulily I have lost confidence in them. I hope they can fix the problems with their warehouses so they don't lose their customers.

The Worst Customer service the personnel FLIP and abusive they took 2 weeks to charge my cc then 2weeks to ship the stuff finally arrived but incomplete in 2 different pkgs and the one thing they sent wrong size an 2 items on the Bill but not in pkg to wish they said they will refund yea right in 5 to 6 weeks really? The first agent in a hostile way told me WELL CANCELL yea right so u can keep my $ and he was beyond rude the 2 things finally arrived looked cheap! Not well made but then they did Pre warn no returns my grands were here from Alaska and I PROMISED this items do not buy the deal looks to good to b true because it is!

Apparently zulilly CLAIMS they cannot change prices after purchase but that is false. I usually like to use Wayfair for large items as I LOVE their return policy but zulilly had a rug I've been eyeing on sale for $20 cheaper so I made the leap and purchased it at $79.99! It was an Ends Soon sale and 10:02pm so I knew I needed to make my purchase that night because the sale was over at 6am. I continued through the purchase, added a $14.99 board game, only paid $8.43 in shipping and bam! Confetti and all purchase complete and I went to bed. I woke up and saw the $103.41 charge posted to my bank account but my zulilly receipt said something completely different. $340.71. I immediately called and basically they talked me in circles saying they don't see the $79.99 price only $279.99 and they are actually holding $340.71 on my bank account (which was not the case and I never authorized). They claimed they could not adjust and without me having a snapshot of paying the $79.99 they have no proof that existed. I sent in my bank payment showing the amount charged for the 2 items but they could only send it to their fraud dept and if they are not willing to honor the advertised price last night since I have no other proof other than the charge to my bank account they have no choice but to cancel my entire order. Lesson learned TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU PAY WITH A BREAKDOWN! Do NOT trust the email! Side note I also missed out on the Wayfair sale so now I will be waiting rugless until I find another I like or Wayfair has another sale in a few weeks. Now deleting the zulilly app for good!

I ordered my granddaughter 2 pairs of boots. One pair is on the way (i guess) and the other is still "in transit to Zulilly". Where in the world is Zulilly? I ordered these boots 10/4/17!

I ordered it ms worth 400$ and all clothing items. All the sizes given when you choose an item are wrong! I ened up wasting so much money and im upset to the core. Esp tops worth 35$ and so - the quality is so bad, so BAD! The material is like a flimsy rag cloth. Horrrible! China made i wud suppose. When i found zulily i thot i found my forever shopping paradise and i was a fool id say. The top/dresses look something online and when u get them dey luk bad. Deceiving is the word. Plus their return policy is the worst EVER. IM SUPPOSED TO SHIP Things back somehwere ohio or penn or something. Can u believe after giving dem business worth 400 bucks and up i have to yet again spend my money to ship things bck due to their fault! And mind u sizes aint like one size up. Ladies and maybe guys reading this review, I absolutely RECOMMEND buying from there ready to ship tab (if you live in the U. S) because those items got to me very very quickly especially coming from a site notorious for terrible shipping. I purchased ten things on the the 3rd of January. Only one of the items were from a flash sale event therefore that specific item needed to get to Zulily before it got to me. All of the rest (9 items) were purchased from there "ready to ship" tab. I purchased from there ready to ship items because I heard of the horrendous shipping speed from them, so I figured if things were already at their warehouses I'd get my items faster. I got one of the ready to ship items on the 7th which is ridiculously fast coming from Zulily. The other ready to ship (8 items) have come in today which is the 12th. The item I bought from the flash sale has not arrived yet, but it already has shipped out and will get to me on Friday, the 16th. The ready to ship tab has a $#*! ton of clothing and took me ages to look through it all, but I'm actually pretty damn pleased with what I got. Hope this helps. Happy shopping

I have had wonderful experience with Zulilly and I've been shopping well spent around 6-800 dollars so far for Christmas. The first time I ordered a glass pitcher it came broken. I called and they gave me a refund no problem. I waited for a few months then ordered Laura Ashley baby girls dresses. They came and were adorable. Then I began to rethink and started watching and well I have spent a boat load for Christmas.
For those of you complaining of how long it took... for crying out loud... the web site explains that to you! READ FIRST people. U buy from them at a discount. They then get it from the company of the item you bought. Then that is shipped to Zulilly. Then Zullily ships to you. It is all explained to you. If you're in such a hurry... don't shop Zulilly. Be patient. I have ordered many things from kitchen items, to craft items or kick knacks, purses. I have had not one single problem.
I would suggest if you're going to be complaining about the quality of items... it is NOT Zulilly's problem... they do not make this stuff. Research where you can, as I have done the company you're buying from. Read! Research! Patience! You can find really good deals here. Just be patient. Merry Christmas to All!

