The TV advertising finally got to me and I placed an order. Should have tried 1 product first, but instead I ordered 3 pairs of shoes a dress and a top. Was shocked when I received the delivery. I wear a size 9 and ordered some flats in a size 10 -- and they were too small. The sizes are weird. Bought 2 pairs of heels. When I opened 1 shoe box, the shoes were covered in a weird dirt and a hairy dust. I have no idea where they came from or where they were stored, but not in the shoe box. Gross and disgusting. I wiped them off with a damp paper towel which turned black, so clearly my feet are going to turn black if I wear them. Not knowing what the weird dirt was, I probably won't dare to put them on my feet. The other pair was super cheap - fake wood, fake leather and had a very strong chemical smell. Extremely uncomfortable - I will never wear them. So 3 pairs of shoes I can't return. I don't think a consignment shop will take them, so I'll dump them brand new and unworn in the "clothes donation" box at the local shopping center. What a waste of money.
The top was definitely junk, but a cute style. So I thought I could wear with nicer quality skirt and jewelry to camoflauge the junk quality. But when I put it on I noticed a small stain and - though I'm a true size M I couldn't button the buttons across the chest, too tight. Can't return so it's a total loss. To the donation box.
Don't know where to begin with the dress - again, junk. Had a smell, hung strangely.
I don't know where they get the junk they sell but I feel like an idiot for having purchased something that I couldn't return. Please don't waste your time or money.

Total junk - do NOT spend the money!

Order #******* I placed my order on Feb 26,2014 only to realise that my order will not be shipped until March 14 as the day came closer it was changed to March 17 thwnI got an email asking me to update payment information soI checked my bank to make sure the payment came out od my account which it did on the same day I placed my order when I called the company I was told that the payment was returned to my account on March 2 no such thing the next day I received another email saying there was a glitch in the system and my payment was successfully received and they were sorry for the mistake and to disregard the first email today March 19 I called to ask if my order has been shipped only to be told that my payment did not go through I wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering. Now I do not know if I would ever get my money back or my order at this point and time I would be happy to get my money back but since they claim they did not receive it so if something seems too good to be true it usually is, BUYER BEWARE

I ordered watches for my nieces for Christmas and boy am I glad I did it early. I didnt know I was going to wait a month for them to ship.

I like doing business with American companies and go out of my way to find them. I researched Zulity and it's history, I saw that their corporate office was located in Seattle and felt comfortable that by all ways Of cross checking I had available to me they were an American company. When I saw the difference from the time my order was placed to the estimated delivery time (more than a month away) immediately I dug deeper to see that it was in face delay - because the consumer is under the impression that they are buying American, when in fact they are purchasing items from CHINA! They are LIARS! They are underhanded in the way they do business and they leave their employees at the call center's holding the bag to try and explain the situation (that can not be explained if you ask me - not without telling the whole truth - they are ripping people off!) I have to say that the people at the call centers are merely doing their jobs. The CEO, CFO, Preisent - ANY one at the top of the employee needs to wake up! Americans are done being lied to - we WILL act with our wallets and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure EVERYONE knows the truth about your company. Hmmm... wonder what the Better Business Bureau would feel about your false advertising... or even some of the fraudulent departments within the FBI... this hell will go on a LONG, LONG for you... as it should!

Must also chime in with the incredible wait time on items. I ordered some items on July 17th, it is now 2 August and I am still waiting on the items! I am now afraid of what I might get based on some other customer reviews. It is true that you can find their items on other sites for the same price or a little higher. It has been so long since I placed the order I actually forgot what my items looked like so I did a search using the name of the items from the tracking info. I found each thing I ordered from Zulily on other sites, most of them at the same price without the WEEKS LONG wait time. I have had things frieght forwarded (domestic shipping then international shipping) from the US to Central America that arrived at my door step in less time than it has taken Zulily to ship domestically.
Update: It's Monday 5 August. Delivery status update says my package has been delivered but I have no merchandise. Delivery time was at 7:52 PM on Saturday, you read that right 8PM on a Saturday. I called Zulily to inform them that although the package says delivered I never recieved the items and that I thought the delivery time was quite odd. I was informed by Zulily customer service that it is common for items NOT YET DELIVERED to be marked delivered and that I should wait a few more days to see if I recieve my package. If I don't receive my already marked delivered package in a few days, I will have to wait 10 additional days for any hope of a refund. The 10 additional days are so they can declare it lost in the mail.

Ordered took 23 days to receive, immediately called to return - had the run around... finally recd ok to send them back (2 prs shoes TWO sizes too small) Sent pkg back same day I received it-took it to PO personally... it has been 11 days.and they say they haven't reced. Called PO seems they deliver to a certain address THEN Fed Ex picks it up and it can take another 1o days for it to get to THEM... and then they have to process it... was told I would get a refund. Then they stated a store credit... NOT... called my CC company and refused the charge... the lady at the PO says they have ALOT of calls because the original return is SMARTPOST and people don't understand they then switch to FED EX... sent to CA and now had to travel back to NEV... they do this so that your CC cycle is over 30 days BUYER BEWARE... some items are returnable some are not... it takes them so long to get your order to you because they wait until all orders are placed THEN they place their order... they are a middle man...

I ordered two outdoor storage cabinets. I received the confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. When I went back to check the status a few days later to see if they had shipped it, it said my order was CANCELLED. I checked my credit card account and it showed a charge for one of the units. I called Zulilly and pressed the #2 option to "check the status of an order". After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, they disconnected my call. When I called again, I pressed #1 to "place an order". When the woman came on and I asked her why my status showed cancelled, she said it because the vendor cancelled it due to lack of inventory. I told her there was a charge to my credit card and she said that it was a "hold" and that my card had not actually been charged and that it will be removed within the next few days. That's BS. The amount showed up on my card as a debit. I never received a call, a text, or an email stating that the items order had been changed or cancelled, so I've been sitting here waiting for the delivery of something that wasn't coming. This is my first and last experience with Zulilly. So disappointed...
***UPDATE*** 6/19/23
Now it gets really interesting... I checked my bank account again, and the "hold" was removed. Two days later I opened my front door and ONE of the units was sitting on my front doorstep. Two days later, my husband opened up the garage door and another unit was INSIDE the garage with the door closed. The only way I can imagine that they got the completely trashed box into our garage was that the door was opened, and after they put it in there, they closed the door!?!?!? Anyway, all of the pieces were there, we got charged for both units, and we have put them together and are glad we ended up with them! It all came together in the end, but the customer service is completely unreliable to me...
