This is the worst company ever! First I get slooooowwww shipping (2-3 months) and I receive what I didn't order. I orderd a XL pants and they sent a 3X? And the shirt I orderd was not right, NOTHING LOOKS LIKE IN THE PICTURES! This is a scam. They take your money and send you junk cheap quality China made stuff. Save your money

I tried several times and their quality was consistently awful. Thin, see through fabric, and the item not looking anything like the picture.

I like Zulily but their shipping is to high I can't shop as much as I would like to and Im stuck with outfits that I can't even wear. It would be a 5star if it wasn't for these issue

I placed an order on June26 finally got some of the order an July 16th. Every thing is sized smaller than regular plus sizes. I didn't receive 2 dresses that I ordered but after seeing the one I got I wish I had never placed and paid for the order. The material in the clothes is so cheap and doesn't look at all what the picture showed. I am going to post on Facebook for no one to order from this website. BIG BIG RIPOFF. I HAD BETTER GET THE OTHER 2 DRESSES THAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR SO I CAN GIVE THEM TO A CHARITY WITH THE RST OF THIS JUNK MERCHANDISE. THANKS ZULILY FOR NOTHING.

Was looking for christmas giftsn2 days ago on zulily. No way to save what u are interested in other than place i shopping cart. I had racked up $719 worth of stuf that I now needed to review and select from. The "purchase" key is right above the backbutton on the phone, and I accidentally brushed it. It immediately purchased the items. I had contacted zulily by phone in less than a minute. Was told that my funds had already been "captured", but they would cancel the items. Within qt" I received an email showing the items as cancelled. Still showed as pending on my checking accounf. Today the $719 has posted, the funds have been removed from my checking account. My bank (Chase) says Zulily has 1t days to return the money. Zulily told me just now 3 to 5 days. Whatever, zulily now has the use of my $719 for days, meaning they get interest off of my money. And I dont have any money for christmas purchases until it is returned to me, at their discretion. Beware and be warned, zulily is a company that will screw you as quickly as possible.

The phone app sucks as the whole company i placed an order once and that was enough for the app to keep my info save so any one that grabs my phone can placed an order. As happen to my when my 4 yrs old daughter placed a over 400.oo order on the 20th, i called on the 21st as soon as I found out by checking my bank account an i was told by an agent that only 36.oo of the over 400.oo order could be order because the other items where already process, they opened a ticket an said that they were going to call me however i called again a few hrs later, because i need it the money to pay my bills spoke with a supervisor who guarantee that they were going to stop the order she called the bank etc i had the money back in my account on the 22nd i decided to paid my bills, but what a surprise that on the 23rd they decided to process the order and remove the money so now am being change by the bank for overcharging the account, hopping for my bill payments to clear otherwise will have to pay extra fees and have to track a stupid order that i didn't placed in order to return the items... crazy that i called on the 21st to cancel and order was process on the 23rd after money was refund and everything... what a nasty way to treat customers

I've place 2 orders and both became situations. The first order was for both my 1yr old and 3yr old. I bought 2 pair of shoes for my 1 yr old and 1 pair for my 3yr old. When the shoes FINALLY came, the shoes for my 1yr old fit but the other pair didn't. She just got into a size 9 so it should have had some room for growth in it. SHE COULDN'T EVEN PUT THE SHOES ON! The size inside stated 9 but it didn't fit like a 9. I received a credit after sending a full detailed email.
So, I used the credit to buy 2 pair of shoes for my 3yr old. Well... again it took several days just for it to get to the company from wherever! Today, they shipped but it showed on the email notification that my address was incorrect - part of my old address and part of my new address. I immediately called FedEx to see if they could catch the error. I was told to call Zulily since the label was created 5 min earlier. I called. Spoke to Ryan and he told me within 5 min, the label was created and the package left! Load of boo boo. I know they could have created another label. He told me to let it be received at the address and then send it back. HELLO... the address it went to does not exist. I was very frustrating because I really thought the shoes were cute and we've been waiting such a long time; now there's an even longer wait. I at least had someone to contact me back after I sent a follow-up email today. I was told I would get a refund in about 3-5 days. If these shoes do come from China area, I at least have a better shipping experience getting the same kind of shoe from EBAY.

I have the same complaint it seems as everyone. I have ordered from Zulilly a couple of times but after my last order I will NOT be ordering from them again. It does take forever to get the cloths but knowing this I always order a size up. This last time I ordered 6 Duck Duck Goose outfits... every single one of them came FALLING APART. Litterally falling apart at the seems. The outfits I ordered were panks, long sleeves onsies with attached tutus and matching headbands. The headbands are crap but thats not why I ordered the outfits. They looked like cute play outfits for my daughter... play outfits forget it! She can't even move in them without something ripping! And no they are not to small they are just that poorly made. I got them each for $10 they normally go for $20 who in their right mind would pay $20 for this craptastic outfits is beyond me. And guess what NO RETURNS! So I am stuck with them. I can't seem to find Duck Duck Goose's website so Zulilly take the fall here. How can they claim to sell "name brands" at discount prices when they will peddle off any crap that comes in?

Interesting to read all these reviews. Here's my "two cents" -
1) It doesn't make sense to complain about shipping time. It's stated very clearly. If you need things FAST, get Amazon Prime - you'll get your order in 2 days. I rarely order from Zulily because of shipping times.
2) Re quality. I ordered a blouse one time and it went directly in my give-away box. A piece of junk. After that, I only buy brands I know. A Coleman lantern. Carter's kids socks. I will never again buy clothes or shoes unless I've seen and tried on the exact item in a store.
3) They make it clear there are no returns, so it's hard to complain about that either. That problem is taken care of as long as you order only what you're sure about - brands you know, sizes you're sure of, etc.
4) Based on shipping time and no return policy, I rarely even look at Zulily. I stopped the daily emails and just go to the website when I'm looking for an interesting gift and have plenty of time. Obviously, I'm not a big fan of Zulily, but contrary to many reviews here, I've had extremely positive experiences with their Customer Service department. I used to shop Zulily more than I do now. On 3 occasions what I got was not what I ordered. In one case I ordered a cute wood toy. There were 2 versions - one for a boy, one for a girl. I received the wrong one - and when I contacted them they said they were sorry. They would send me the correct toy. I asked about returning the original (assumed they would pay postage), but they said I could just keep it.
Another time I ordered booties (NOT a brand I knew). They were adorable and quality was fine, but they were for a 3-mo old baby and they were huge! I measured them and took a picture with the ruler in the photo. They didn't have a replacement, so they refunded my money - and again told me to keep the booties.
So I have mixed feelings. They are what they are. Their sales model is not one I like, so I stopped getting their emails and just check them out occasionally. It's fun to browse Zulily, but I don't take them very seriously.
P.S. I have Amazon Prime. Not only do I love the 2-day shipping, but Amazon generally has great prices, often the same as Zulily's "sale" price.