I've been ordering ALOT from Zulily since 2016 and have been pleased for the most part. I've had problems with receiving merchandise that I've already paid for and for the most part I've received credit. Except for this past July 31st I didn't receive quite a few items and have NEVER gotten a response from Zulily or credit which is very upsetting

ZULILY IS FANTASTIC... Never been so happy with website ordering. THE VENDORS ARE NUMEROUS AND PRICES ARE DRASTICALLY REDUDUCED. The key, I think is read at the bottom of the item you are ordering the Shipping days. DIFFERENT. VENDORS HAVE DIFFERENT SHIP DATES Those dated are to Zulily. THEN ZULILY THEN HAS TO SHIP TO YOU. I wouldn't say that the clothing on this site is reject goods... there are a lot of good brands that come and go, it's just all about what's on sale at the moment that they are able to get their hands on and still make some sort of profit. Lots of good stuff, but most of it didn't actually seem like an outstanding bargain to me. ($39.95 for an under armour hoodie. I could wait a few months and go into our local blacksheep and buy any under armour hoodie I want for $39.95).
I placed an order with this company and spent the standard amount for 4 blouses and a pair of workout pants. Around $100. And I was very disappointed when I saw that my order wouldn't even be shipped to me until 2-3 weeks after my order was placed! I just couldn't do that. So was the bargain worth it? No. I needed to get new clothes for a new job I just started and was not willing to wait 2-3 weeks. Also, the site is fairly complicated to navigate. They group things together by designs and I would much rather just browse a list of everything and use a filter as necessary.

Ordered 5 items on august 29. It took a couple of weeks to get one of the items. I loved it; it was a great price and I got compliments on it the two times I've worn it.
After 2-1/2 weeks, I received two more items: a maxi dress and a top. I cannot wear either one: The maxi dress is flowy hi/low. Fabric is shorter on the sides, but the material doesn't lay right and really sticks out from the sides of the waist. Makes your hips look a lot bigger. Very strange, and I don't think most women would even buy the dress. The shirt is kind of weird.
On all of these items, there is only one picture and I came to realize, they are on mannequins, not modeled on real people.
Fourth item was a halter shirt. Again, cute in the picture, on a mannequin, size medium (which I am). Put it on and the front dips down so low I cannot wear it. The halter is stretchy, so you can't tie and adjust it -- it is the length it is. Again, couldn't see that from the picture when I bought it.
Fifth and final item is a dress. Zulily still has not received it from the manufacturer even though they were supposed to ship to me 5 days ago. I anticipate this item will take from 4 to 5 weeks to receive. I hope I can use this dress.
So, great prices. Spent $84 on 5 items. But, 3 of them I can't wear and they are not returnable. IF the final piece fits me, I will have two articles of clothing for $84. I could have gotten the same in stores for a lot less.
Due to the no-return policy, poor item descriptions and pictures, I will not take a chance on this company again.

If you are willing to gamble on their clothes, you won't be disappointed. If it doesn't fit you right, you are stuck with garments you can't wear or return for a refund.

I actually LOVE to shop Zulily, I am sad about this review however over the past 5 days I have had the WORST customer service ever! My phone froze and purchased almost $100 of items in my cart, and cleared my bank account. As soon as I noticed I called Zulily and was told that because the transaction had happened not even an hour ago that I should see the funds back in my account within hours. NOT THE CASE! I let the weekend go, and waiting until Monday, still nothing. I e-mailed and was told 3-5 buisness days. This is 100% unacceptable! Zulily used to not ask you to return things that they shipped incorrectly or sold to you incorrectly, they would give you a credit and ask you to donate the items. (Which I always do / did) Now they want you to go through the hassle of sending Items back, after you waited close to 3 weeks or longer to get your item. If they are going to act like big business retailer, then I accept fund to be returned same day just like a big business retailer. NOT the case. I wish I could say I will never shop here again, but the kids clothes are just too damn cute, I will however be looking at Amazon before I make a final purchase as most of time I can find the same thing, cheaper priced, and always have free shipping and get it faster. That's another thing, after I make a purchase I don't get my free shipping for a day or two anymore! LAME LAME LAME: (

