I had a very large order. Their web site kept me updated on the shipped. All 10 pairs of shoes showed up on time and as ordered. Perfect. Thank you.

I come here everyday, don't always buy things but it is my favorite place to shop. Never any problems, stuff gets here in a reasonable amount of time.

Shop regularly for various items at great prices. You have to be patient regarding shipping but always worth the wait. Seldom have an issue & when I did they immediately make it right!

After spending over $600.00 on the ZULILY site I can honestly say I LOVE the clothes, boots and shoes. I've had fabulous experiences with customer service; they are polite, professional and personable. I pay CLOSE ATTENTION to their recommended sizing info so I ALWAYS get the correct size for my body. All items have been exactly as advertised - no false info or differences from what is shown. Further - I always have the option of speeding up orders by simply choosing various shipping rates. However - so far I've only used the standard shipping. Items arrive on time, based on whatever "date of arrival" is advertised for each individual item. It seems that many of the complaints would be prevented if the customer would simply read the info., options and suggestions provided by Zulily for each specific item. Also - I think the 24 hour free standard shipping (after a first pur chase) is a really GREAT DEAL! I LOVE SHOPPING AT ZULILY.

Spend time every day looking at what they have. Bought 90% of Christmas last yr and had it delivered to the door. Need to read descriptions of items but quality is great.

Happy with purchases and will continue to shop at this top notch site. Customer service is very good and return was taken care of immediately. I have home decorations clothing and shoes.

You can find every level of fashion. Make your own cool vibe or follow the tried and true. Gifts are plentiful. Prices are awesome. Service is personal and helpful. Retail therapy abounds.

Sent for many items from Zulily. Most of the time no issues. Have gotten incorrect sizes a time or 2, but no big deal. Will continue to window shop and purchase.

I have received numerous items from Zulily and been delighted with all of them. Today an item came but sadly it was broken in transit... Zuliy's packaging was excellent but the manufacturer's internal packaging was not... and so the glass item self-destructed. I called Zulily and I failed to get the lady's name but she was so nice and helpful. While checking out another site I thought I would see what people were saying about Zulily and was shocked to see the reviews! I have made about 8-10 purchases from this site... I had one item that showed up being mildly damaged (marked) and sent off a complaint to them. I heard back immediately and not only did they refund the item but told me to keep or donate it. I purchase dresses and tunics mostly and have always received exactly what I expected. Count me a happy customer from Victoria, BC Canada with NO affiliation to Zulily. I recommend them often...
Update September 2017-I have, since writing the review above, have probably ordered 14-18 items from Zulily. One item was not what I'd hoped for so I turned it into a sleep shirt but other than that, they were all exactly as expected. Their descriptions include sizing info which has always been accurate. Their customer service has been great! I am very suspicious about the number of 1 and 2 star ratings... something smells rotten and I suspect the plethora of reviews from shady competitors.

ZULILY IS AN INTERESTING SITE--JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING AT GREAT PRICES. BEWARE ALL IN NOT RETURNABLE! HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM ZULILY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. WILL REPLACE OR REFUND WITH NO HASSLES. IT IS FUN TO JUST LOOK

Have been buying from Zulily for about three years. No complaints. Some shipments have been slow to arrive but always get what was ordered and it fits every time!

I love the variety of products you can buy and the prices, It does take long to get orders, but returning is easy too. Have purchased many, many items!

Shopping with zulily is convenient shopping in the comfort of my house esp on holidays. It saves me time and I can choose items that desirable to my taste.

Great place for deals. Plan 3 weeks for delivery. I've ordered stride rite shoes, toms, carters shoes, beach gear, clothing, etc. Avoid unfamiliar prices; check pricing with amazon.

My "LOVE AFFAIR" with Zulily began with my granddaughter when she was 3 years of age! EVERYONE, and I do mean "EVERYONE" would inquire at church, school, and the community where her beautiful clothes were purchased! She is now 13, and during the years I began LOVING Zulily's clothes for myself! The quality, cost, and customer service is "EXEMPLARY!" I gave ZUlily 4 stars because their vendors take too long to ship out merchandise! Really, that's NOT their fault, so I AM GIVING Zulily 5 STARS because they REALLY DESERVE THEM!

Love Zulily especially now that they allow returns on most items. I have found some really good deals. If I have a problem -customer service has been excellent

I've been buying for a few years now, I had a few issues in the beginning as the company works a bit different than most, but because I can't find more beautiful styles anywhere else I learned how to shop for my body size and learned the materials for sizing, every single day I could find something I can't live without and if you could see my 2 closets you would understand, I am a walking billboard for Zulily and have had hundreds of people ask me where I got whatever it is I'm wearing that day, right down to the shoes.

These sites are typically for the complainers, but I have been happily shopping at Zulily for years. I read through the policies initially and fully understood that it is wasn't instantaneous delivery. Americans have been trained to believe that they will get whatever they want in a few hours, but that increases prices. Zulily offers items at a significant savings from what you would pay anywhere else for the same item. The comments about waiting 6 weeks, however, are childish lies from petulant spoiled brats. Delivery is at a slower rate than, say Amazon, but not unreasonable for clothes and household items which are seldom an "emergency". Same deal for "Quality". The clothing, etc. is always at a lower price for the same item than elsewhere. There is a wide variety and price spread, but you are an idiot if you expect to pay $15 for a haute couture item. Up your price bracket if that is what you want.
Returns are expensive for companies, also, which is why they do not use that as a typical practice and will do credits. Again, if you want better prices and a great selection of cute and unique items, this is the way it can be done!
