Old adage "you get what you pay for". Clothes are very poor quality and sizes are no where near correct. Will never order again.

Pictures of their styles looked very nice but after you get it it's very poor. Don't bother buying from them go to a better site!

Just wish you ran specials on free shipping once and a while and your return items were credited to the account that was used! Not zulily credit.

I bought my daughter's Frozen party decorations on May 25. Her party was on June 7th. Extraordinarily upset because I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE AND IT'S JUNE 13th! I had to race to Wal-Mart two days before her birthday party because her decorations HADN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT WHEN I CALLED THEM. The best part was the Return Policy. No returns? WTF? Funny though how my credit card was charged immediantly after placing my order. This company completely snows you with their low prices and just kills you with shipping and arrival times! NEVER AGAIN WILL I NOT CHECK CONSUMER REVIEWS ONLINE!

I have made about 4-5 orders on Zulily, and here's what I have learned from the experience. 1. Shipping takes MUCH longer than normal online shopping, that is because of their unique business structure or something and you ARE warned on their site that it will take a long time to ship, tracking is provided, so I just know better than to place sn order if I want it immediately!
2. If you don't recognize the brand, or it's not a brand specific event, most likely you are buying overpriced crap. Zulily is good if you love Toms or Puma or whatever brand and they happen to be featured. I have definitely gotten some cheap flimsy stuff. Don't fall for some no name anything simply because the photo looks good or they titled the sale event "get the look: breakfast in Venice";-)
3. Don't buy into their last minute, panic inducing scam! Most of these items keep coming up again and again. Also, any item I have been able to look up on amazon to price-compare has been the SAME price on amazon or sometimes cheaper! Also, spend $25 on amazon and it ships free, but zulily has expensive shipping... And super slow delivery! For the same shipping cost you can probably get it in 2 day shipping from amazon!
4. My main issue with zulily is the very fake "comparison" prices. I found the Polaroid camera they had advertised for $179 (compare at $329) on amazon for $159! I can't always find an item elsewhere to compare, but I assume they are using this dishonest technique all over the site to temp you to spend outrageous amounts on cheap, flimsy overstock by lying about the "original" price. I don't think I'll be shopping on their site or app anymore... Maybe window shop, then go to amazon to buy it cheaper and get free shipping!

I wish I could give a 0 star. Horrible company. Very unprofessional staff. Horrible shipping. No returns with barely anything looking/fitting as pictures shows. A month or so to receive purchased goods, if you receive them and honestly not that much cheaper from any sale item you can find anywhere in stores or online from a better website. Also, I stopped an order before it got sent out to avoid a bad experience after being told it wouldnt be shipped for about 3weeks. Zulily customer service canceled order and I asked for email confirmation to where the customer service representative replied "Im not sure if you can get confirmation of that. Sometimes we send email confirmation or cancelation and sometimes we do not" I asked to speak with someone of higher authority, he put me on hold and came back and said that is not possible. Really right now! Get your company together people! Look at your online reviews - 1star is the most frequent rating. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, even if you fall in love with an item in the picture-you can probably find it elsewhere or from actual company selling it online.

Zulily has great prices and fast shipping. They always have the best brands and other thing you do not get to see.
