I bought a one-piece bathing suit in a size larger than I normally wear. When I received it, I could put the suit on but the thing was so short that it stopped between my waist and my bust - it's more like a suit bottom with straps. I've written to the company but there been so response. Caveat emptor!

The last order I received earrings that were not the ones pictured. Made me very upset. The nearest UPS Store is 70 miles away to return them. I think they should put a return slip in with your ordered item(s) to make it easier to return. Bad experience with returns dept.

Zulily needs to be more selective about what they're selling. When you represent clothing and it's coming from China, the quality isn't there and the time it takes to get an order is terrible. When a clothing item is flawed, you're held responsible for paying for the return. It's not your fault the clothing is sewn incorrectly or the size is an XS when you ordered a L. Why should the consumer pay? Bad business. I won't buy again from this site and suggest you consider your purchase.

I order a lot from Zulily. Some of the items are a hit and some are a miss. The great thing about Zulily is they stand behind all the products and have great customer support! It makes taking the chance on a item a, way easier choice! I love that there are so many different vendors and believe me, I have my favorites! You can set up alerts to when one of your favorites is back, or if an item sells out. All around the site is a hit for me!

I normally don't have any issues with anything, yet if anything is broken Zulily will refund my money and back order it for me. I only hesitate to purchase breakable items because of the packaging, it's usually broken. I purchase everything from groceries to swimsuits. Customer service is usually very good.

I'm retired now and I've found a new hobby in viewing the many different types of clothes and articles that are offered. I never had done much shopping online, but, I now find it very convenient! There have been some things that I've bought and haven't liked, but, overall my experiences have been great!

Placed an order on 5/11/2015. After two weeks, I called and was told that my order would not be shipped until 6/13. After waiting for over 30 days, I cancelled. Part of the order came two days after I cancelled... I didn't even open it... I just sent it back. Friends told me that they have ordered from them and received cheap, ill fitting merchandise. I will never visit their website again.

Even when you buy something several weeks before a date needed and it has a guarantee will receive before Christmas for example...it is not.
What upsets me the most is how customer service dismisses my concerns to them when I reached out. I was not notified it was running late until I checked on the tracking.
Normally I have not had an issue that I needed to contact customer service, so I gave 3 stars...but when you have an issue do not expect to be heard by their customer service. Sure they answer you in a timely manner but like a robot dismissing any concern and giving excuses.
I'd submit a picture, but I still don't have my item. I suggest ordering at least 2 months in advance to be sure you get it in time.
I wish my job allowed me to dismiss customers when they had concerns...my life would be less stressful.

Live to submit pictures but still do not have item so my review is just as important as others

They suck. I ordered a few things from them a couple years ago and remember waiting about a month for my items to arrive. Fast forward to last month august 2013 i placed and order for a watch great steal so i figured it would be worth the wait. Zulily took the money out of my account to only return the money a few days later! I called once i realized what happened and was assured everything was fine it was routine. Now we're in september and still no watch. The response i was told on yet another phone call was that the money was not available... a lie. Needless to say that was my last try with them. Very disappointing

Don't be fooled by this site. Their clothing is a very poor quality. The prices are not cheap for the quality of clothing they sell. Shipping takes months! Customer service is awful. I'm done w/ them!

I ordered 2 pair of very cute sandals for my daughter who wears a size 5 1/2 - 6. I ordered a size 6 and her feet hung over the front and back of both pair. You can't return, so they issued store credit to my account. Bought 3 more pair of sandals in a size 7 this time, and they literally *JUST* fit my daughter, Almost to the point where I want to say they're to small. I haven't ordered any clothes, but I can definitely say that the shoe sizes are at least 2-3 sizes off. I won't be ordering from here again. Cute items but the sizing sucks. It's a huge headache.

I bought two dresses, neither was delivered. They were sent back to sender without my knowing. One had wrong address on it, so I was told. I don't know what happened to the other. I was somewhat new to this sight and find their behavior irresponsible, they will not get my money again. Beware.

About 1/3 of the time Zulily actually sends me an item that I can wear/use. I no longer buy anything from them. Sizes are erratic at best. The pictures look better than the item. Especially when ordering non-clothing items, the photos are deceptive. The items that arrive are cheaply made or have some problem. Just one example is the art I ordered. The picture is not framed right. The surface has ripples in it. No point contacting customer service. I have never gotten a refund for anything I sent back. Ebay is good for a lot of non-clothing items. Zulily has taught me the incredible value of shopping in stores for clothing. Seeing how the item looks on me and examining the fabric are important when there is no point in sending anything back.
Tip for consumers:
Buy things without sizes like scarves. Don't plan on safely washing anything. The sleeves are sized to cut off blood circulation.

Purchased 4 items. Only 1 was of good quality. So I contacted Zulily about issue and they quickly responded to let me replace items. So for me their customer service was quick and great... but beware as their quality on clothing is either a hit or miss. I would say a miss 2.5/4 times... Do the math!

There gray jacket with leather trim is the absolute worse. The quality is awful! Fabric I grade F. What are they thinking selling things with such poor quality. I am glad I paid through Pay Pal. They guarantee refund of our money where Zulily does not. I orders two other items and pray that they are decent.

Overall I find that Zulily has a varied and exciting assortment of products that entice me to shop (or at least look) daily. Problems and with orders and unsatisfactory products are usually resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. If I could improve anything it would be the wait time for my purchases to ship!

They advertise free shipping if you order more than once on the weekend, even send emails frequently to remind you to use the free shipping. However, there are several conditions not mentioned until customer service ignores your first two emails and then sends crappy Facebook messages telling you to read the fine print. Won't shop there again

I have shopped on this site years! I've had one problem and it was fixed immediately. You are responsible for reading each vendors sizing so you have to pay attention. And everyone complaining about the return policy you should always read the return policies before you order something. If your concerned don't order it. I have over 100 orders and had problems with one. I will continue to shop their great deals.

Almost everything I have ordered off is the site was defective. I took 9 million pictures and sent everything to customer service who only give store credit back, so basically you keep buying crap products. As soon as my store credit is done I will not shop there again and have contacted my states attorney general office

Have I been disappointed in a few things that I've bought, yes, but not many. Most products are high quality and many name brands are offered. I will continue to buy from this company.

Zulily is a wonderful website. It offers a such a wide variety of products, with lots of well-known brand names. It's also a great place to shop when you don't know what you are shopping for! My only complaint, and it's a serious one, is the terrible packaging from various vendors.
It has prevented me from purchasing expensive or fragile items. I certainly can't be the only customer to receive broken items!

Zulily offers really unusual and everyday pieces all on the same site. I have been introduced to so many brands that I never knew about. I have had great luck with my many orders and if there has been an issue their customer service department has handled things beautifully. I give them an A!

The clothes are cute, I have to admit, but it has been a nightmare experience. I ordered a shirt which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It seemed odd that there was NO invoice or any information about my order included in the package. The shirt was too small so I contacted Zulily about how to exchange it. Turns out... you can't. They said they would email me a label and I can send it back (paying postage) and then I can re-order the shirt minus a "restocking fee", which means paying extra money of course. I was actually willing to do this but I never received any email with the label. I contacted the company FIVE times and was told repeatedly that they would email the return label within 24 hours. The process started April 18,2017 and I haven't received it yet. After the third time I decided to read the reviews and was disheartened to learn that this is a common occurrence. I no longer trust this company and will not bother to return or re-order the product

First/last order with them took over 1 month to fill. Book was warped, button misaligned on hat, stitching on a button of a shirt clearly not matched to other stitching. So clearly the merchandise is "rejects" from distributors. And no refunds. STAY FAR AWAY!