I purchased a ton of tunics from Zulily's (Reborn Collection) and most of them are very beautiful. I constantly receive compliments, from family and friends and from strangers on the street, more than I have ever received for anything I have ever worn. Careful though, the colors are much brighter and intense than what we see in the picture. I purchased a black tunic with red dots and a red vine design that was quite beautiful on the picture but when I received it, I found the colors almost blinding.
BUT, I purchased three items from the Simply Couture brand - I thought they were absolutely lovely on the pictures - but they are unbelievably cheap. I purchased a vest - on the picture the knit seemed rather tight - that has to be the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever purchased. The knit is slack, thin and very fuzzy, as though tiny threads of yarn were sticking out ALL OVER. I wouldn't wash my bathtub with it. So, I am now VERY careful when I purchase from Zulily. I examine the fabrics as closely as I can and I try to imagine everything that could go wrong in the purchase of this garment... because a lot of things do go wrong with certain brands (in fact their clothes are unwearable).
Delivery time is exceptionally slow it's true, many tunics I have bought from the Reborn Collection are well worth the wait. When I wear them on the street, I actually turn heads, which I can't believe, since I am 62!

Zulily is a ripoff! If what they are selling are "designer" clothes, then then my horse is really a Unicorn! STAY AWAY! Clothes were from freakin Mexico, smelled AWFUL, were the tiniest size 12s EVER! Cheaply made, sizing is ridiculous, and waited 23 days to get! The BBB should be chock full of complaints about this site! Pix do NOT match what you actually end up with! NEVER AGAIN!

I was excited to order from Zulily. The markdowns were drastic--or so it seemed.
I was disappointed.
For one thing, the order took a month to get to me. Zulily waits to get a bunch of orders, then sends them out all a once. My guess is that they are dealing with overseas manufactures. Trouble with this ordering plan is that I had order 3 tunics. Two of those were back-ordered again, the third was sent. I canceled the two back-ordered items because I wanted the tunics during winter. When the one finally arrived, spring was already in the process. I can still wear it on some days, but I wish I gotten it sooner in the season.
In addition, the tunic's fabric pattern wasn't exactly as shown on the site, the pattern that I really liked. But its quality wasn't too bad, but certainly not quality for the ORIGINAL price as shown when I ordered.
Overall, not a very well run business. The marketers they employ are great. They can get people to visit and buy their products. The complaints department is also good. They get right back to the customer. The rest, the ordering and the products themselves, leave the customer wanting.

Order at least a month before you plan to wear or use the item.

When ordering from this site be very careful The picture makes the clothing look so nice only to receive the package and say Oh no not again the material is cheap half of the time my granddaughter only gets to wear the stuff once before it falls apart. I am afaid to wash the stuff in the washing machine so most of the time I wash the stuff by hand so that it doesn't fall apart. They say the orders will take 6-10 days to get here when I have waited up to 2 months for orders. At the present time I am waiting on an order that they say they delivered to me on march 28 and I never received I have been calling, sending emails no response I am mot saying that I have not ever been satisfied with some of there stuff because I have they do have certain vendors that sell very high quality clothing including mia bella couture, speecless and a few others but they should really look into the mercants that they except on there site before letting them use there name because the quality of there stuff is going to bring them down some of the stuff looks like it was sewn by someone with there eyes blindfolded and forget about trying to return something its a nightmare sending email and you have to send picture and phone calls customers just beware when ordering and just order one thing at a time from a certain brand name just to see the quality of the product there is a reason they have a no return policy!

I've ordered three times from this company - the first time I ordered was a couple of Christmas's agoI ordered in early December and the order was delivered in January. So much for that Christmas present. Ordered again a few months ago and gave myself PLENTY of time to deliver before my friend's birthday - that order arrived in 5 weeks. My most recent order was placed on 02/07/16 and I just received a shipping notification that says I should get my order around 03/07/16.
My comment is about the service - I asked about my order and why it takes so long to ship... they said something along the lines of "we consolidate shipments, so we can save everyone money"I find this interesting considering some of items I ordered were shipped via Fed-X and some via UPS - you can't consolidate with two different shipping companies.
At any rate, I put up with the fact that I might wait 6 weeks to get an order - that seems ridiculous. If I can find it on Amazon for close to the same price I go there and I know my order will arrive in two days and I can return it if necessary.
